Brite, warm, cozy and stylish apartment with wonderful view from the window and balcony. Well equipped. Very quiet. Very pleasant shower. Stable Internet, roofed private parking. Very friendly and helpful hostess excellent communication with her.

Amazing location, only a 5 minute walk from the Straubing "square" with lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bars and beautiful walking areas but also a similar distance to the train station and main bus stops. The owner was always very responsive and extremely helpful. An ideal location and owner for a stay in Straubing short or long. Only slight note of caution is realise this is an "efficiency" (no separate bedroom) apartment. I was aware and worked fantastic for me!

We stayed here for two days and felt very comfortable. For four adults and one baby, the size of the apartment was ideal. There was even a crib provided. Everything was clean and there was everything you could ever need in the kitchen and bathroom. Very convenient: an Edeka and bakery are right outside the door. Downtown is not right around the corner, for us the location was still great because our relatives stayed in the neighborhood. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and straightforward, all in all really recommended!

The swimming pool and ping pong table were the highlight of the kids. The listing was as described. The dining area offered plenty of space. And the couch invited you to relax. Communication with Judith was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the too much accommodation.

The listing is exactly as pictured and described. Check-in was quick and the house has everything you need for life. A large kitchen-living room, with appliances and utensils. We were with three children, we enjoyed our stay . There is a playroom for children near the house. We will come back again and recommend it to friends.

For 3 - 4 people a great apartment in the Predigtstuhl Resort with swimming pool and sauna. Great with kids. Ski school right next door. Wifi as well. Had a lovely stay in Sankt Englmar in winter 2025.

I spent three months with my husband and two small children at Andrea's house. Always attentive, it helped us in everything we needed, almost a family! I felt welcomed and at home It was the best stay I had to date at AirBnb, thanks to Andrea! I just have to thank you!

Anytime again! All-round carefree package with super beautiful indoor swimming pool for the kids, sauna included. The surroundings also have a lot to offer, even without snow. The place was great, everything you could ever need was there. Anything. Lots of information material for leisure, games, books. I was particularly interested in the communication with Stefan and Sabine. The hosts took great care and were always reachable. A completely successful getaway!

There were three of us in the beautiful accommodation and we felt very comfortable with the Freisinger family. For our baby there were changing table, diaper bucket, bathtub, bed and high chair. We didn't miss anything and minor issues were resolved very quickly. The Freisinger family was always accommodating, friendly and helpful. Especially for the little ones, there are plenty of toys and equipment. The large property and the magnificent view complete a lovely stay. Gladly again and only recommended!

Cozy room under the roof with Herrgottswinkel, comfortable bed and beautiful floor recycled from a sports hall. Everything there as you need it, but unfortunately no shower - but that was also described. Infrared heating ensures pleasant radiant heat.

We stayed with Michaela for the second time and were very warmly welcomed by her mother! Like the last time, the apartment was sparkling clean and we immediately felt at home there! The hospitality can't be beat and we will definitely come back again! A special highlight for us is always the wood-burning stove, which we also used well at this time of year could! For a vacation to prepare can only be recommended!

The place is super nice, we really enjoyed the time there. The sauna and steam room are really a highlight. But also the rest of the apartment is totally recommended. Everything is clean, very well equipped and you feel right at home. Communication with Angelina was great and check-in was also absolutely hassle-free. We will definitely be back 😊

The space is a dream. The apartment has been decorated with so much love that you feel right at home. Right after arrival, we were able to get to know Katrin and her partner. We haven't been so warmly welcomed in a long time. We will definitely come back again. It is simply quiet, you can simply recover from the usual everyday stress. The hot tub is the highlight. Great place to stay for our winter vacation. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building complex. Sauna and fitness area are in very good condition. The water temperature in the swimming pool (and in the baby pool) is a bit fresh, but it can still be well tolerated.

We had some great days in the Bavarian Forest. The place is very nice and everything exactly as described or seen in the photos. In advance, we received a first-class description for check-in. The apartment is super clean, well furnished and has everything you need. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Great location right on the lake with private lake access, jetty and loungers. Were traveling with a dog and that was a great fit. Nice and quiet!
