Vacation rentals with breakfast in Louisa County

This place was perfect getaway for me and my cousins for Thanksgiving. loved the location and entire vibe of the house. Will definitely recommend this to extended friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim and Tony’s place. As hosts, they were incredibly friendly and responsive, and their clear instructions made everything easy. The house itself is beautiful, spotless, and very well-maintained. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies. The game room, firepit, and hot tub were great to have, and we loved the stunning views around the house. We truly felt at home and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend their place!

Great stay! Their earthen built home is lovely and cozy with the wood stove inside. Gil and Ella are super friendly and willing to share their space. I enjoyed the backstory of the community and learning about the myriad of unique livable structures on the property. There are numerous trails to walk and the property is deep, my dog and I had a lot of fun walking in their woods. All the best, highly recommend!

We stayed at Lori’s Treehouse the night of our wedding. Lori was kind enough to let us stay for one night instead of her two night maximum. She was so friendly and even sent us a message of congratulations and told us we could check in early to drop off all of our bags if needed. The treehouse was extremely clean and we truly couldn’t have picked a better place to spend such a special night. We already want to go back!! PS - the deck at night is magical.

Kelly’s place was clean, just as described and exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Super cute back patio with rocking chairs. So many fun games and amenities inside. The bar was also a nice touch. Very accommodating of our timeframe for check in and check out as well. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

The Inn is a beautiful building, very clean and nicely appointed. Ditto for the room. Bed was comfortable. Shared bathroom is slightly inconvenient, but I knew what I signed up for. One odd thing is that you can't lock your room if you leave, so I wouldn't leave valuables in the room. You can lock it when you are in the room. The dining room is beautiful and breakfast was great. The host was very communicative and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.
