Cozy space! Private and serene. Your neighbours are the local wild birds that will come at greet you on the porch (especially if you have food!). Warm and inviting. Just want we needed for a short getaway.

Great stay, short drive to the beach. Spa and sauna were easy to use with clear instructions from Paul on how to use both. Complete privacy separate the main house to the back where the bungalow is Would definitely come back again :)

We had such a wonderful stay at Jan’s place! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took the time to show us around the property, which was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. Jan went above and beyond to accommodate us and our pup—she provided everything from a dog bed to wipes, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. The cottage and gardens were absolutely immaculate. It’s clear Jan takes great pride in the space, and it really shows in every detail. We especially loved relaxing in the sauna and outdoor bath after a long day of driving—such a perfect way to unwind. Sunny was a definite highlight too! We couldn’t recommend this stay more. Thank you, Jan, for such a memorable and comfortable experience!

Such a fab little cabin and location! Everything you need for a relaxing stay and the property itself is so much fun for kids (and adults)! Our kids absolutely loved the basketball court, the trampoline and swimming pool & spa. Peter was very friendly and switched on the hot tub for me. The grounds and cabin itself are kept really well. The beds are comfy, the split ac/heater works quickly and the kitchen has all the latest appliances to ensure you have an easy stay. Would definitely recommend and return!

We are so blessed that Pete shared his little piece of Paradise with us. If you need to disconnect from the things that don’t matter and reconnect with those that do then this is the place for you. Words cannot describe the contentment that comes from drifting in kayaks on a private stretch of river, swimming, watching Platypus, picking berries, enjoying the weather roll by with a cup of tea in hand - either on the deck or from bed! We created our own day Spa and Pete’s place makes this all possible effortlessly. The cabin is thoughtfully set up, beautiful but simple and effectively designed. A space that just encourages you to unwind. Pete our host was great to deal with, quick to respond, obliging, providing local knowledge and generous offers, and then invisible. A heads up - the toilet is not under the main roof and being bush land there are bugs. Only an issue if that’s an issue. Whatever you do, stay for more than one night, you just won’t get the full effect. Loved it

A wonderfully relaxing weekend in a cozy cabin nestled amongst the tea trees with the sounds of the ocean waves in the background. We were greeted by peaceful and relaxing music playing on the sound system and immediately began to unwind. A perfect place to escape for a few days to rest, relax and revitalise.

We had such a fantastic stay at Trish & Ian's place! The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The little touches and attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect too—quiet, convenient, and close to everything. Communication was easy and responsive throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in Point Lonsdale!

Great little cottage in a beautiful bush setting. Plenty of space for two couples, with comfy beds and everything we needed for a relaxed stay. Peaceful location, yet still an easy drive to Lorne. We really enjoyed our time here!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said in previous reviews? The Beach Box is the perfect place to stay! Wonderful,clean, welcoming, providing everything needed for a happy holiday. Easy to find and centrally placed for exploring the Peninsula. My dog has given it 10 stars. and so have I. Rosie is a great host and always there if needed. Quite frankly I am loathe to leave. I couldn’t speak highly enough of Fiona’s amazing farm stay! Such a beautiful cottage in an amazing location. So peaceful and relaxing, my fiancé and I wish we could live here! Everything about the stay is as advertised and so much more. Fiona is a great host and did an amazing job organising a beautiful bouquet of native flowers and a bottle of champagne on arrival for my fiancé. My dog had so much fun on the property. Felt right at home all weekend. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thank you Fiona

Great spot located within walking distance of the local mountain bike trails and general store/cafe. A well equipped cottage with a cosy cabin feeling, beer relaxing and loved our time starting there.

The accommodation is cute and practical. Clean and tidy. Coffee, milk in the fridge. Ceiling fan was very helpful with hot weather at night. Chris was easy to work with, answered the phone and helped with good directions. BNB was near good restaurants, walking distance. I had a great stay.

The room is very cosy and comfortable. Check in was very easy as the host gave great instructions. When we arrived the hosts had even left us a fresh loaf of delicious bread from thier bakery as a welcome gift. We felt very at home and welcomed. Great stay, great hosts. We recommend them highly.

We loved our stay here! Nestled amongst the nature of the hobby farm, the cabin offers a beautiful space and great base to explore the surf coast. Highly recommend booking this Airbnb! Amelia is a great host!

We had a wonderful Weekend at this lovely cottage in Breamlea. The hamlet is so quiet and peaceful and the beach is a very short walk away. No need for the car once you get here. Alternatively, fantastic restaurants are a short 15 minute drive away in Torquay. The cottage is full of character and comfort for a wonderful stay at the beach. Would love to return

Amazing place, exactly as described and photographed. The accommodation had all the utilities described and more which was nice, clear instructions on how to access the premise. The location was great as it was peaceful and quiet but also close to Geelong and near by towns, giving you a lot of options when choosing where to eat.

If you are looking for great weekend away and have kids, this place ticks all the boxes. The cabin has the basics to get you through, but it’s all about the extra facilities, a pool, play ground, activities catering to kids, the beach across the street. The cabin aligns to what you’d expect from a holiday park, but the beads were comfy, the aircon worked, yet the owner was a champion. Clear comms, always will to help and friendly.

Couldn't fault the little studio. Very clean and freshly renovated a home away from home. All you needed was there, close to the beach and in walking distance. Major shopping centre by car 15 seconds by foot prob 1 minute. what else can I say a true gem.!!! Can't wait to be back.
