Vacation rentals in Lost Creek

Highly recommend! Very private & peaceful. We had a great stay. House was very clean & stocked. Warren answered all of our questions quickly. Very stress free & enjoyable stay. We plan to book again with him.

This our second time using this space for a group retreat. We always have an excellent time here and the place fits our group so well. We appreciate how responsive and friendly the hosts are. The campus is beautiful and the area is well kept. The worship space is also beautiful.

The hobbit house was the perfect place for our little weekend trip! We received information that we were welcome to arrive early and when we arrived it was perfectly clean, free of clutter and the host even put bottled water in the fridge for us! I can’t recommend this place enough and plan to return in the future!

We stayed 4 nights. The location was secluded, quiet, and beautiful on top of the mountain. Easy to find but not to far away from things. The home was very spacious, clean, and the kitchen was lovely! There was an outdoor fire pit and swing. We didn’t utilize these but it was nice to have them as an option. They even sent a link to a video with directions for using the fire pit. We enjoyed watching the deer and watching the sun rise from the bay window and deck. I loved how spacious the bedrooms were. Brenna was super responsive and welcoming. If we are ever back in the area we would choose Shepherds View again for our stay!

I gave 5 stars to every category because everything was 5 stars! They call it a "Tiny Home", but it is not like you think of on HGTV! For 1 to 2 people, it has everything you need and plenty of room for it! It is like HGTV in its updated decor and almost industrial style! The hosts are always available for any needs or concerns, but you will not likely have any as they have it all covered! I cannot recommend this place or any of their places enough! Just don't book it when I need it! lol!

Definitely worth the price!! Very clean and very quiet. And the Owners were very nice and understanding. I would definitely rent here again.

This is the 3rd time my college friends and I have stayed at Maggie’s place. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s been our favorite, and I’m confident we’ll be back.

Absolutely loved staying here! It was so very clean, had everything we needed (and more!), the surroundings are beautiful and it’s the very first time we’ve stayed at an Airbnb and it felt like home! Kara was so very helpful and quick to respond, definitely goes above and beyond!! We would highly recommend staying here and we will be staying here every time we come to WV to visit family!!!
