House vacation rentals in Livingston County

This was the perfect house for a large group - great common area, large driveway for multiple cars, and great bedroom space. Everything was so easy to find and truthfully had everything you could need.

This place is incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable and gave a perfect cabin feel with modern amenities. We loved the hot tub and the game room! The kitchen was gorgeous and the furniture and beds were nice and comfy. The views from the porch were breathtaking and perfect for pictures! The host was very responsive and kind and answered messages promptly. We loved everything about this experience! Thank you! :)

Beautiful property! 11 of us spent 3 nights here to hike around Letchworth State Park and half the group loved the property so much they ditched the hikes. Two bedrooms had a queen bed (privacy for one couple), and then the other two rooms were shared with bunks or two queens. The place is massive so lots of space to get some alone time but the main areas were big enough for our group to not feel cramped. Some people booked a horseback ride and loved that too.

We loves our stay at the tree house! it was the perfect place for our wknd of hiking Letchworth and Stonybrook! The place was super cute and the grounds were beautiful! we enjoyed some drinks out on the deck while listening to the sounds of nature.

The condo was just like the pictures and description. The location is perfect and the host was quick to respond and allowed us to check in early before attending a wedding.

Toby’s lake home is beautiful - amazing lake views, easy parking, comfortable furniture and great patio, grill and hot tub. We will be back!

This was the perfect spot for our girls’ trip! The location was ideal, with shops just 10–15 minutes away. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond when we had a small issue during check-in. The hot tub was wonderfully relaxing, and the house itself was warm and cozy. Thanks for an amazing weekend!

Joan and Marinus are wonderful hosts. Extremely responsive and helpful with any request. Their lakeside home is exceptional! Very comfortable, clean and welcoming to our family and friends. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and viewing the sunsets across the lake. Excellent restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this home. Looking forward to returning next year.

Caroline and Sean’s home could not have been a better setting for our church retreat. We enjoyed the beautiful space from the completeness of the farmhouse kitchen to the charm of the roomy sitting areas to the comfort of the large bedrooms all with classic country decor. The grounds were gorgeous from the sweeping views, to the mature woods to the spanses of fields offered by the views from the windows. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive from the number of questions we had before reserving (remember, we’re church group) :-), all the way to our questions upon departure. We hope to be back, and have already recommended the place to friends. We strive to leave places better than we found them, but, extraordinary properties like this leave us better than when we arrived.

One of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had- the space was incredibly thoughtful and there were many “little” things that made parenting so much easier! I cannot recommend this space or the hosts enough.

Great house. Great location, lots of things to do on the property. The yards space was great and not typical with a lot of lake houses so it was nice to have that space to play games etc. Owner responsive. Would book again.

Very comfortable stay at Cozy Cottage . Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the washer and dryer was in good condition ( soap was supplied). We have lived son Conesus Lake & knew the area. Cottage is on the south end in a quiet section of the lake .

We arranged one night at the Gatehouse. My sibling & I lived in this house 59 years ago . It was wonderful to hear what the 6 of us remembered. The house is in remarkable condition for its age .we marveled at the living room and how a family of 9 & a Christmas tree fit ! Thanks again for the opportunity to visit our childhood home .

This spot seriously looks just like the listings! Cozy, homey, with a well-appointed kitchen and enough heating to keep you warm. We stayed in winter but the back deck looked perfect for summer hangouts. I was able to work from the dining room table and the TV setup was perfect too.
