Lovely home and walking distance to everything!

Amazing place to stay at such a reasonable price! Very old home with necessary remodels, cozy with antique charm. Had just what we needed for a weekend stay.

Great place for 3 families. We had plenty of room for everyone. The one room with the bunks and queen is located in the garage but did have a nice heater to keep it warm during our stay. I would note The road leading to the house has a large hill that was very hard to get up with all the snow we got stuck a few times but the neighbors were helpful and showed us their is buckets of sand to throw down next to it. We definitely came on a snowy weekend! Kids had a great time sledding and tubing. Would definitely book again!

Great place to stay for larger groups. wasn't riding this trip but trails are right there.

Great place, very comfortable. I came up north to his place with my husband, daughter and my 2 Labradors to celebrate my 70th birthday and recent retirement. The place was clean and very inviting, we all loved it. I never met Andrew in person, but he was just a text message away and was very responsive to any needs we may have and the kind message to make sure our check in was okay. Thank you Andrew!

We enjoyed staying at the little red house. Cozy, clean space with lots of amenities. We loved the local recommendations. The parking was a little difficult to navigate with the huge snow banks, but I do have a larger suv. Would definitely come back! Thank you.

Paul was great. Responsive and helpful. Had a couple of questions about how things worked while we were there and he responded within minutes. Solid sleeping for 10 without pullouts.

We are staying at Avon and Kenny's place and it couldn't work out better for us! We are staying here for work and the place is perfect for us and the communication and willingness to work with us is appreciated!

A precious space right in town that we enjoyed so much, only wishing we would have had more time. Incredible hosts providing great communication and information to make our short time so special. Lovely place RIGHT on the lake. My husband and I went for a date weekend of ice fishing and relaxation. Yes-it was a perfect spot to walk out and fish despite the quantities of snow! Restaurants all right there in walking distance- hours are different than what is on menus or online so be aware. Very clean and cozy place that was spacious and warm. We will definitely keep it on our list for the future!

Stacey was such a great hostess! She had fresh cookies and a card on the counter when we arrived! The place was so clean!! And the sound machines were SO GREAT! My husband and I sleep with a fan on and when I realized we forgot to bring it, we were so pleasantly surprised that each room had a sound machine in it. So cool. The location was perfect and private and we really couldn’t have asked for anything better.

We had a lovely time in Traverse City! The studio was clean with all amenities listed. There were great suggestions on things to do in the area and Troy was very friendly, checking that everything was ok during the stay and responsive or any questions. The location was easily within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Would definitely use Troy's properties and/or visit here again.

Andy's place was amazing and comfortable! This was probably our favorite stay on Airbnb! It was exceedingly clean, and it had everything we needed! Andrew was extremely friendly and WE WILL BE BACK! Look no further- it was super close to Bear Lake and a short drive to Crystal Mountain. I cant say enough about the cleanliness and hospitality! A+!!!! Thanks for everything, Andrew!

We absolutely loved this apartment, we didn’t want to leave😂 The hot tub was so nice as well! We will definitely be coming back to this apartment when we come back!

We loved our stay here! Ken and Rhonda were the perfect hosts, they were very flexible with check in and check out times and available to us during our stay. The stay is in a renovated garage next to their house, but we felt like we had lots of privacy and the setting with the pond and lots of land is wonderful. Everything seemed new, clean, and comfy, with lots of games that our kid loved. We loved the location, it felt remote but was also very convenient to everything we like to do in the area!

Great spot and great location! Super easy to get around downtown, most places were very walkable to get to. The condo was a great landing pad after a full day of running around.

Such a nice dwelling, clean and quiet - I was very happy with the accomodations...

Our third visit to this particular Airbnb, and we'll keep coming back. Love the proximity to everything happening downtown, and it's pretty bougie. Can't recommend enough to others!

This unit has a great location that is a short walk to the downtown. Checking in went smoothly and the unit was well maintained.

This is a beautifully designed condo with lots of spaces for a group to be together (large table, kitchen island stools, and sitting area). We loved the location of the condo because we could walk to restaurants, shops and family who were also staying in the Village. Accessing the unit is a bit complicated but the directions given are well done and easily followed, but you need to have those directions available to you for your first time into the unit - after that first time, you will be fine. Also it is important to note that even with the elevator, everyone staying in the unit will have to negotiate a single flight of stairs with suitcase, either up a traditional staircase or the metal spiral staircase. We would highly recommend this unit.

Lovely little condo and it is the first door closest to the parking garage. Then only up half a flight of stairs and you were there. Only downfall was parking - the lot out back has less than 20 spaces, some of them handicapped. So we had to pay the $20/day to park overnight in the garage next door. The back parking lot was also not plowed well at all so walking thru on your way to places was a bit treacherous in December. But, all things out of the owner's control. Everything inside was pristine and beautiful. p Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too!

Our stay at Julie's place in Traverse City was perfect for a girls trip weekend getaway. It had all the amenities we needed, the location was great and we had plenty of space. We visited in the winter so didn't get to experience much of the walkability of the condo but it's located close to the lake, and walkable to downtown in the warmer months :) Julie offered great check in instructions which made the place easy to find in the dark when we arrived. We'd definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Spring's place! You can't beat the location and everything was clean and easily communicated. Would love to stay again some time!
