The property was quite clean, well maintained and clutter free. I liked the set up with the projector on ground floor which invariably became the common room for the group and really added to the fun and activity plan of our group. The pool in the property is quite small, however it did the job of beating the heat for all of us.. Jacuzzi on the roof top was another amenity that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Another thing that added a lot of charm to the property were the seating arrangements with fairy lights on patio and on the terrace. This pushed us to take our late night gatherings and games to the outdoor setting.. Location of the property is quite easy to find and it is in a gated society which added to the security and peace of mind. The staff arrangement by the host was very helpful. Barka who is the host of this property, was very friendly and understanding. she was always reachable and ensured that we had a great stay all through our booking.

The place was luxurious and beautiful. Wonderful valley views and a fantastic infinity pool. The rooms are spacious and huge, and the place is done up beautifully.. very eclectic taste. The food was so so good. And Ushama was on top of everything and nothing moved an inch without her approval. She was so helpful and she recommended us great dishes. The only hitch in a near perfect vacation was the approach road… we went with 2 SUVs yet, one couldn’t make it all the way to the house.. as the tyre punctured while trying to race up the gravel… and the second one barely made it.. but Ushama made sure we got proper parking and a mechanic for the car which didn’t make it. But I would recommend this place and although we went in March, I’m sure it’ll look divine in the monsoons .. big thumbs up for this one .

Neo retro is a such a fantastic find that it’s definitely making it to our repeat list. I have proactively told anyone I care to talk to about using this property as a getaway from Bombay. Accurate description, extremely clean and well maintained. Very thoughtfully laid out spaces for multiple groups of people to hang out together or do their own thing. The caretaking staff is respectful, ever present but very non intrusive. Ruchi is such a gracious and accommodating host, very responsive and mindful. The whole operation is run like a very tight ship, from check in, check out to food service. The food service from Ruchi’s home kitchen is exactly what the doctor ordered, simple home cooked style food, but very tasty. I have to say I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised with this find. Definitely got a lot of brownie points from my family for finding this space. Do not miss this one!!

My stay here was fabulous. We were a group of 7 of us. All below the age of 30. The villa looks exactly like the pictures. The pool and jacuzzi were clean as well which was great. The bathrooms were spacious. There were minor issues like the jet spray didn’t have decent water flow and a tap was broken in one of the bathroom but Rut was very quick to help us out and fix the problem. We had a great check in and check out experience, all thanks to Rut. It honestly felt like we were living in one of our own villas. There was no disturbance by the host. The barbecue was spectacular and a must have. No restriction with regard to music before 10pm either. All in all great stay and the next time we going back to Lonavala it’s definitely going to be with Aaramghar Stays.

We have a nice time at Kiran's place. it's in a small cup de sac with some other houses around but quiet and very peaceful. unfortunately in this season the lake dried up so not visible from the house as seen in the photos and apparently no access to the lakeside from anywhere walking nearby, but a drive down south towards Pawana dam provides for good views and great sunsets. Good food options nearby. About 28 mins drive from Lonavala Kumar Resort junction, so away from crowd and markets. we preferred it that way as were there on a very crowded weekend. The main bedroom is decorated with some ornate furniture as seen in the photos and has a small terrace that is great for stargazing or just lying around and spending time in the night in. Despite no air conditioning there was no issue in the april heat. the fans were enough in the afternoon and evenings and nights anyway had temp of 22-26 degrees. The house garden is well maintained and has some lovely flowers.

The place was good for enjoyment and clean. A big swimming pool. They have the speakers with karaoke. The caretake was very friendly and helpful within the journey, we had asked him for born fire, he managed the same. The host was responsive. There are services of zomato and Swiggy. The only thing was washroom was not clean and also the curtain was not placed properly. The place, furniture and photos are same as displaced.

Honestly, this was the best place we could have stayed at. The villa had EVERYTHING: modern design, comfy beds, and the outdoor space was everything. We spent most of our time just hanging by the pool and chilling. It’s the perfect spot for friends or a fam vacay. Plus, the host made it super easy, so no stress! If you're looking for a chill and luxury stay, THIS IS IT. Okay, so this villa was straight-up goals. Super sleek interior, comfy as heck, and the backyard was like something out of a magazine.
