Jerry’s place was lovely! It was very easy to check in and out and the place was nice, bright, and toasty in the middle of winter. It was spacious but also cozy, and we loved how Netflix was set up in the main tv. Jerry was so friendly and always on top of communicating with us. Would definitely return if we are in the area.

Our stay at Dianna’s place in Hoboken was absolutely perfect. The place itself is very comfortable and more spacious than we thought it would be. It had everything we needed and more, with lots of thoughtful extras. Check in was extremely easy and it was very easy to find. Location wise it’s perfect for exploring Hoboken and also venturing out into NYC which we did most days - it’s accessible by bus, ferry and train. Couldn’t fault our stay, we would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again!

The place was perfect for my wife and I to take our 5mo old while we were visiting a friend in the area. It’s situated in a very nice neighborhood and her instructions how to reach the apartment were very easy to follow. Joanne was very communicative, from letting us know the space was clean and ready for us when we arrived all the way throughout checkout. We had no issues during our stay and actually elected to extend it by another night, which Joanne was very helpful in accommodating!

I had a wonderful stay at Antonio’s. He responded immediately before I even booked to answer questions I had. And after I book he still responded very quickly. The place was spotless and cozy and extremely quiet. I will definitely book again with Antonio. He was a wonderful host. Also, Antonio’s location was central to every place I had to visit. I do hope that I was as mindful about being quiet as the main house was. I didn’t even hear a peep from anyone. Thank you Antonio. 5 stars and if I could give more stars, you definitely deserve them.

It was a comfortable, cozy, cute and clean place to unwind, disconnect from the world and reconnect with the one who matters most.

Tony and Gina were great hosts! Their place is cute and cozy, and the view out back is gorgeous. The notes they leave out for their guests are very descriptive and make it super easy to find and operate everything in the house. Location wise, super close to the train station for trips to the city! Checkout was a breeze. Would definitely book with them again!

We enjoyed our stay and Angel was very accommodating. He made it very easy for us both coming to and leaving from the property. We will rebook if we have the opportunity.

Sheryl’s home was very clean and exactly as photographed/described. Good location with a short drive to many restaurants/the down town area. We stayed over the weekend and the upstairs neighbors were pretty loud at around 2-5am, so sound sensitive folks might have trouble sleeping. Otherwise, great place for the price!

The place was so roomy! A king size bed with big walk in closet. A whole living room with two couches and kitchenette with mini fridge which was helpful! The only part a little small was the bathroom and shower, but was enough for us! We loved how quiet the area was but it was close enough to drive to all we wanted to see and do!

The place was great, clean, the bed was very comfortable. Great location, a few minutes from the subway and we were in the city center in a few minutes. The kitchen is well-equipped, everything is clean. Bathroom clean too. Heating worked as it should. Everything was perfect and we'd love to come back! Thank you so much :-)

Me and my family completely loved Saidy and Ed’s home it was beautiful had plenty of house amenities the washer and dryer came very handy! The host was more then communicative they checked in through our stay and was available for any questions or concerns! We don’t have anything bad to say about there home everything was perfect more then asked for ! They even greeted us with a gift that had my name which was very nice and throughtful of them! Would love to come back highly recommended feels just at home easy and private entrance and house rules were very simple to follow hope they have a vey good holiday and we hope to return back very soon god blessing.

We had stayed in the main house last year over the December holidays because we are originally from the area but we moved out of state. It was perfect for three adults. We even hosted a breakfast for six of us and cooked a few dinners and there was a dishwasher which was perfect. This time it was just two adults for a short stay to participate in some holiday parties so we stayed in the apartment. My husband loved that there were two TVs as he loves to watch TV in the bedroom before bed. There is no dishwasher but that was fine because it was a shorter stay and we ate out or just used the microwave for our meals. If I am not cooking a large meal I can handle not having a dishwasher. For us the location is perfect because it is near family and friends. Keep in mind this is an area with no sidewalks and no street lights. If you are looking for a quiet street this is the place. It is walking distance to a lake, too.

Henry’s was a great place to stay for my trip to NYC. He helped me make sure my booking was seamless. The location is fairly accessible to trains & convenience stores by walking. Will definitely come back again!

The place is close to Yale where I was working. The area is quiet and safe. Rosaria sets very high standards of cleanliness.

My fiance and i went to stay for a last minute relaxing winter weekend in new paltz at ami’s place and LOVED it! the space was amazing with the hot tub and sauna, the view of the mountains alone was stunning and it felt so private! the apartment had everything we needed and we enjoyed the complimentary kombucha! the property is a mile walk to town and it it wasn’t so cold we would’ve walked to get our morning coffee ! ami even attached passes to the montauk mountain reserve!! the stay was beyond relaxing and we will be back in the summer to enjoy another stay! you can’t miss staying here !

Had family visiting for the holiday and looked for a nearby home. Only blocks away and not a "summer beach type" place. Well outfitted and comfortable. Family was very happy with the accomodations and enjoyed staying there over the holidays.

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Location is perfect and Jaime was incredibly friendly throughout!! He let me know that they had everything we would need.. but as a self-described obsessive packer I didnt listen. He wasn't kiding! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything else you need for the perfect beach day. I brought an entire wagon of stuff and used one bag. It really is an awesome little find!!

The apartment is lovely, and we loved being able to use the backyard. Verona is an incredible host and I highly recommend this location if you need to get away for a weekend.

Cozy barn loft with a great view and setting. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. The hot tub felt great after a day of hiking. Would definitely come back.
