Family-friendly vacation rentals in Los Pargos

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything within Las Catalinas was a 4 minute walk from Trevelynn’s place. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly how we expected. Trevelynn and TropicalHomes were very helpful in planning for our stay and very responsive once we arrived. We travelled with 2 kids 2 and under, and the town was perfect for us! Pool, splash pad, open space for the kids to move around while we waited for dinner! It was a dream! Plus, Trevelynn had 2 pack and plays available so we didn’t have to fly with them!

O apartamento ao vivo é mais bonito que nas fotos. Daphne é muito atenciosa, nos enviou um guia magnífico de recomendações e respondeu prontamente a todas as dúvidas. This was a great place where we felt so lucky to have landed! The Villas are off the beaten path but still so close to everything in Samara town. We were thankful to be able to walk to and from the beach without having to spend much time on the busy town roads. The property is wonderfully maintained with beautiful landscaping. Our rental was furthest from the road and wonderfully private and quiet. We were delighted to be treated to so much space both inside and out. It included a large private covered patio with comfy furniture and a large dining table. Inside, the beds were all comfortable, the shower had plenty of pressure and warm water, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and clean up meals and there were 3 AC units that made our stay there totally comfortable.

We had a phenomenal stay here! We had a private balcony, large airbnb and access to all the amenities (tennis, pickle ball, pool, ice plunge). We were a less than 5 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. There was no noise and the AC was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again

Erin & Peter are great host, they are great communicating if anything happens or needs to be addressed. House is stunning with a priceless view of the beach. About a ten minute ride into Nosara. You can tell Erin & Peter care about their tenants and that is worth a lot when traveling. Highly recommend!

accommodations very quiet ,great private area. NIce swimming pool PLaya hermossa very quiet beach music done by 830 at night . If your looking for a more active night life playa cocca is a quick bus ride ,or twenty dollar cab ride . Elzbieta is a lovely lady . Was always helpful,pleasant.She made us feel very welcome. There are a few long term tennants at thi s complex, they also made us welcome . It was a wonderful .positive experience to stay at this AIRBNB

Our family of 4 stayed here and it was perfect! Location was great, beach was walking distance, plenty of room and space, we felt safe, loved the pool. So happy we stayed here!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The villa was spacious and the pool was outstanding. It was located very near restaurants in Brasalito and Flamingo as well as multiple beaches. We would definitely return here!

Absolutely stunning location! - private access direct to the beach at Playa Hermosa! Lina was very helpful and communicative in arranging our check-in. The Airbnb is cozy, with thoughtful touches (like a bottle of cold drinking water in the fridge, and wine available for purchase) which made for a very convenient stay. The a/c keeps the casita extremely comfortable, and the lanai is a perfect area to unwind after a day at the beach! Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful view, Grocery Stores and everything you need is right at the bottom of the hill, we walked down the hill each day to venture to beach, shops and restaurants after our excursions we would call a taxi to drive us back up the hill taxi’s are easy to find usually parked near the grocery stores. We always got their personal phone numbers so we had rides and they knew where we were staying. We don’t speak Spanish and are not tech savvy) The pool was the icing on the cake, very refreshing after all the heat and sun . Too be honest we spent most of our time at the house with our groceries and drinks just swimming and relaxing because you cannot beat the view and the sunsets, we are definitely going to return . Thank you for having us!!!!

I stayed here with three friends for a girls’ trip, and we loved the outdoor living experience. The pool was amazing and felt very private. Overall, this was a great place to stay—we all agreed that the house made our trip even better. It was one of our favorite parts! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our time here. It is right on the beach, which made it so easy and fun traveling with kids.

Our group loved the place! All the bedrooms being en-suites was a BIG plus for us. Loved the view & the pool! Gated community was peaceful and very centric.

Authentic Costa Rican experience where we found our Pura Vida. Jessica was a very responsive host. Grounds were lovely and just steps away from the beach, the sunsets did not disappoint.

Gil and Bernie’s place at Pueblo Del Mar was great! Checkin was a breeze. The home was beautiful with everything we needed. Gil and Bernie were very responsive and answered any questions on the area that we needed help with. The unit is right across from the pool that our kids loved, and spent majority of their time in. Gil and Bernie had kids floaties for the pool and toys for the beach. This place is set up for a family of 4. Very clean, just like the pictures and the description. The air conditioners and fans worked well and kept the place cool in the hot Tamarindo weather. If you are looking for a place that is quiet and in a good location in Tamarindo, this is the place. We would book again when coming back to Tamarindo. Thanks for everything Gil and Bernie.

This home is beautiful and spacious. If you’re looking for a private more secluded area this is perfect for you. We were able to fit comfortably and the house had everything we needed. Diane and the concierge team were very responsive before and during the trip.

We had a great stay at Casa Tranquilla. Katherine and Willie were very responsive to our needs. The house was as described. We loved sitting in the rocking chairs under the shade by the pool. The wildlife was so fun -- we did see the monkeys pass by a few times. Like us, they seemed happy about the location. We stayed for 12 days, and I could work remotely during the week. The wifi in the house was strong enough for video calls. That said, Costa Rica has intermittent outages, and we experienced some brief loss of power and internet access a couple of times. It wasn't a surprise and didn't last long. If you haven't been to Costa Rica before, be aware that there aren't sidewalks in this area. The walk to town and the beach is along the roadside and on dirt trails. It's not a big deal and everything felt very close and safe, but it was helpful for us to know that going in. If you're looking for the beach, find the trail :) Thank you Katherine and Willie for the excellent stay!

This place was amazing! Kitchen was well stocked, the grill was great for cooking. The location was ideal. It was so clean! Can’t recommend it enough.

Jose’s bungalows are a little slice of heaven! We were far enough from the city that the nights felt private and quiet but close enough that we were easily able to walk to town or catch a quick Uber. The sweetest surprise was Luna, Jose’s gorgeous dog, who greeted us at the gate every time we returned and loved to hang out with us by the pool. Would absolutely recommend this place to others!

The views and location to the beach are absolutely incredible. This place was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the open air concept. This place made our trip to Costa Rica even better. Highly recommend if you want to get away from the crowds but still be close to everything you need!!

Jackie was an amazing host! She is very willing to help with any questions. She was fun to be with and lives close. The beach was beautiful and safe to swim in. We are a group of 4 couples and the space worked well for us. We highly recommend this property and will return.

We had the best time! The walk into town and to the beach was short and easy. Todd gave lots of amazing recommendations. We loved the night market on Thursday and all the food in town. Every meal was to die for. We can’t wait to come back! We are already planning our next trip.
