Apartment spacious, clean and very bright. Very good heating and hot water. The kitchen has enough appliances and dishes to be able to have breakfast or eat. Great wardrobe. Excellent location, next to Argonne metro to get to the Duomo in 15 minutes. Cafeteria by the entrance and supermarket and nearby restaurants. Communication with Luca was very prompt and his information was very helpful. Fernando informed us and helped us quickly during our stay.

Gustavo was responsive and kind and this stay was great! very clean and private areas for each of us. Great restaurants and transit into the city in the area. The space even had a lovely terrace and winter garden!

The apartment met the expectiations, immediately felt like home. The host was super helpful and always responsive. We were in Milano before check in hours and he let us leave the luggage there so we were able to go to the city centre immediately carefree. There isn't much to do in the neighborhood but it is a close, nice and safe walk to the metro.

We enjoyed our two weeks in Milan staying in this great apartment. Super close to a busy bus line (56) that picks up every 4-5min or a short walk to the 1 train line going to all the main tourist spots. The nearby park is fantastic, but the hours are extremely limited during weekdays, nonetheless we enjoyed it during nights and on the weekend. With our dog, we had to rely on a grassy area that was both safe and quiet and open early and late. Plenty of grocery and pharmacies options for a longer stays as well as full kitchen for cooking. A few minor concerns was that the floor heating was very hard to control and the stove top only works after you put on the activating pans. Took us a bit to figure out, but once we did it was all great.

Meeting with former blue athletes also for dinner at Pizza Aut. Ideal accommodation for a family (I was alone and did not use the many services offered by Katia), but also for those who have to stop for hobbies or businesses in the area.

Beautiful windows and light. Huge rooms. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms! We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a comfortable, spacious place to stay in Milan that was convenient for walking and riding the metro. The owners were very responsive to our questions and requests about little things. Note that the shower in the second bathroom is really just a tub with a handheld nozzle. Can’t say enough how pleasant it is to sit in the main living room with the big windows.

The house was at a very nice and calm area with walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and the metro. The house was clean and big with three bedrooms, two toilets, big kitchen and living room. Our host Nausica was very warm and welcoming.

The apartment is fully renovated, clean, very cozy and bright. I was in the apartment with my boyfriend for a weekend and everything was very tidy and well-stocked! We found coffee, herbal teas, biscuits, brioche, juice, and welcome water! Marco and Sara were very kind and super helpful right away. We were also able to leave the car in the backyard. We are very happy with our stay. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment is very nice and modern. Very clean. The location is near the central station but fairly far from the central tourist area. we used taxis to get downtown. it may be you can do it with public transportation if you are more adventurous than us.

The apartment is very comfortable, in a strategic location to reach the Monza park even on foot and other renowned places such as Milan, Monza, Lecco, Como, Bergamo and so on. The host and his wife are very kind people and always available to meet every need of customers. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need, the host was always extremely helpful and courteous from the first communication. Perfect location for us who were looking for a spacious accommodation near the Milan fair: the week was tiring but in the evening it felt like we were almost to return to our home because the whole house is really well cared for and transmits warmth.

Great location, easy to access, and a very large, private backyard.

I had an amazing stay at Luca’s Airbnb in Milan! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything I needed and ideal for exploring the city. The apartment was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What truly set this experience apart was Luca himself. He was the most responsive and helpful host I’ve ever met, always available to answer questions and make sure my stay was perfect. If you’re heading to Milan, I highly recommend staying at Luca’s place. You won’t be disappointed!

From the first minute, we were thrilled with this loft: it is modern and tastefully decorated. The furnishings and equipment are very tasteful and of high quality. Thanks to the central location, you can walk to many city sights. Nevertheless, you live here absolutely quiet, because the stylish loft is located towards a beautifully designed courtyard. Very valuable is the possibility to use the private garage. We stayed here in December and would like to mention positively that the loft was very well heated via underfloor heating. So also ideal for a stay in the winter months. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back!

This place is very clean and spacious. the building felt safe. There were 3 of us traveling and we were really comfortable as the living room is completely separated from kitchen and dining area, so with sofa bed pulled, it was like a separate bedroom. 4 people could easily stay here for couple of days. All beds were comfy. Internet was very fast. The location is ok, metro is 10 min away, and tram is nearby as well. Overall, we loved it and I highly recommend this apartment.

Nigel's apartment is a stone's throw from the Porta Genova stop, so extremely convenient to get around by car. The house is very comfortable and clean, with everything you need. Loretta, the lady who takes care of the check-in, gave me precise and punctual directions, it was impossible to make a mistake. Highly recommended for the area of Porta Genova!

I can fully recommend this apartment even for long stays Pros: - Great wifi, 300 mbit/s, no issues not even once - Excellent shower, it can spring water on you from 4 directions (2 at once). Warm water comes fast and cold water actually can be cold - Super welcoming host, always kind and helpful, effortless communication - Comfy bed, not too soft - Private garden with trees and squirrels (you can feed them with nuts) - No noise from the street, house is in the inner block - Garbage bins for plastic, cardboard, residual and glass (on the very left) are directly in the building's courtyard.
