Second time staying here and loved it even more than the first. The place is spotless and the location is perfect. 10/10 stay.

The apartment was a good size with 2 large bedrooms ( 1 with a double + a single bed) with plenty of storage in both rooms . Nice fully equipped kitchen & comfortable lounge with 2 large sofas & dining table to sit 8 . View of sea from lounge/ bedroom. Only draw back which could prevent some less able folk from booking is the 3 flights of stairs to reach unit. No lift Host Lee is very helpful & responds quickly to any queries .

Sophie communicated clearly and proactively from booking to check in, really helpful. The place was ideal for a weekend getaway, clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Easy walk to town and amenities. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay here, the property is beautiful, the host was attentive and every detail was so well thought out. Waking up to the sea view from the master bedroom window was so perfect and relaxing in the living room and eating breakfast looking out to sea watching the sun rise was an amazing start to our New Year. We didn’t want to leave! The information we were given before we arrived was so helpful and it’s also available in the property. The decor, facilities and presentation was superb, we had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach is perfect, our son absolutely loved it and there are so many lovely places to eat and visit. Everything you need for a super relaxing stay is here. We would highly recommend and thank you so much to Phoebe and James for making this beautiful spot available for us to stay in to start a new year. We’ve loved it. Ryan, Leanne and Ethan.

Nigel was very responsive and helpful. The room was comfortable, warm and close to the beach and local amenities. If you are lucky you can get free parking very close to the room near the Observatory. If that's full there is a multi-story a few yards away for £5 a day.

We had a lovely stay despite storm Burt! Nice walk on the beach, fantastic meal at St Elli brasserie and we enjoyed the carnival. Great spot for a getaway

Top Deck was over and above the description ! Perfect for us private and quiet yet in the heart of Saundersfoot ! We have always loved Tenby and Saundersfoot but are edging towards Saundersfoot as our very Happy Place ! The accommodation excelled in every way !! We stayed at Lydstep Haven for the weekend and had a great time. The location is simply beautiful and the views are spectacular. The accommodation was just as described, well thought out, cosy and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a getaway. Julie is a lovely host and checked in daily to see if we were ok and having a good time as well as recommendations for places to visit. My children had a great time with lots of family time, walks on the beach and visits in to Tenby. They were very impressed with the selection of DVD’s once we steeled down for the evening. A lovely restful weekend and we certainly plan to come back again in the summer. Thank you!

Chris & Jo are great hosts and their home is beautiful. Spacious and clean, we had plenty of space for the 6 of us. Any questions were answered quickly and the later check out made a totally relaxing weekend. Recommend

My family and I stayed at Seabank post Xmas. The cottage is exceptionally clean and Janine has gone to a lot of trouble in ensuring the cottage has everything a family could want. Janine went out of our way to find us vegan cafes and restaurants locally and had a delicious meal at award winning The Warren. She also provided us with many vegan goodies for our arrival, which was gratefully received. I most loved the view. Every day I sat at one of the Juliette windows watching the estuary. Beautiful. East walks on the beach, by literally crossing the road! Thank you for such a peaceful stay. We’d very much like to stay again.

Great location a minute's walk from the sandy beach. Good bedrooms and dining area. Good space for chilling - big sofa & chairs & TV. Mostly well equipped and working with the kitchen and bathrooms - it worked pretty well for us as a group of 4 friends cooking in & driving out to Swansea coast & the Brecon Beacons (Four Falls waterfall trail is 40mins' drive).

We had a lovely few days away. The apartment is right on the seafront so really easy to walk to all shops and restaurants. When not running on the beach, the dog loved his spot in front of the window, watching everyone go by! The apartment had everything we needed and a handy lift to help with unloading the car. The hot tub was also a welcome addition on those cold evenings (max 2 people) My only two requests would be.. As there is only 1 parking space, perhaps a parking permit for the front for an additional car? Or options for cheap overnight parking Ability to get warm water from the outdoor shower after spending time on the beach ◡̈ Jan and Wayne were easy to get in contact with if needed. Lovely apartment in a great town, thank you! We will be back in the future.

A great apartment, cosy, clean and well equipped - perfect for the 3 of us. Fantastic, quiet location within walking distance of the town and views over the harbour to watch the NYE firework display from the balcony.

A wonderful stay in a great apartment. It’s even nicer than the photos. The hosts were great, very accommodating, responsive and helpful. There aren’t many steps to the apartment and it was easy to get in and out. Highly recommended. I would love to stay again,

Was everything it said on the tin and more! Loved our stay, felt proper at home and location was exceptional! All went smoothly and the holiday was great!

Had a really great stay and could not fault the place. Is in a superb location that has some wonderful views of Tenby, beach & harbour, yet is peaceful and quiet too. Simple walk to the town centre from there too. Property itself has all that you need for a perfect stay, and we particularly enjoyed sitting at the "bar" with drinks and snacks and watching the world go about its business. It is surprisingly larger than the listing had us believe and we liked that factor too. Equally, access to the property was much simpler than anticipated. Is nicely decorated with Ros putting her own thoughtful touches throughout, and has you instantly feeling relaxed and at home as soon as yu cross the threshold. For many reasons, you would struggle to find better than here in whole of Tenby, and have no hesitation in highly recommending to everyone. Ros is a wonderful host, that communicates well to you and keeps you very well informed. Everything combined is simply brilliant

Swansea- Another great Swansea apartment with parking! Sitting on the 4th floor just above the main road and in front of the marina, this apartment felt like home away from home. Very cozy. Good heating, plenty of space, nice bedding, and lovely owners. Plenty of space in the kitchen with a working washer/dryer and a nice dining table to work or eat on. Bathroom was also spacious and clean. Upon our arrival we noticed some small issues which the owners immediately corrected! The building has secure entry and the area feels very safe. There are lovely places to eat and drink around the marina such as Gigi’s Chinese, The Observatory, and numerous other places close by which were lovely. The winter fair was just walking distance off the marina and was a real treat to walk thru and have some mulled cider. Highly recommend Jonathan’s lovely place!

Just had a fantastic stay at Julie and Mike's property. Great communication from the owners from start to finish. The property was spotless, homely and just as described. The location of the property is amazing with views over the harbour. Looking forward to staying again. Diolch. 👍👍👍
