Very nice stay in a house ideal for a family with two young children, with a nice garden, and close to the beautiful beaches of the Épine.

We had the chance to have a nice stay, close to the sea. Well equipped and comfortable house, especially with the wood burner for winter evenings:-). And we were able to discover Saint Brevin and some surprises of Saint Nazaire (L 'Espadon...)

We had a wonderful week in Noirmoutier-d’Île. The house is a much loved family holiday home and is very charming. Thank you for the lovely bottle of local wine. We loved having the beach opposite and the garden and terrace to enjoy in the sun. Thank you!

The accommodation fits the photos very well. It is very spacious and tastefully furnished, we had a great time there for 17 adults. The welcome is perfect, our hosts were very nice and available.

We had a great time at Maëlle's home. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the ramparts of Guérande and 10 minutes drive from the beach. the neighborhood is very quiet and the accommodation is incredibly equipped. We recommend it unreservedly and will definitely return to the beautiful days enjoying the garden!

We had a pleasant stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Michael was very welcoming and friendly, however it is important not to park in the driveway to avoid any problems with the neighbors. The location close to the beach and the charming port of l 'Herbaudière was an undeniable asset. We recommend this place to stay for families or groups of friends.

We had a great time in a quiet and peaceful environment. The place is perfect for visiting the area and its surroundings. The apartment is perfect, it has all the necessary amenities and is super cozy if you are looking for a little calm. We would have stayed longer! Marie-Therese is very kind and will always be there if you need advice or have any questions.

David and his wife are very friendly, we were able to chat a little with them before they left. We were very happy to do that. Very good location for the apartment. Just for me the only small problem is that so they have 3 dogs that left from time to time before we arrived, as they didn't accept pets I thought they didn't have any, so I was a little taken after my allergies but otherwise it went very well. Our stay at Madeleine's went really well😁. Great welcome, nice house with a beautiful garden and very well-equipped, ideal for family reunions or large families. Quick access to paths for swamp and seaside walks. Very flexible bedding. In the end, a great experience and very satisfied for our family reunion.

We had a pleasant Christmas night at the white villa, 3 minutes from the center of Rochefort en Terre.

We stayed in the cottage for four days, but we would have stayed much longer. The accommodation is spacious and very well appointed, the wellness area is amazing, and the environment quiet and soothing... We'll be happy to come back.

We had a great time with friends. Between swimming pool, jacuzzi, billiards, we took good care of ourselves. Very clean accommodation, great communication, space for everyone, very nice sleeping area. I would highly recommend it for a large group.

Beautiful and comfortable house, with a very nice view, quiet. The terrace and pool are very nice; we also enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, piano and plancha. You can walk to the old town of Guérande (small friendly market despite the crowds in August). Nearby hiking trail and bike paths. Many activities around Guérande, in addition to the beaches. Virginia is a thoughtful hostess. I would this property.

House as described, Perfect stay in this house very well suited to families. Very comfortable, warm and super well equipped! a small fireplace upon our arrival, the hot tub very appreciated after the walks by the sea on the accessible trails, close to the house. Excellent communication with stephane, available and responsive. I highly recommend this rental.

We had a great time. The place is very nice (it must be even more so in summer with the outside). The Neighborhood is peaceful . The accommodation is very well designed for 6 people. The only downside was the stove we couldn't use.
