A stunning house with all the facilities we needed plus much more. Everything about this house is amazing and it's perfect for a group or large family. Would love to stay again.

The stay was very unique and amazing! The Lodge is lovely and the fact that there was a starter log and wood for the fire and even charcoal for the BBQ was very thoughtful. The guide book in the Lodge gives all the information you could need during your stay for all the local restaurants and sights to see. Could not fault the place and it is clear the owners take great pride and care for the lodges, even the Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the perfect weekend away at Wallace Lodge. Wallace was super responsive and kindly flexible with check in. Instructions were incredibly clear and the surroundings are stunning - we absolutely loved it!

Great stay for a larger group. Very local to the centre of Aviemore, 15-20 minute walk to anything you need in the town. Susan was very responsive to any questions and the directions were easy to find. Close enough to the town but secluded enough that you have your own space. Would highly recommend for a weekend away. Hot tub and sauna were a real treat, great way to recover from the night before!

The cabin was really nice, and easy to get into Inverness and back. The hot tub was the absolute highlight, especially with the TV next time it. Would go again

Balnacraig is a beautiful house in a wonderful location. Linda, the host was very helpful, advising us of adverse weather conditions and offering us earlier check in to accommodate this. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again.

Just as described. A perfect ‘pied a terre’- right on the royal mile, located perfect to access the tourist attractions. But as expected this isn’t a peaceful area, quite a lot of night and early morning noise. The beds were comfy, ideally there would have been more sofa space to relax on. The kitchen has everything needed and more than enough fridge and freezer space. The hot tub and sauna were much appreciated after busy walking days (once we worked out how to work to turn them on!) also, I’d have liked access to to more towels but these are are just little things, not game changers. The comms from their ‘cleaning lady’ was fabulous and she was super helpful. Thank you.

Such a perfect location and the house was so well equipped and set in a beautiful spot on the loch. John is a great host and kept us very well-informed from booking until we left. I would say arrive in daylight (particularly in shorter days) as it’s like a fairy story land with many different ways!

such an overall lovely place to stay, was perfect for me and my girlfriend, so cosy and comfortable, loved the rustic asthetic, probably the best nights sleep i’ve ever had in the bed, struggled to wake up every morning, everything was absolutely spot on!

We’ve had a great few days staying at Ronnie’s place. The location was perfect for visiting our family and the apartment was fantastic. It was very comfortable and felt really homely with lots of space, great showers and a well equipped kitchen. The extras provided (milk, tea, coffee and cereal) were really appreciated as were the Christmas decorations too. It’s the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Edinburgh (and we’ve stayed in quite a few!) and we hope to be back again soon!

The farmhouse is beautiful and well kept. It’s a bit remote to get to which we knew and liked. Beautiful surroundings. We had a clear night and could see more stars than ever before. Aeleen was friendly and helpful and had great local recommendations.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this bright, spacious cottage. Fantastic setting and amazing views! Such a gorgeous village too, with great walks from the door and a really friendly, welcoming pub.

This location was great! It had 2 bedrooms and a loft for sleeping. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The dishwasher was handy. The pool was fun for our entire family. The only downside was the stairs. We had enough people to help with our baby things so it wasn't a big deal just something to keep in mind. We would love to stay there again and we will also let our friends know about this wonderful place/village/experience!

A very comfortable place to stay with a mixed family group for Christmas. Really close to the city centre and with excellent public transport facilities. The apartment had everything we needed for self-catering, and there was also easy access to local restaurants. Our hosts were very prompt and clear with their instructions.

The most perfect location for a hen party! Chris was the most amazing host with all his information to ensure the stay was as perfect as it could have been! Chris was always on hand if anything was required and always ready to answer questions along with giving recommendations! Location was perfect in a very quiet neighbourhood with a 5 minute walk to the train station to get straight into the centre of Glasgow in no time! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

We honestly couldn't fault it. The view was spectacular and the photos don't do it justice. It's incredibly well stocked with plenty of towels and linen and it was spotless. The hot tub is massive and the bar area was absolutely fantastic, the fire pit and bbq were a very welcome bonus. If you get the chance to book this place place, do it. You won't be disappointed. Doug is an attentive host without being even slightly intrusive. I wish they allowed dogs as I'd use it much more!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay with Rosie. Place was absolutely beautiful, and Rosie was so kind and helpful.

Had an amazing time at the Abbey Castle. Would recommend to everyone looking to get away

This cottage truly is off the grid. The owner Tilly had to drive us there from Tomintoul 15 min drive. No other house in sight. Just pure hilly countryside with about 100 deers hanging out in the field in front of us. Amazing peaceful place with outstanding views. No WiFi but liked that. Good 4g reception and digital terrestrial TV with a DVD player and choice of DVDs. We made good use of the hot tub daily and the sauna and even braved the plunge pool a few times which has fresh water from the mountains. Quite refreshing. We did a couple of day trips to Loch Ness 90 min and G2 adventure 50 min away. Local village Tomintoul has a nice village shop with amenities and pubs and restaurants. A restful idyllic place and good value for money.
