Great private place with great terrace, everything is clean from floor to linen bed and towel. We were 3 couples, we all enjoyed this large house with its 3 bedrooms and their bathroom. Sarah and her husband are lovely, we were very well received. 2 steps from the house is inter-market, which is very convenient for some purchases and the gas station:) The place is quiet and the house is well soundproofed. I would recommend this place 2000%.

We had a great time in this comfortable apartment, very quiet in the city center, perfect for a couple. All tours can be done by foot. Good welcome by our host and very good communication (only by email). The parking space a few minutes away is a big plus because parking is difficult and paying in the neighborhood. we highly recommend it.

The apartment is really very charming with a beautiful light and everything you need! We loved the fact that it was located close to the city center and on a dead end street, which limited car traffic. There was just the TV that wasn't working that night, but Jacques was very responsive to help as best he could. Overall we really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend it!

Ronan is a lovely, welcoming and friendly host, the place is as described, carefully decorated. The location is ideal in the heart of the historic center. there is everything you need in the apartment for a pleasant stay, down to the smallest details. The bedding is very comfortable, with a peaceful environment around, we slept very well. The 5 floors on foot are a little hard the first time, (when you're not used to the stairs), but you got used to it very quickly in the end. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Villa des Plages. The house was spotless and perfect for five couples with kids. Everyone was able to find their mark in the different lounges and game rooms. We quickly felt at home, with large spaces to organize in small groups without interfering with each other. The kitchen was superbly equipped, with appreciable attention to detail. We'd love to go back.

Beautiful and comfortable house, with a very nice view, quiet. The terrace and pool are very nice; we also enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, piano and plancha. You can walk to the old town of Guérande (small friendly market despite the crowds in August). Nearby hiking trail and bike paths. Many activities around Guérande, in addition to the beaches. Virginia is a thoughtful hostess. I would this property.

We had a great time. The place is very nice (it must be even more so in summer with the outside). The Neighborhood is peaceful . The accommodation is very well designed for 6 people. The only downside was the stove we couldn't use.

We had a great week with our family. The house is located really right on the water, the terrace allows you to enjoy the sea and the sun throughout the day. The views are absolutely exceptional. The location at the end of a small cul-de-sac guarantees absolute calm and silence. The noisiest neighbors are… the gulls! We will be back with joy!
