Lovely place to disconnect from work, amazing views, perfect for relaxation, especially the outdoor area with the kitchen, pool and jacuzzi.

We had a lovely stay with the family. Marina and her husband were present throughout the stay, very responsive and welcoming! Nazareth is well served, however the Beach is 20 min by bus and very few restaurants around, you have to take the tram and bus. A pharmacy, a laundromat, a supermarket, a bakery around the apartment that have served us a lot. You have to organize yourself especially for the evening meal😊! In any case, we recommend Marina's apartment. They really care!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fernando's home. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach in the area of Les Rotes. Fernando has given us all the facilities when entering and leaving. We'll be back for sure.

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

Loved our stay! Roxana is a lovely host, and kept in touch. As the weather changed a little, she wanted to provide us with extra heaters/blankets. We stayed for over 1 month and couldn’t be happier with the location. Close to all amenities, beaches, supermarkets. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this beautiful little house over Christmas, and we really loved it. It has a huge terrace perfect for a barbecue, or just have a coffee while the sun gives you. in summer it has to be a pass with the pool and the hammocks. The very large and spacious rooms, and the bathrooms very well, everything was new (there was even a hot toilet, something we loved). The host was a super friendly and attentive person, and was careful if we were missing anything, but at the same time gave us our space and the intimacy we were looking for. I would definitely go back to this place without thinking, we had a wonderful vacation.

We stayed at Teulada for a week in February, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The villa is located in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by lush greenery, offering plenty of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The property features a spacious garden with a heated pool, providing lot of space for relaxation. There are two parking spots for medium size cars... bit tight. The house itself is very spacious, especially on the ground floor, which is perfect for family gatherings, with comfortable couches and a large dining table. Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom, so there was never any waiting in line—a big plus! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining throughout the day. The entire villa was clean, free of any dampness, and equipped with fully functional air conditioning and heating in every room. Perfect and proactive communication with the host. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place!
