Silvermines is an absolutely stunning area. Raymond was so helpful and communicative. The house is full of charm and character and so very spacious. On our last day we drove up the mountain to see the sun rise and what a stunning view we got! What a very special place. We will be back!

Beautiful and comfy place with a lovely backyard. Maria was very helpful with her recommendations for restaurants and Galway market. Really short walk to groceries, and about a 30 minute walk to downtown.

I wanted to be in the countryside of Ireland for a months and hosted various family members throughout the month. Tara’s place was perfect for my needs. Very homey, plenty of room to be together or spread out. The views of the countryside as well as Galway Bay were outstanding, better even than the published pictures.

A perfect house to host larger groups - lots of room to relax, quiet location and the every important SMART TV for movies. One thing to bear in mind is that the grounds are shared with one other house, but this posed absolutely no issue for us and we felt as if we were on our own.

was a lovely location, sea down the road, village had food, friendly cafes and fun stuff to do. fireplace wasn't working but the landlord told us in advance and the heating was perfectly warm for the weather we had. couldn't have been more helpful and communication was excellent.

great family place to stay in Galway. we had the necessary amenities, enough space and a great location. easy to get to Dublin's airport and supermarkets.

Firstly, the photos don’t do its justice to describe this magical place properly. I felt the magic of this place from the moment I opened the door and the details impressed me. We had a lovely stay at Audrey’s house, every thing was as expected, very clean and spacious,outlook to front through the glass sliding doors looked out across to the park . We were met by Paul who showed us around and said we were to contact him if there were any problems of which were none, we have been going to Mountshannon for 26yrs now, it is a lovely wee village and the people are so friendly, we will definitely be back

Beautiful place to stay in a lovely quiet area so handy having the bus stop right across the road to get in to the city instead of having to drive in there would definitely recommend this place to everyone

We had a wonderful stay at Christina's cottage. It was a great base to explore the surrounding area ....11/2 hours from Dublin airport and approx 2 hours to the Cliff of Moher and endless quaint villages in between . Kinnitty is a great area for walking and biking and we found an awesome golf course ( Esker Hills) not far away. Christina is a wonderful host , gives you lots of useful information and we really appreciated finding some milk and yummy cake on arrival after a long days travel. Thank you Christina for your hospitality and I hope we get to meet one day .

Absolutely loved our stay in Brenda’s house. I rented the house for a weekend with friends, and everything was extremely smooth and easy. Brenda was really helpful in sharing recommendations, and responsive to any questions we had about the place. We felt right at home immediately, and enjoyed the house and garden a lot. The house also has loads of games that were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Brenda’s house, and cant wait to come back soon !

Nora’s place is in a great location, easy walking distance to all the lovely pubs restaurants and cafes in Salthill and perfect for a walk on the Prom. The house is nicely decorated with parking right outside. It was lovely to sit on the couch and watch a Netflix on the smart TV after a long day out.

We had a very enjoyable stay with the property meeting all of our expectations. It was an ideal location as a hub for exploring Ireland in all directions and after putting on the miles in the car through the day, it was a great place to come back to, with the hot tub in particular being a end of day treat. Lovely location and grounds, even if we didn’t use the facilities to their full extent. Very clean throughout and quality appliances made it a great base.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is impeccable, the woodland walk was very peaceful, and the hot tub was pure bliss! Tom was a superb host, providing many extras and a very warm welcome! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!

Excellent stay

Ideal spot to get away from the busy city noise. The cabin was warm, bright and very comfortable, don’t get me started on the quality of that mattress wow. For anyone looking to stay a couple days, what worked well for us was we did a food shop that lasted us the 3 nights as there was a lot of storage space in the fridge. Ideal spot for fishing too.

Sarah's place is testfully decorated and set in a relaxing athomosphere. We really enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day, after exploring the surroundings. However, what makes the place special is Sarah's kindness and the way she welcomed us. She gave us many reccomnedations just to make sure we would have a lovely break. Communication with her was excellent before and during the stay. I definetely reccomend it!! Thank you Sarah!

Our stay at Dorothy's place was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, Dorothy's warmth, humor, and genuine care made us feel right at home. She truly is the most wonderful host you could ever wish for. The house is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches and plenty of information about the local area. Dorothy was always available to offer invaluable advice on where to eat, explore, and even save money. Her recommendations were spot on and made our trip even more special. The location is perfect, with a stunning lake just a short walk away. Thanks to Dorothy's provided equipment, we enjoyed kayaking and taking in the serene views. The hot tub was another highlight—spacious, impeccably maintained, and absolutely enchanting at night with the fairy lights twinkling around us. Outdoor space's perfect for alfresco dining, and the presence of the donkeys and two friendly dogs added an extra layer of charm to our stay. It truly felt like a slice of haven on earth. 10/10
