Bronturnor Cottage, Snowdonia

LizRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely stay at Jeston’s place. Ideally located to enjoy the beautiful soundings and be close to amenities. Our little boy loved seeing the sheep and horse from the living room window. It was a shame the steam train was not running during our visit as the track is right at the end of their garden. The main bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Cosy Wooden Yurt, Fairy tiny house, organicfarm

Kayleah JayneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I booked as a present for my Mum and couldn't have picked a better place. Finding the yurt was easy; we parked & following the trail with What3Words our first time up. The yurt is so homely & comfortable, and you feel like you're walking into the middle of a fairytale. You're surrounded by the farm animals, greenery and forests. The fire inside of the yurt is easy to figure out even for a novice like myself, and there's a firepit outside with a grill provided too. Cooking was made easy with the 2 hobs, array of cutlery & crockery and small fridge to store food. There is a shop onsite where you can buy essentials as well as burgers, herbs, salads etc fresh from the farm. It's all ran on honesty which we found really sweet; the shop is open 24/7 and you just write your purchase in the book and charge yourself on the card machine, or leave cash in the bowl. You're free to roam the grounds & explore, keep to yourself or chat with other guests, volunteers & team. We'll definitely be back!

Perfectly located for explorations.

Maxine’s place was beautiful and characterful. So clean and everything you would need for your stay. We were provided with very detailed instructions covering all aspects of our stay and Maxine was very responsive if we ever needed anything. The place is located in such a beautiful quiet area which suited us with 2 young children. We used the barn as a base and spent the days in Abersoch and Phwelli returning in the evening to view the magnificent stars and beautiful wildlife.

Peaceful Garden Pod

EthanRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had an amazing New Year’s stay in Bryan’s cozy pod cabin. It exceeded all our expectations. The cabin was warm, inviting, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this peaceful spot. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and sea. One highlight was sitting under the stars watching the Northern Lights by the fire, an unforgettable experience. Aberdaron village is nearby, with a café and shop, but far enough for complete tranquility. We explored nearby spots, including Traeth Porthor for a beach walk, Braich Anelog for scenic mountain views of the Irish Sea, and Mynydd Mawr, where we watched a perfect sunset over Bardsey Island. Bryan was a fantastic host, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The check-in was simple, and his communication made everything seamless. This trip was the perfect mix of relaxation and nature. We’re already planning to return in the summer. We highly recommend

Magic Mountain Cottage: family- & dog-friendly

VickyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Fantastic 2nd stay away from everything in this amazing place. Went with a couple of friends for my birthday and our 3 dogs who never stopped running around all weekend. The cottage is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The views from the top of the hill are amazing. Our car made it down the track no problem. We had a bit of wheel spin on the way back up but nothing major. One of my friends is in a wheelchair and found it easy to get around the cottage downstairs and the bathroom. We managed to get up to the top of the hill too. All in all an amazing stay thank you

Rural setting near Rhosneigr

ThomasRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The hosts were very friendly, gave us good information on the local area when we arrived. The welcome pack they left was much appreciated, toiletries in the bathrooms were a lovely touch! The caravan its self was very clean and very much home from home, with all kitchen basics there ready for you to use. There is a short walk to the local golf club house which served drinks and food, very reasonably priced.

This place was lovely. Very quiet, and only a short drive to Snowdon. I would highly recommend this hut to anyone. April is a great time to visit as the hot tub over looks like the sheep field so you’re provided with free entertainment from the lambs.

Luxury shepherds hut

DianaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had the most incredible stay at the Anglesey Hideaway Shepherds Hut. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest welcome we’ve ever experienced. The hut is beautifully designed, peaceful, and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Nothing could have prepared us for the tranquility of waking up to those stunning views—watching the sunrise and sunset in such a serene setting was beyond blissful. The animals on the property added so much charm to our stay, and we especially fell in love with Ozwald (my partner is still joking about sneaking him home with us!). Everyone on the Anglesey Hideaway team was so friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to our queries and full of great local recommendations, especially for places to eat. We were also greeted with fresh eggs from their chickens and freshly ground coffee, which was the sweetest touch and made us feel so welcomed. Thank you for creating such a magical little getaway. See you soon!!

This was easily one of the most beautiful places I’ve been, the photos are unable to capture the serenity of the space and Jony and Pippa were truly wonderful people. If you are looking for somewhere to completely escape the busy normalities of life and just sit and appreciate a space I can’t suggest this place enough. They were such considerate hosts and we don’t doubt we’ll be back again. Everything about this place is made with creative love and it’s really inspiring to see.
