The condominium complex is very nice and family friendly. Jim was very helpful and extremely prompt on any requests and guidance for the area.

Perfect location on Jaco Beach! You're within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants, literally within a few blocks of you. The condo was spectacular, the views magnificent, and the service from Dream Maker's matched the quality of the property! 100% first-class in every way!!

The condo and amenities are exactly as described. Norman is a great host, very responsive. He provided a list of restaurants and things to do around the area which is very helpful. Would definitely rent it again next time in CR.

Cesar is an amazing host. His home is way bigger than the pictures show, lots of room to spread out and the pool area is a dream. The pictures are accurate. Cesar has a super kind lady who comes early everyday to help clean. Cesar makes you feel like family!

The case is very nice, you feel comfortable, in addition the condominium is safe and quiet, there is everything you need to have a nice vacation, to highlight that 7 minutes away is Playa Agujas, a very nice beach that I did not know. I recommend the place 100%

Amazing place! My son went for his birthday and after spending a night on another Airbnb that was horrible, this was an oasis in the desert. The open kitchen to prepare food while the guy enjoyed the pool which is large and shaded enough, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, quite ventilation and light. Maria Laura was attentive to our messages and Juanita helped us with the wi-fi, very friendly on 2. We had an amazing time, and we hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Jaco. The property is beautiful and surrounded by nature, providing a peaceful and serene environment. We slept really well each night. The kitchen is outdoors, which we found charming, though we didn't use it much. The beautiful beaches are just a short drive away, making this location perfect for beach lovers. Getting to the Airbnb is a bit of an adventure. We managed with a 2x4 vehicle, but some driving experience is required, especially during rainy weather when the road conditions might not be ideal. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Overall, this is a solid and beautiful Airbnb that we highly recommend.

Communication with the host and housekeeper was excellent from the start. The house was very clean, tidy and equipped. The condominium is very nice, safe and its location allows access to various tourist places. It was a pleasant experience and we would definitely come back.

Great location with a beautiful view and steps away from the beach. Jaco restaurants all within a very easy walk. Beth was great at setting up transportation and tours. The security folks were awesome and Felix even wrote us a heartfelt note on our last night. Was sad to leave and would highly recommend the property and the people managing it.

Fishing with the guys for a week. Have visited Los Suenos several times before but had not stayed at Bella Vista. The unit is perfect for 3-5 guys. Elevator a definite plus. Kitchen was well equipped. Over 3000 sft so you dont feel cramped. Will stay again for sure.

We stayed in the same property many years ago, back than was owned by someone else. Hermosa Palms is an amazing place to unwind, spend time with family, enjoy the incredible pool area and the beach. The house is very spacious and comfortable, kitchen had all the dishes you need, beds were clean and comfy. Sometimes you do get a power cut, even in a luxury home and although the house was clean, it is about 20 years old, so there are some small maintenance issues we would suggest to address, such as replacing the shower heads, the kitchen sink covered with hard water stains, some of the sliding doors are very hard to move... nothing major, but still... Our boys loved the pool table upstairs, we all enjoyed the beach club and the pool bar, walking through the neighborhood you get to see macaws, iguanas. There are some construction going on as well, but it did not bother us. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions, all in all we had a great time and would be back!

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful area! We booked both floors and enjoyed the outdoor space. Having a security entrance kept us feeling safe. One thing to note that the kayak advertised was not there and both bicycles advertised needed maintenance. However, Oscar was quick to get them fixed. Overall great experience!

Spacious, quiet, good location for beaches around Jaco, and for us, a day trip to Manuel Antonio and an overnight to Mondeverde
