Vacation rentals with a patio in Little Red River

This is a great place really close to many restaurants, the house is super clean with quality amenities. Large TV in the living room and the kitchen had all the essentials anyone needs. Washer dryer was nice, house has all new appliances. I will be glad to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. Derrick‘s place is quiet and in a safe neighborhood. The home is nicely decorated, and we were very comfortable. I hope it is available when we make it back to Cabot.

My husband and I had a great trip to celebrate our 4th anniversary largely due to our stay at Shelly’s place. We wanted a stay that was peaceful and restful and got exactly what we bargained for! The house was all stocked up with everything we would need from snacks to dog treats for the pup to condiments in the fridge, tea and a kettle, a coffee pot, a toaster and more! We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Shelly proactively had little instruction sheets for anything we might have had questions about. Great hospitality and so thoughtful! We hope to be back again in the future!

Thank you Joe! We were up for a family reunion and have never had to rent something in Heber cause it was home for years and then had lots of family there. We have only one family left there and so had to get a place. It was comfortable and convenient to all our activities. Will stay again for sure!

Hayden was a great hosts looked exactly like the pictures getting in was very simple and easy Hayden was very responsive to any questions I had ! If your are thinking about it I would definitely recommend !

This was our second stay at the Owl’s Nest. We had a pleasant, restful couple of days. It was cold outside so we stayed in and streamed movies the entire stay. We loved the huge TV! The Owl’s Nest is a ground floor unit and we had upstairs neighbors for part of our stay. The unit seems to be well insulated because we barely ever heard a few steps here and there. The mattress was firm, but supportive. The heater worked great and the ceiling fan operated silently! We had a great time!

We had a really nice stay at this property. It is very clean, well furnished, comfortable, and conveniently located. We had a bit of trouble with the AC at first and the host was very attentive and proactive about getting it taken care of. (Turns out the AC wasn’t actually on and it was just the fan that was blowing, so it wasn’t cooling. We aren’t familiar with the Nest system, so it took a minute to figure out the problem.) Even after we got that figured out, we struggled to keep it as cool as we would have liked because the system would default to a higher temp when we were gone/inactive and it would be warmer than we wanted upon our return. I will note that there are stairs up to the property from the (easily accessible) parking lot and then into the condo. It wasn’t an issue for us, but could be difficult for someone with mobility problems or very young children. Overall, it was a very nice stay! I was especially happy with the responsive and kind nature of the host.
