Downstairs has a kitchen and living room which is open plan, the kitchen is new and modern with electric Oven and hob, microwave etc. Smoke alarms fitted,underfloor heating downstairs and heaters in each bedroom and a heater in the shower room. Travel cot,high chair supplied.

The apartment was perfect for us for our few days away in Mumbles. It was just as described, really beautifully decorated and a very relaxing place to spend our evenings after a long day of walking, with views across the water. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. We appreciated the recommendations left in the guidebook. The location was great for pottering to shops and bars too. We enjoyed a lovely walk along the coast to Caswell Bay and it worked perfectly to be able to hop on the bus back to the centre of Mumbles. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was exactly how it was shown in the pictures. It was clean, tidy and perfect for two guests. Finding the parking and apartment was easy with the instructions given and getting in was made simple with the key coded door handles. The beach was in walking distance with others just a short drive away. Shops, restaurants and pubs were also in walking distance and a folder with suggestions of things to do is available in the apartment. Would highly recommend and stay again. Thank you Lynsey for a lovely stay 😊

What a gorgeous location, absolutely wonderful. Fabulous apartment. All amenities, great showers, lots of room. Would definitely stay again and again. Only downside is apartment sleeps 4 and only one set of keys supplied, as entry needed a key fob to enter and the intercom was not working it was an absolute nuisance having to go down the lift to let the other guests in.

We know the area well and have walked past this accommodation many times. As both my wife and I are undergoing treatment for cancer, we had a very limited period when we could get away. This accommodation was both available and very close to the beach for our little dog. The accommodation was excellent having everything o e would need for a break. Whilst we never met Mandy (the host), she was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely recommend this cottage to others wanting a break near the sea.

Great local pub nearby very welcoming with good food - highly recommend the Sunday Lunch The beach and Pembrokeshire coastal path are a few hundred meters from the house. The beach is dog friendly and clean. Nearby Tenby is a lovely town with some good restaurants and independent shops - when we visited it looked beautiful all lit up for Christmas. Steve’s place is warm and cosy exceptionally clean and a wonderful base for a relaxing break. Can’t wait to return.

We decided to go on a weekend away to Swansea for my friends 30th birthday and wanted to be next to the sea in walkable distance to bars and restaurants. Here was perfect! As soon as we arrived we requested a later check-out and got an instant reply, and they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Once we arrived and found the flat it was spotless, and we loved the balcony sea view! They left us milk, coffees and biscuits which we really appreciated. The beds were so comfy, had an amazing sleep. We will definitely be back! 🙂

Bungalow was exactly as described. A lot ot time and effort has gone into making this property a treat. It's beautiful, immaculate and had all the necessary items you need and more!
