We love everything about it . It definitely great location

Super comfortable stay at Susan’s place with great amenities and comfy furniture. Modern and cosy. We also liked the easy check-in and being part of a new(ly built) Kiwi neighbourhood. Easy to walk everywhere (we didn’t have a car) and the river walk just around the corner.

Amy’s place was extraordinary in every aspect. Super-clean rooms, well stocked kitchen and neat n tidy living room. Although we were only for one night stay, we enjoyed every single minute. Amy’s apartment ticks all boxes for a comfortable stay; and AIRBNB has only 5 stars to give ☺️

Great little spot next to a large play structure and park and close to all the shops and tons of bars/restaurants. The place was nice and had a free washer/dryer in a shared space between apartments A and B. Would definitely come back. The free, gated parking with a marked spot was very nice in the city.

Simple but clean and exactly what we were after. Walking distance to cbd and having the carpark was great

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place. Such a new modern place with quality appliances and fixtures. Easy access to all things in Christchurch area if you have a car. Quiet area, across road from Beach was a bonus. Well done on an awesome place to stay in Christchurch. Richard was very good in quick responses in communication and clear instructions as well. amazing stay !! the beds were both so comfy and a lot of bedding, love that things like body wash and shampoo were provided.

Jule's place was beautiful and the perfect stay for our group of 4! Jules was great at communicating about the accommodation and the Sumner area. The space was very spacious, with a clean living, kitchen and bathroom area. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very cosy. Our group was thrilled to stay there and we can't wait to come back and enjoy the accommodation and the Sumner area again. I highly recommend booking this place!

We are a group of 10 travellers visiting Christchurch. It is a great pleasure to have the opportunity to stay at Amy’s luxury mansion. We enjoyed so much that this is one of our best airbnb trips so far. Large mansion home with everything you ever need and more exceeding our expectations! Large backyard with beautiful gardens, large living space for everyone. Amy, the host, is very helpful throughout our stay, making sure everything is ok. Overall we had a very relaxing stay! Highly recommended for all, especially if you are a family group.

My family and I extremely enjoyed our stay, Kate is an incredible host! There was so much room that everyone had their own space. The fire was incredible and having it ready to light shows the attention to detail Kate has for her guests. Two amazing showers were great with a large group. Coffee machine was an added bonus as was the unique jenga 😊 All the beds were comfy and the rooms were warm with the panel or oil heaters. The outdoor area is a lovely space to have a morning cuppa. The home is private and quiet, felt just like home We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. 5 stars!!!!

The house was really lovely and perfect for my son and I. The location is great - close enough to walk to many amenities. The home itself was surprisingly spacious and we def both had enough space. Lovely comfy beds, sunshine and inclusions.

A modern, clean and spacious apartment perfect for my friend and I. We had our own room and bathroom and the washing machine, kitchen and comfortable lounge room made it a homely and convenient stay. Susan was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you we loved our stay!

Perfect place to stay being close to centre and parklands. Great to have private underground parking. All amenities as described. Would recommend.
