Accommodation is great, and service is superb. Fast responses and very helpful staffs! Location is accessible to touristy and shopping district. Abit on the costly side but all in all is super worth it. Great amenities, super cozy and safe environment.

The place has great view and everything you need for a short stay for a small family. Host is very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay- it was very private and a lovely respite.

The studio apartment was great with a huge bathroom. However, the highlight was Seb, the guy in charge at the front desk. He’s direct, a clear communicator, attentive to all my needs and makes the best cappuccino I’ve had so far in HCMC D7. Thank you so much for making my stay that much better.

Had a Great stay. Staff were Helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and they did my laundry for a small fee . Well worth the price I’ll be coming back

My friends and i enjoyed the stay so much! Loved the living room area where we watched shows together. There is a 4P outlet <5mins walk away. Beds were one of the best we stayed in, as compared to many hotels/airbnbs. Would love to return if i visit HCM again! Thanks for the splendid stay :)

What a fantastic find!!!!!! Victors place is spotlessly clean, it’s in a really cool location. 3 or 4 min walk to walking street that’s fun do see at night but this apartment is down an quaint alley (yes well lit and totally safe) with locals nice sized balcony that faces a really cute Parisian style neighbouring building. Reminds me of vietnams history. Victoer is quick to respond and to help. He gave me a great recommendation when I asked him if he could suggest a barber. This was very good value and I would stay again.

Hello. The accommodation was very clean and in excellent condition. The 29th floor with great view was especially nice. I would definitely want to stay here again the next time when I visit Ho Chi Minh.

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. There’s a security on site 24/7 so it’s very safe. Similar to a hotel, there’s a placard you can put outside to have the apartment cleaned daily if needed. There’s a small washer you can use to do laundry as well. 5 stars, highly recommended. Would stay again for future visit.

The apartment is as in the pictures and in a good area. We had some issues checking in as the code we were given was not correctly set up, but the host sent someone to help us that arrived within 2-3mins and fixed the issue! Overall, we had a great and very comfortable stay!

Same as the picture. It was one of the most cost-effective Airbnb rooms I've used in Vietnam. It was in the 1st group, so the location was nice and the front of the road was quiet. If you ask for the disadvantages, the view in front is a construction site, but it's not noisy because there's no construction going on. I intend to revisit if I visit Ho Chi Minh again.

Nice location. Clean room. Swimming pool is available at any time. Communication is very fast The two rooms are not next door. They are separated by a hallway. Cons: The hair dryer is too weak to blow dry.

The place is located in a quite alley and yet right in the city’s center. Walkable distance to many spas, local restaurants and cafes. The room feels bigger in real life and everything is very clean. We got to check-in early. Highly recommend!

Generally it was great However, there were some ants because the weather was very hot.

I’ve stayed at AirBnBs all over the place but the level of kindness and hospitality at this was just great. The place looks exactly like in the pictures and had everything I needed. The location is also great and closer to everything. Grab taxi network in entire Vietnam is too good and they find you even if you’re hiding. No hassle. Xuan who is one of the people taking care of the guest is just FAB. She was proactive in helping, giving local suggestions and also checked on how things are going. If you want to spend time in Ho Chi and don’t want to stay in those hotels (traffic is bad in that area).. this is highly recommended. If I come to Saigon again.. I am staying here for sure.

Place was clean and prefect location, host provided us everything we need in the room without needing us to ask for it, slippers, tissue, umbrella, TV with Netflix, washing machine even laundry detergent and also dryer as well. Overall the stay was prefect. Only downside was they lock the gate all the time without anyway for us to unlock other than calling the guard to open for us, but it might not feel good when we back home late or we need to go out at midnight because we need to wake the guard up in order to open the front gate. we can't even order grab food when we hungry at midnight because we dont wanna wake the guard up😂

This is the 2nd apartment for our short stay at Haina’s place. Exactly like the image! Wait a bit for the building door to be opened when checking-in but the process is seamless. Recommend!

We had a lovely stay here as a couple for my partner's birthday. The apartment was exactly as described, huge and beautifully decorated. Betty was helpful and responsive throughout. The jacuzzi was lovely! Sound quality was great on the TV! Lovely minibar available, though we didn't make use of it. Great welcome fruit and water. Huge choice of lighting which was fun and we enjoyed the fake fire. Bed was massive and really comfortable. Balcony cute and usable. We only used the pool once but it was large and quiet.

The place is nice and clean. The location is not so far from the place we wanna visit. The owner is very friendly.
