Villa vacation rentals in Lombardy

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. So much to do. The boat tour with pickup from our dock was beautiful!! The back patio with exceptional view was where we started and ended our day.

The accommodation perfectly matches the photos, it is wonderful, cared for and with all the necessary services. The view is priceless. And all the staff was really friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!!

The amazing house surrounded by the wonderful nature. There were lost of artivities for children and adults. Roberto was very friendly and helped with everything. Highly recommend!

What a place and what hosts! Immediately we felt at home and welcome in Antonella's authentic Italian house. The barbecue area and of course the pool was most used and we enjoyed it. Outstanding views of the plain and mountains. Antonella was very friendly and welcoming and gave a good review of the house which was well equipped with everything you need. Will get lots of local recommendations and the area was thrilled to explore, we could go on:) Thank you!

The villa is really great! Check-in is done by two really nice girls, at the set time. The outdoor space is cared for in every detail and is huge. It has a well-equipped barbecue area. The house inside is very clean and well-stocked, a wide variety of breakfast products, a washing machine, air conditioners, and all amenities. I'll definitely be back

Our host was amazing and responded to any questions I had very quickly. The apartment was quite out of the way of most things but that made our stay more peaceful.

Villa Vitalba is the perfect place to stay for a group of family and friends and to celebrate a special occasion. To us it was more like a Palace rather than a Villa and we felt like Duke and Countess. Carola and Lorenzo were phenomenal hosts and made us feel at home right away. They helped to organize additional accommodation in the vicinity as well as catering from the nearby La Frasca, provided numerous suggestions what to do in the area and also supplied us with wine from their vineyards. We had the best of times at the Villa and would chose it again without any doubt! Thanks so much, Carola and Lorenzo, for your hospitality, kindness and support!!

The house and especially the garden + pool is great! We felt very comfortable and also for our dog the completely fenced, huge garden was a dream. The pool is also really great and big! Every now and then someone comes by who looks for the pool, which did not bother us further. The terrace with the fireplace was also really nice to sit for a long time even at night. Inside the house is rustic, but the rooms and the house overall are very large. We were 6 people + dog and it was more than adequate (even on rainy days). Due to the fact that the house is also used privately, it can sometimes be a bit confusing, but Stefania always helped very quickly when we were looking for something. Two important info: 1. A car is a must. We recommend a trip to Bergamo Città Alta + treasure hunt! 2. When we were there, there were extremely many snacks - don't forget Autan! ;) Thanks Stefania for the great holiday!

Great villa, amazing views, superb pool, very spacious, close to Gargnano ( options for restaurants, bars, cafes, ice creams, deli, etc.). Some other reviews have mentioned the size of the kitchen - while its floor space is small-ish (compared the rest of the villa), it has everything you need to cook meals for big groups - 6 hobs, oven, dishwasher, plenty utensils etc. Also the outside BBQ is great, built into the side of the villa with a chimney for smoke.

Eugenia was very attentive and always quick to respond to anything we needed during our stay. She helped book us dinner reservations, transportation, and offered local tips on the best way to explore beautiful Lake Como. The house was very nice, clean, and had comfortable beds and a beautiful backyard with a clean pool. The house is situated slightly up a hill on a relatively busy road, but is centrally located and only a few minutes walk down the hill to get to the main section of San Giovanni and the ferry stop. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a very lovely stay with Gabrielle. The house is very large and spacious and extremely clean. There is air conditioning throughout the whole house. Gabrielle was also very welcoming and helpful with recommendations.

I strongly advise you to stay in this house. The rooms are very spacious, the view is very beautiful, and the pool is very beautiful and clean.

One of the best AirBnb stays we have ever experienced. The hosts were great - from communication while coordinating check-in, to showing us the house and how to operate the garages, to providing local restaurant recommendations. The house was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and provided the best sleep of the places we stayed on our trip. The bathrooms and rainfall shower heads were great. Each bedroom has in its own climate control, which we really appreciated. The views of Lago di Garda are great, especially from the second level balconies. Note that it takes around 15 minutes to get from the house in San Zeno di Montagna down the mountain to the lake towns and there are some switchback roads on the way. We loved being out of the more busy touristic areas and didn’t mind the drive. We recommend local restaurant Bar K2 for pizza and pasta. Thanks again for such a great stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.

What a beautiful accommodation with a beautiful view of Lake Garda. Very private, large bedrooms, large kitchen, sitting area. Our favorite were the patios with the views of the lake. Sabine and Massimo were great hosts. Our best AirBnB ever.

We had a wonderful stay at the property of Luigi. Before arrival, Luigi was very responsive to all of our questions. During the stay, we contacted him a couple of time and nothing was too much for him. The house is enormous and the pool has an amazing view over landscape. Furthermore, there was an additional service that our waste was picked up every day (included), so we didn’t need to seek for a public facility for waste disposal. All in all, highly recommendable for a fantastic stay.

Our family of 14, (including an 18month old) had a great stay. The house was lovely, as was expected from the photos. It has a great outside area, big communual spaces, very clean throughout and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utilities for a large group of people. It was lovely to arrive to a welcome gift left by the hosts. bedore arrival and throughout our stay, they were communicative and responsive to all questions and requests. Much appreciated! We would say the house bed rooms are great for 14+ people but the communal areas couldn't fit so many so we really had to squeeze 14 people in to the dining table made for 10. We would have loved more seating in the living room as well as the sofas only had room for 6 people. We also had to be very watchful of the pool as the baby kept trying to go play in it and it didn't have a cover. All in, my family loved the place and we would recommend it for large groups. A big thanks to Manuela for taking great care of us!

perfect house in tranquility in the middle of nature, with an underground pool not bad

Beautiful, clean and uncluttered, newer construction, nicely appointed, private and very secure home, in a quiet neighbourhood. Some great restaurants that were recommended are within walking distance. Amenities as listed on the Airbnb profile were exactly as described, there were no surprises. The in-ground pool is also very private and was a welcome feature we used most evenings that helped provide some relief from the summer heat. Our host, Markus, was very accommodating, friendly, and provided prompt and courteous responses to any questions we had.

It was wonderful. We got fresh bread from the baker every morning, the apartment or the house was in an impeccable condition. If we had questions, we could either get to the various Documents we received ourselves and we did not find something, we were just allowed to contact Vera and had a response within an hour. We were also informed about markets and similar occasions in the area. Everyone who comes across this jewel of accommodation, I recommend it, book the accommodation and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The best view, security, amenities as well as wonderful garden and pool, Will definitely visit this romantic place again

We were a family of 9 adults, 2 infants and one baby. There was more than enough space for everyone. the room downstairs had a great selection of toys to keep the little ones entertained. Everything that we needed was there with plenty of crockery etc in the kitchen. Loved the pool with plenty loungers and outdoor seating. Great location for exploring the lake, although we did have a car for longer journeys. Novella was a great host, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, even confirming a spa booking for us when our phones wouldn’t work! Would highly recommend this property and ordering a pre prepared meal from Chef Manuel for arrival in the evening was a most welcome and delicious start to our holiday.

We had a very nice time in this villa. The spa was the icing on the cake. Host and co-hosts responded immediately to questions and an issue we had with sauna was resolved within 1 hour. Great service! We would love to come back
