Beautiful unit with many amenities available at the resort, and the staff was friendly. Check-in was very smooth and easy and the host was very proactive about sending information before our stay and responsive to questions. The room was very clean. As for the food at the resort, I felt it was ok and overpriced. Just keep in mind you will have to pay a daily resort fee at check out that was not disclosed before booking. I asked Miguel and he did say they will collect a daily resort when you check out. I would also recommend using Uber much cheaper than a taxi, the staff will tell you to use a taxi but using Uber is safe and affordable. The beautiful swim beach steps away from the resort was a plus.

Laura’s place is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space is beautifully decorated, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that make all the difference. It’s clear that Laura puts a lot of care into every detail, everything was spotless, well-organized, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. On top of that, Laura is an incredible host! She is warm, welcoming, and always available if you need anything. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly set her apart. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to come back.

Excellent location, everything is very close, it has the advertised amenities, with parking for 4 vehicles, and shares information about tours and activities to do, restaurant recommendations, everything is very good.

Loved our stay at Beachfront Flats. Family of 6. We had tons of room. Beautiful space, right on the beach. Great beds. 3 bathrooms. Having the Vera-Neo Restaurant and Beach Club on the ground floor is so convenient, the food and service are fantastic. Kitchen is very well stocked and useful. Easy secure parking. Humberto helped arrange some activities for the family and everyone had the best time. Thanks for hosting us.

We enjoyed our stay, even booked an extra day which Monica granted us 😊 The host was quick to respond and super friendly. We also got to spend time in the jacuzzi although unfortunately we got a cut from what seemed like the drain chain. Overall had a nice time and would book again! 😄

Very comfortable, clean and nice place. You can see the sunrise from bed! It is a very nice private area for walking. The bed is super comfortable! It's next to the Canyon de la Costa Azul, ideal for jogging!

Great place. Exactly as described. Julie went out of her way to make sure we had a great vacation. She even made arrangements for a boat to pick us up from the beach and take us fishing. Don't miss a day on the water with Don Julio if you stay here.

I stayed here for 5 nights in March and loved it! I especially loved the balcony and the fully equipped kitchen, and I had great sleeps on the soft bed. The neighbourhood is quiet and a 20-min walk from the beach, 30-min walk from centro, and 10-min walk to the buses you can take to the swimming beaches. This was ok for me but I like to walk. For the average person, it might be best to have a car to stay here. Jennifer was a very attentive host.

We enjoying our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The condo is tastefully designed and has a peaceful vibe. Alison was very responsive and helpful and was always available when we had questions. Beautiful space. We'll be back soon!

Looked just like the photos! The host was also very responsive with any needs we had. The only complaint I would have is if you are a light sleeper the bars/clubs at night are in ear range so it is a bit noisy, I’m sure ear plugs could solve that problem. All in all we were happy with our stay at Todd’s place!

This Airbnb exceeded every expectation. The location is unbeatable — perfectly situated with jaw-dropping views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. Waking up to that view was pure bliss. The property itself is a dream. The pool is pristine, the jacuzzi is the perfect spot to unwind under the stars, and everything is designed for total relaxation and comfort. We spent hours just soaking it all in. What made the stay truly exceptional was the host — incredibly proactive, kind, and always available. Every request was met with a smile, and their attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. Beautiful, peaceful, luxurious — I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m already planning my return!

The Mykonos rental Ben has is absolutely perfect. The views and ambiance is exactly what a holiday should look like. The resort itself was spotless and impeccably maintained. The second floor location adds a little sense of security and privacy, all white providing beautiful ocean and resort views. The condo was Over stocked to say the least. Tiny little things like extra zip lock baggies, beach coolers, ice maker, filtered water.. It was perfect.

Perfect place for solo travelers or couples. The room was spotless and the location is great for walking into old town as well as accessing the East Cape and other parts of Los Cabos. I strongly recommend this stay.

Privately tucked away near a park, this place was walkable to everything downtown—the boardwalk was one block away. Spacious and close to many good restaurants but still away from the noise.

We had an incredible stay! Miguel was an excellent host—very responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. We were welcomed with a private chef and a massage therapist, which was such a special touch and made us feel instantly relaxed and pampered. This place is an amazing value. It's easy to get to and the views are incredible. The pool was clean as well.

Julie and Charlie’s place was really amazing. It’s a private studio unit on the side of their house that has amazing views and an awesome roof deck with a little pool. The place is located in a very safe and secure area but still in easy walking distance to everything in Cabo. The unit is well appointed and everything was of good quality and worked well. And Julie and Charlie were the best kind of hosts - they were very quick to respond to messages/questions/requests and were also very respectful of our space and privacy. But what really stands out is how lovely they are as people. We did a day trip with them to Chileno Bay for snorkeling and thoroughly enjoyed their company. They had great recommendations and put me in touch with a guy that was able to get us a great deal on a boat rental. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice little place that feels homey and secure but still want to enjoy all the excitement in the heart of Cabo San Lucas.
