Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lough Derg

We enjoyed our stay. My kids loved the dogs and horses. It was a lovely space with nice surroundings and we were able to make lots of excursions to see different sites. It was great to come home and hang out by the cozy fire. The hosts were friendly and responsive when we had any issues.

I had an amazing time staying here. Great location, easy to walk into town for music and dinner. Anne was so friendly and helpful during my stay.

We had a lovely four-day stay at Martha and James' place. They took such good care of us when they recognised we needed it, even when we didn't directly ask for it. The sleeping- and bathroom were nice, and the breakfast was also lovely. Above this, they gave us good advice about the nearby village Kinvara and about Galway.

Strongly recommend to anyone looking to visit Ireland, to book a stay with Tom, Rosie and Adam. Wonderful hosts who provided a lot of useful tips and info on the area. The space itself is lovely and private, with amazing views, there are lots of lovely towns to visit, walking treks and many great places to eat. The breakfast foods provided also was amazing and more then expected. 2hr drive from Dublin, and 90min drive to Cliffs of Moher, very easy to get to. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a perfect stay at Theresa’s place. It was comfortable and relaxing in a beautiful place and Theresa was a wonderful host - binging treats for the kids and some homemade bread for us. The beds were perfect, kitchen fully equipped and with a beautiful view. We recommend fully and hope to come back ourselves.

Aine was the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble, always asking if i needed anything, if i wanted my washing doing, all sorts. And when i was under the weather, Aine checked in on me and offered to fetch me anything if needed. I highly recommend as a place to stay. My bed was really comfortable, with great pillows. I had use of the kitchen and lounges. I had a private bathroom which was just next door with a bath and shower. Just perfect. Thank you Aine. I look forward to next time 😊

Very comfortable and convenient. 800 metres from Tipperary Station. 8 minutes walk to Tipperary Town for shopping, supermarkets, cafes and pubs. Easy walk to the local tourist attractions.

I can’t say enough about this place. It was perfect. The hosts are so kind, and personable. The house was spotless. Extremely homey feeling while away from home, and would plan on coming back to this Airbnb should I return. I’ve already told all my friends and family to come here. Beautiful countryside, and Adare is close by. I was traveling with my grandmother, and it was perfect the way the downstairs was setup for her to not have to deal with stairs, and the separation for anyone needing space upstairs. I was more than happy with the choice to stay here. Thank you Barry and Fran for helping this be such a memorable experience. You’re doing everything right!

What a wonderful stay! The host met us at the door and showed us to our room. We had some pleasant conversation, making us feel like friends, not renters. The room was so spacious with beautiful furnishings and amenities. There was plenty of parking, and the location was easy to find, with a little pub just up the road for a nice dinner. The breakfast offerings were generous and a nice variety. Loved everything about our stay!

Absolutely wonderful!!! Our stay with Anne was beyond our expectations by miles. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us all the tricks for a perfect stay. Her local recommendations for shopping and eating were wonderful. And did I mention that she went out of her way to deliver vegan sausages for our breakfast? Which was more food than we could possibly eat but we enjoyed every bite!!

I stayed at Thereze's in Kinvara for almost three months while doing an internship in Galway. I grew really fond of the place, the neighborhood, and Thereze, of course. The apartment had everything I needed, if not, everything was provided by Thereze. It is spacious, very cosy, and tastefully furnished. I often sat in the garden for tanning or skipped rope in front of the patio. There is enough space for cars. Kinvara is lovely village, and very busy! There a a few restaurants for breakfast and dinner, coffee shops, and places for take-away. A big supermarket and gas station can be found as well. It was a nice 25-minute walk into the village with a great view. Galway is about 40 minutes by car or bus. Thereze is an amazing and kind host. She will do everything so you feel comfortable and make the best out of your trip. She made my stay worthwhile and I am very grateful for and to her!

We had a nice stay at Niamh's. It was a great location for visiting friends in Portumna and a quiet retreat after a long day. Very peaceful location for a good night's sleep. Everything was very clean and checking in was a breeze as Niamh met us when we arrived. The only thing I was missing was a throw or extra blanket on the couch to snuggle under while watching TV or reading a book but that certainly isn't a big deal.

We loved our stay at Chris and Orlas beautiful home. The home is beautifully curated with amazing art, with a story behind each piece. The building itself is an incredible historical place, and so beautifully renovated. We loved chatting with Orla and Chris, about the country and history, their home, their sweet dogs, recommendations in the surrounding area, and anything in between. Everything was very cozy and our breakfast was amazing and beautifully laid out everyday. We especially loved Orlas tea pot sweaters. The location is great for city trips but for staying in the beautiful countryside. If you have more than a couple days to spend here - I highly recommend it. It is the perfect peaceful getaway.

My second time staying in Lorraine's place and it was as good as the first time. The house is clean and warm, and in a convenient location. Breakfast was good. Comes highly recommended.

Sandra was very welcoming and helpful. Her home is beautiful and in a peaceful location. We were happy to speak with her in a casual way, pleasantly visiting and sharing our lives. We appreciated the light breakfast that she provided before our ferry ride to the Aran Island.

Such a wonderful home right in the center of it all. Just far enough to get a good nights rest, but close enough for walking to restaurants, pubs, and shopping. The music/bar venue just a 2 min walk from Nora’s was an excellent spot for live music and Monroe’s was lovely as well with the pizza counter delivering in. Galway itself was so lit up with Christmas, we felt like kids it was so magical. Nora is wonderful host in a beautiful spot and we highly recommend staying with her in Galway.

Mairead was so cheerful and friendly and kind and flexible. Her beautiful farmhouse was squeaky clean and the beds were so comfortable and her breakfast was very delicious. It is, indeed, a place that we would love to visit again and it is a joy to recommend it to everyone else.

I came to stay with Kathryn during the bank holiday/halloween weekend and had an excellent time! I had never stayed at a proper bed and breakfast before and I was a tad apprehensive as I’m very private, but Kathryn exceeded all of my expectations with her incredible home and great hospitality! She even got me gluten free bread for the daily breakfasts she makes and helped me make sandwiches for my long bus ride the following day. The security to manage the ins and outs were very easy and the location is GRAND. Super close to the bus. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a real b&b experience.
