Beautiful home, clean and great location to enjoy all that Grafton has to offer. All the supplies you would need in this home. All beds were full mattresses.

This is the cleanest and most comfortable place we’ve stayed! I usually have to do some cleaning on my own when we check in, but I did not have to here! I really appreciated that after a long drive. We loved looking at all the Mark Twain pieces in this collection. It was quiet, very well stocked and organized, and the perfect size for the three of us. There is so much to do in Hannibal, and it was wonderful to come back to a cozy place to relax in the evening. Huge TVs to watch the basketball tournament, too. Paul was very flexible and responsive — an excellent host! It was a bit chilly, but this would be a nice walk to downtown in warmer weather. We had a great time and highly recommended you visit, especially if you’re a history buff. Also, the Mark Twain museum is a must see with kiddos. Thanks for a fantastic stay! Hope we can visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at this historic home close to downtown Hannibal. We love old fashioned things and find the value in preserving old homes, so we were grateful to spend some time in this one. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. My boys loved playing chess in the parlor. The house has character and the hosts were very helpful! We would stay here again.

Caroline's place is amazing. The location is perfect. It is right on the main street and walkable to restaurants and shops. Seven of us stayed there for a girl's weekend, and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed the outdoor seating as well as the enclosed front porch area with the hanging swing.

Julie was communicative and very conscientious about every aspect of our stay. The storefront apartment is beautiful and unique.

Enjoyed the quiet area and the ability to walk to the downtown area, the museums and restaurants. John was very proactive with the little things around the property the day of our arrival and it was very much appreciated!!
