A beautiful, small and light-flooded house surrounded by nature. In a secluded location. Very cozy. In the village a small shopping center where you can get everything for your everyday needs. Very central location for visits e.g. Gouda, Delft, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht. We felt very comfortable in the house and will definitely come back.

We (2 people & dog) stayed at Karin's cottage for 1 week. Karin is a top hostess and very helpful. The cottage has every comfort, sparkling clean, cozily furnished , has very good beds and is quietly located. We felt immediately welcome and completely at home. Our stay even liked so much that we already booked for our next vacation.

We had a nice time in Karen's place. It is a good place to visit Amsterdam, Haarlem and to go to the beach!

We really enjoyed staying at the headmaster’s house when we were in town for a wedding. It is a very comfortable and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood has everything for your immediate needs (grocery store, drug store) within a 2 minute walk. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a very pleasant backyard. The check in was super easy and the communication with Sebastiaan was easy and prompt. I definitely recommend this house.

We feel blessed to have found Heleen's house to stay in - it was perfect for us. The house and garden were both immaculate but homely. The house is well equipped for cooking and eating in (the house or garden) with a dishwasher to clean the dishes. It has a washing machine and dryer, TV, dog toys, children toys, bicycles, two good sized bedrooms (we only used one and the bed was very comfortable), bicycles to use and a good sized, matured, safe garden. Heleen was proactive in sending full and clear details regarding access and how to find everything, and she was very responsive and friendly in contact. A great host. The house is in a lovely quiet location on the edge of beautiful woods. There are other houses very close but it is in a respectful environment with plenty of privacy. The birds and even a red squirrel were regular visitors. Parking was easy in the spaces provided on the drive. We stayed with three small/medium dogs and really hope to stay again next year.

Very beautiful house for a family, well equipped and clean, convenient for us location and in a beautiful neighborhood. Esteban was very friendly and kind, he entrusted us with the space and left his child's toys for my sons, while he was willing to respond and accommodate all our requests. Although we searched, we never figured out if there is heating on the ground floor and how it works, but it wasn't very necessary to us and that's why we didn't ask Esteban. The rooms, however, have radiators and they warmed up just fine. The bedroom on the roof has the disadvantage that it does not have a door and is therefore not isolated from the sounds of the rest of the house, while the blinds there do not provide a full blackout, unlike the other 2 bedrooms. The house also has a very beautiful garden, which we didn't use due to the weather.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very cozy and comfortable, and was well equipped with all of the amenities we were looking for. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful for anything that we needed. In particular, the black out shades in the bedroom helped us get a great night's sleep every night. The location was superb, great restaurants and grocery stores were right outside of our door. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great place. Marieke met us when we arrived and assisted with luggage lift when we left. Stairs, though steep, were manageable. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Very clean. Washer and dryer very appreciated. Kitchen well stocked. Great view from the outdoor deck. As mentioned in other reviews, noted noise from the square out front and could see how it would be annoying if the windows were needed to be open at night for ventilation. Otherwise location was very good as close to Central Station.

This is such a lovely apartment and in such a nice neighborhood! It is perfectly located for exploring Amsterdam, within walking distance of nearly everything, but without being in the middle of tourists. Unlike some generic Airbnb apartments, this was personal and impeccably decorated. It exceeded all expectations! We felt honored to be Bas's guests. Bas was a very responsive host and was extremely flexible with early check-in and late check-out. It does have steep steps so it may not be ideal for people with limited mobility but it was fine for us. We walked to Vondel Park and the museums and local restaurants and took a tram on the corner to many other locations. Would stay here again and recommend to everyone!

Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect. It is in a very comfortable neighborhood with restaurants, pastries, groceries and more. Transportation was easy. 3 minutes to one tram, 5 minutes to another. About 20-25 minutes by tram to central station. The apartment is on the upper level with private roof top seats and table that afforded a great view of the city on two evenings. Lovely. The apartment was clean….kitchen, sitting room, bathroom. Because of space, the bed is raised and accessible by a ladder. This created more floor space but the design might be difficult for some people…..the sleeping area is like a high bunk bed with a low ceiling. Thomas was there to greet us. He is a wonderful host and stayed in touch throughout our visit to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend Thomas and his apartment and would gladly stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The place was spotless, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfortable and one of the highlights was the bathroom, which featured a nice bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was fantastic, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport was right in front of the door, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in/check-out smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! I’ll definitely be back!

It was nice weekend stay. Enjoy Heiloo (Proeflokaal Hop) nice music bar with lot of choice of local beers. and also possible to go by walk to Heiloo station & easy to visit Alkmaar. free parking and chill area. If you have car here is easy to access. Room sound system use Bose speakers sound is clear and elegant. makes your stay more luxury :)

The apartment’s location in Jordaan is absolutely perfect and it was super comfortable for our stay. Jan-Bas was very helpful and communicative and made our stay very easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Lovely little apartment on the outskirts of Zandvoort. Everything is available to make two people (and dog) feel comfortable. Wonderful beaches right outside the front door. Village with supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible in 15 minutes and also open in low season. Everything worked out for us!

Me and my elderly parents had a great stay here. They were 75 and the stairs were no problem. My mom loved the apartment decorations and the Christmas tree. It was very fun to walk through the park everyday to get to the museums. Joze was a great hostess and helped us with a recommendation for our last day the fabrique des luminaires which was very fun!
