This fabulous apartment was renovated in 2017 and carefully decorated, making the apartment modern and comfortable for you, but keeping its traditional soul and features. This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. Should the apartment be ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to welcome you and give you the keys. However, if that’s not the case, the check in would be around 3pm. As a general rule, on your last day you must leave the house for cleaning at 11am, but if the following guests arrive later you can keep your luggage in the apartment until later. If necessary, I can take care of your luggage until your departure time. However, should there be no guests arriving that day, a late check out might be possible upon request. Vibrant Janelas Verdes Hideaway with Mid-century Style

While away evenings in fado clubs, then curl up in the vivid yellow armchair at this charming apartment with original tiles and natural stone. Step out onto the balcony and soak up the sun overlooking one of the most iconic streets in old Lisbon. Beautiful 125 square meter apartment located in Janelas Verdes, Lapa, one of the best neighborhood in the heart of Lisbon. The apartment is near the National Ancient Art Museum, train station and the Tagus River. The apartment is in the first floor of a XVIII century building, was totally renovated and is very comfortable. Walking distance from Santos, Chiado and Bairro Alto, in the centre of Lisbon, but without the noise of those neiborhoods. Walking distance, there are two supermarkets and a traditional Portuguese bakery and several traditional restaurants, some of them with Fado Music. Good living room and dining area, ideal for groups or family’s. It as one suite and 1 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. We have also the possibility of renting the other apartment next to this one, 1 floor right, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Living Room and Kitchen. Santos is known for its design shops, design and architecture schools, and bars and clubs that attract a young crowd. But it's also a neighborhood of grand mansions, with many aristocrats and noble families calling this area home in the 18th century. Just in front off the house you have a Bus Stop 714 Bus stop - Praça da Figueira - Bélem This bus departs from one of the city's main squares (Praça da Figueira) and passes by several attractions, so it's always packed. It also passes by the city's campsite, so it's one of the most popular buses throughout the day, with both locals and tourists. It takes you right to the entrance of the Ancient Art Museum (stop: "R. Janelas Verdes (Museu Nac. Arte Antiga)"), just around the corner from Lx Factory (stop: "Calvário"), and continues to Belém, stoping right next to the Jerónimos Monastery. 727 Bus stop - Estação Roma-Areeiro This bus goes through the Avenidas Novas district, passes by Marquês de Pombal Square, and continues towards Belém, passing by the Amália Rodrigues House, São Bento Palace, the Ancient Art Museum, by the Lx Factory (stop: "Calvário"), the Jeronimos Monastery and Igreja da Memória. 600 meters from the house you have Santos Train Station. The Lisbon to Cascais railway is a short urban line that extends the length of the Lisbon coastline. The railway is operated by CP (Comboios de Portugal), the national train company of Portugal. In Lisbon, the train departs from the Cais do Sodre train station and at the western terminus is Cascais station, which is in the central of Cascais.

Clean and safe LAPA48 is located in one of Lisbon's most stylish and smart neighborhoods, Janelas Verdes. This 18th Century apartment has been fully renovated with much care to detail and modern comforts. It overlooks a magnificent square and the Museum of Ancient Art. LAPA48 is a one bedroom apartment, large bathroom and open plan living, dining, fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony with unique views of the river. Theres a great American "Crate & Barrel" Sofa bed in the living room, sleeps 2 (queen size). We provide a range of bathroom amenities so you don't have to travel with a suitcase full of liquids and that way you have much more space for souvenirs! We also provide magazine and books in case you fancy chilling out with a nice glass of wine and some funky music. The apartment also has a study corner with a computer. We are also BABY friendly. This means we everything a traveling mummy and daddy need. LAPA48 is walking distance from many interesting and typical restaurants. Easy access to all forms of transportation including typical Lisbon tram. The best way to discover Lisbon is by foot and LAPA48 is the perfect place to start from. Located close to the river and a 20 minute walk into Bairro Alto and Chiado you will discover the charm, warmth and uniqueness that the city of Lisbon has to offer. What makes LAPA48 unique is thats its been created to make you have the best experience possible. All the advice we give you as far as restaurants and where to go is solely based on our personal experience of the city. Guests have access to everything in the apartment. We have Washing powder and all sorts of things so no need to go out and buy things. All you need to do is concentrate on having a nice holiday and good time. There is also plenty of street parking. It costs 80 cents per hour from 09:00-18:00. Free on weekends and holidays. We are always available to welcome the guests and also to give them advice and support while they are here. Set in a friendly, walkable neighborhood, the apartment is a stone’s throw away from traditional restaurants, charming cafes, and bars. Pay a visit to one of the many museums and art galleries that pervade the area. Great bakery downstairs thats a must. There is a tram stop 3 minutes from the house and a bus stop on the square. It's walking distance to town and there is a wonderful garden in the museum. LX Factory is a short walk from the apartment and for those who like to run or ride bikes theres a great track by the river. The amazing French bakery downstairs and the very trendy arty neighbourhood. Good local restaurants with authentic Portuguese cuisine.

Bright, Charming and Elegant in the Heart of Lisbon

The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it). Cleaning is made before the arrivals and is included in the price. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest. You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay. I will always endeavor to reply quickly to all your questions or comments. São Sebastião is an hub station for red line (direct connection to the airport) and blue line (direct connection to historic center, avenida da liberdade and santa apolonia train station). There are also three buses lines nearby (3 min walk), at Av. de Berna: 716, 726 and 756. If you want to visit Alcantara area or Rua da Junqueira (Tagus riverfront), line 756 will get you there (direction east-west). If you are traveling with a private car, there is a covered car park in front of the building, with a maximum daily rate of 12 euros.

New Chiado Studio the Epitome of Portuguese Charm

This studio is an open space with 1 double bed and one sofa bed, ideal for four people. It was completely renovated and full equipped, with one kitchenette with all the equipment’s that you need, TV, high speed Wi-Fi internet, etc. We provide towels and bedding clothes. Coffee machine, toaster, microwave, conventional oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine. This studio is located on the 2nd floor of an old traditional building and the access can be by elevator and stairs. The guest has access to all available areas in the apartment. I will of course extend Lisbon’s full hospitality and give all needed support to my guests to make them feel at home with suggestions as to tourist spots to visit, great restaurants, shopping and tips of how to get around our beautiful city. Please feel free to contact me to clarify any doubts or arrange anything else required. If you want an extra cleaning the cost is 40€. Extra towel cost 5€. Upon special request and additional cost, we can also arrange: - Babysitter services; - Baby cots; - Airport transfer; - Sightseeing tours; - Boat tours in Lisbon or Cascais; -.Sushi at home Any additional cleaning services required are at an extra cost of 30€. The studio is next to Pink Street, with plentiful transport links and local restaurants within walking distance. Stroll a little further to the Cais do Sodré along the river to discover the Mercado da Ribeira's great restaurants and food stalls. If you go by car, it has a public car park around 3 min by walk, cost around 20€ per day. The house has all public transports really near. You can go by Bus, Subway or Boat for any place you want. By Taxi: You can arrive by taxi from the airport to the main door and the ride costs about 20€ depending on traffic. From the apartment you can easily walk to many of Lisbon’s finest neighborhoods and public transport is easily accessible nearby. Public Transport: A metro station with 2 lines, Baixa - Chiado Metro Station, is the nearest, just 2 minutes walking distance as well as many buses that will connect you to everyplace in Lisbon. Train: Railway stations are also a short 5-10min walk away. From there you can catch trains to Sintra (from Rossio Station) or to Cascais (from Cais do Sodré Station) or even boat stations that can take you to the beaches around Lisbon. The Check-in's after 8 pm are charged a fee of 20 €, and please ask until if have availability. Is mandatory to provide the passport or total identification of all guests before your arrival or in the check in. This obligation is request by portuguese foreign services and borders (SEF).

It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel and toilet paper. Keep in mind that this apartment (like almost every flats on the central old town) its located on tradicional building on third floor without lift. You will have access to the entire flat and we always set all the bedrooms and beds for you choose what is better for you. The neighbors are old, friendly, and most of them wake very early, please avoid to make noise between 23:00 and 07:00.
