Family-friendly vacation rentals in Little River

This house far surpassed our expectations and was perfect for our family. There was heaps of room for us all and plenty of spaces you could seperate and retreat to if you wanted some space. The house was so generously stocked too which was such a nice surprise. Beds, couches everything were super comfy and inviting, appliances were all modern and easy to use. Overall we were all so impressed with the house and Maureen and have absolutely nothing negative to say. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend to large family’s.

Thanks to Julienne, my family has just made a wonderful summer holiday. The property was just as described in the listing, with clean and well-maintained spaces in the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The best part was the direct access to the beach. It was so convenient to head out for a swim and then come straight back to the property. The neighborhood was quiet, which made it easy for us to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time. The welcome hamper pack was also a nice touch, and our kids really enjoyed it. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay by the beach.

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment for our 3 generation family celebrations. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully appointed and was brilliant for our family of 7. It is well situated in Southbank, the Australian Open tennis at Melbourne Park, the National Gallery Victoria for the Kusama exhibition, the Arts Centre for the Penn &Teller show, all within walking distance. Kate was very helpful and always responded promptly to emails and was proactive in promptly dealing with any issues. The wifi was excellent and welcome snacks much appreciated. Simons home was the perfect place for our family and dog. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Especially loved the DVD and VHS collection. The backyard was great, wonderful for the dog to play in and the couches and chairs comfy to relax in. The house being situated so close to the shops and beach was a real plus. Simon is a great host and sent messages through out our stay with tips on where to eat and some reminders. We would love to stay again. Al and Annie

Great stay! Helen and her husband were so accomodating and made our stay really relaxing. The place is close to their home, but it doesn’t feel like it at all. Beautiful views and great walks nearby.

Excellent location & facility for me.

My friends and I had a great weekend away at Stews place. We had full access to the pool and when we asked Stew if we could have a hit of tennis he organised us some rackets and balls without a fuss, dropped us some oil for the BBQ as well. Great local recommendations and knowledge of the area. He was super responsive if we needed anything which was much appreciated but my only criticism would be that the wifi didn't work so we couldn't connect to the TV to watch a film. Other than that would absolutely stay again! Thanks Stew and Julie

I travel heaps for work and stay at many of these places and I must say this place was amazing 🤩 Everything was available swimming pool we could access without some silly induction only held once a week like other places like this Kitchen had everything I needed Towels & face washers Only thing I could complain about is the internet but that's all over Australia 🤦 Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in Melbourne the hosts are beautiful people whom always respond

The unit was very well-located; close to the beach, eateries and shopping. It was also very clean and well-equipped. Handy off-street parking directly in fron of the unit.

Great central location. Easy walking access to CBD and all Melbourne has to offer. Apartment was well appointed with all that you need for your stay including parking (including on the street and garage) restaurants and shops. The view is dizzying and quite amazing. Thanks Paul and Dan.
