5 stars. Easy to find and near everything! Squeaky clean with extremely cozy beds. Great location. We really felt at home and the rental is well-appointed with everything you could possibly need. The cleanest pet friendly place we have ever stayed in. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicest property I have ever rented. The rooftop deck was incredible, including the container plunge pool. Super awesome. Best place to watch sunrise in Charlevoix.

Everything was absolutely amazing. They were flexible, accommodating, and understanding. The place is absolutely beautiful, just don’t forget to pack a sweatshirt as it gets a bit chillier than we expected at night. Great place to stay and hoping to go back soon!

The place is very cosy. The king size bed is super comfortable and the couch is comfortable as well. The kitchen is well stocked and Todd even left couple bottles of wine for us. A very pleasant stay overall.

Aprille is a great host! She was always responsive to any questions and was very helpful with parking issues since the parking lot was in the works of being redone. The space was clean and the views were amazing! Was the perfect place for the getaway weekend trip my boyfriend and I had planned. Hope to come again!

Perfect place to stay for a little jaunt to Traverse City. The location was great - right in the middle of everything we had planned, and it was nice to be able to have more than one person in the kitchen area. The host was communicative and responsive, which is always a plus. We will definitely keep this spot in mind for future trips!

had an amazing time with easy access to boyne mountain and the downtown area of boyne city. lots of yummy places and amazing recommendations in a nice little binder in the kitchen. super dog friendly my dachshund had a great time and lots of space to run around and play. super understanding host and very friendly definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay at the resort :)

Lauren was a great host, always responsive and flexible as my departure date kept changing. Her place is very clean and well put together, nice additions with the soap, extra towels and blankets provided as well as other items such as garbage bags, laundry soap, etc. the location is great, free parking spot, easy access to building with stroller and many suitcases. A great cafe and bakery down the street, a few blocks a way is CVS and more restaurants and a lovely fresh deli and grocery store with great wine selection. Not to mention that we walked downtown and along the water on the trails with a stroller, most of our trip, so a car wasn't needed---we were able to take uber back to the airport. The view was very nice too, waking up to the lake every morning, even in cold weather. the balcony would be lovely in summertime. Also, very close to the beach. Will plan to stay here again!

Perfection!! We couldn’t of asked for anything better. Yvonne was friendly, and she truly cared about our stay. Loved the space from the wonderful fire place, sliding glass doors in the master & living room out to the spacious deck. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee supplies provided and laundry with supplies. We were welcomed with deer strolling by the side yard. The garage was definitely a huge plus to put our ski/snow boards and snowy boots plus enough room for our large Bronco. The master bath was huge and the jacuzzi tub was wonderful after a full day out in the cold. Everything was clean from the floors, bathrooms, and every dish in the kitchen was squeaky clean! Close to both Nubs, Highlands, only a 20/30 minute drive to Boyne Mtn. & Mackinaw Bridge. So much to do! I would definitely recommend and stay again at Yvonne’s place! The condo amenities were also nice from the hot tub/gym, to the indoor/outdoor heated pool that was beautiful on the snowy evening.

Stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party, it was super spacious and beautiful!! The outside space with the hot tub was a great hangout spot. About a 25 min drive to downtown Traverse City. Would stay here again!

Very friendly host! Close to race location. Great list of amenities for the entire family! The hot tub was nice and relaxing after a cold day at the races while the older boys threw hopes in the game room!

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was in a very peaceful quiet neighborhood. Not too far from the winery’s or restaurants. Also, it was very clean and cute inside. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a long weekend. We used this as our base for XC skiing and running. It’s close to Hanson Hills! The hot tub was a nice way to relax after skiing. The kitchen was well stocked so we made most of our meals (and had to get a burger at Spike’s Keg o Nails). The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot.

Tracey was very responsive and helpful. The suite was very nicely furnished and EXTREMELY spacious. Every room was gigantic and comfortable. Our family of 5 could brush our teeth in huge bathroom at the same time. Tracey has thought of everything, from wireless chargers to noise machines in each room. I also loved that we had our own parking spot. We only wished we could've played with the dog more! 10/10!

Great location close to town, walk to tasting rooms, restaurants, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, charming, has everything we need. Have stayed several times and we love it.

Zehra was a wonderful host and her place was everything that we wanted, needed, and more! Her space was very clean, organized, the aesthetics were on point, stocked with all the necessities and additional touches made us feel right at home! My husband and I are not new to air bnbs but this was my mother-in-laws first time and she was thoroughly impressed! We were in town for a wedding and Zehra was super accommodating, responsive, easy to work with and just an overall pleasant and understanding person!! We were all genuinely touched by her kindness during our stay. We loved the layout of her place with basically two onsuites and a comcomfortably sized shared spaces such as the kitchen, dining, living, and balcony. This we perfectly what we were looking for. 10/10, highly recommend. Thank you so much Zehra!

We stayed at this condo for a weekend up north. The view from up here and the fall colors are absolutely amazing. The place is small but clean and adequate size for two adults and one dog! The bed was a little too hard for our tastes but overall it was a nice space. We would stay again.

We already recommended this place to friends and family. The space itself is very comfortable and clean. They give you plenty of towels and linens! They give you the little things like paper towels, tissues, and hand soap. There is Mexican, burgers and coffee within walking distance. If I’m being honest, the couches have seen better days, but luckily, we didn’t spend much time at the condo as we were walking front street, and hitting the wineries. My kids really enjoyed the chess/ checkers board during downtime. The kitchen is fully stocked for a pleasant stay. The beds were so comfortable! They felt like they were giving you a big hug. Our family of four was very comfortable here!

Super comfortable with nice large couch and two larger easy chairs. Lots of equipment to make pancakes and eggs for breakfast. Beautiful setting for snowy ski mini vacation. Access to the hot tub and new clubhouse was a plus after a day of skiing. Kids enjoyed all the woods right outside to build a snow man and snow fort. Nice location to run into Harbor or Petoskey and close enough to ski hills to easily run and pick people up when they were tuckered. And working fireplace with endless wood supply. Nice!

We really enjoyed staying in Michael’s condo. It’s a beautiful space, very well appointed, conveniently located for everything we wanted to do (wineries, shopping, the lake), and Michael’s directions were very clear. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous view and it’s especially lovely and unique to see the lake in the winter. The home was immaculate and looked just like the photos in the profile. Soaking tub is a slice of luxury. Easy in and out with a convenient location. Would stay again for sure.

Cannot say enough great things about this space and Michael! Amazing space. Fell in love with TC! Will be back....and definitely stay here!
