This location was perfect for our planned visit to attend a hockey tournament. The walk was easy and enabled us to take advantage of restaurants in the square between games. Apartment is a modern and comfortable studio with extra storage in the entry hallway and a spacious bathroom. This apartment was a comfortable resting place for a busy holiday.

This was a wonderful apartment! Check-in was super easy and everything was well prepared in advance. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and feel at home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable — we slept great. The view from the windows was absolutely lovely, especially in the mornings! It was such a nice touch to find books and even board games available for guests — it made the atmosphere feel even warmer. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Lenka's apartment was perfect for our stay; we had no idea how convenient it would turn out to be. It is a 5-min walk from the shuttle drop off spot (they are not permitted in the pedestrian zone). This is particularly important when considering managing luggage on cobblestone streets. There are several little grocery stores, bakeries, shops, restaurants, museum all within 1-2 minutes from the apartment. There are steep, squeaky winding steps up to the apartment. The unit is very spacious and pristine clean. The kitchen is well stocked (pots/pans, tableware, utensils, etc.). Having a dishwasher, washer AND dryer were great. As others mentioned, the bathtub can be tricky to get in/out of, because it is so deep. Also, the faucet/shower head handle are made of copper, and the hot water really heats them up, so it's best to regulate the hot/cold water prior to picking up the handle or putting it back in its cradle. Lenka was very responsive and communicative. We highly recommend!

The apartment is very centrally located. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. The decor is made with a lot of love for detail and the amenities are very good. Everything was very clean and tidy, we felt very much. Lenka is very friendly, helpful and always available for any questions.

We stayed with Michaela for the second time and were very warmly received by her mother! The apartment was already sparkling clean like last time and we felt right at home there! The hospitality is unbeatable and we will definitely come back! A special highlight for us is always the wood-burning stove, which we also made good use of at this time of year For a vacation to relax, we can only recommend it!

Thank you for a nice place to stay, in a quiet environment and with a beautiful view. The only thing we would say was the dust and minor clutter on the floor. Otherwise, everything was fine. Cleanly covered, clean bathroom and kitchen. Well-equipped kitchen, super fireplace with simple control. All the instructions were beautifully described in the instruction book for the accommodation. Thank you to Erik for his care and action. We recommend on summer days so you can use the pool as well. We were allowed to spend 1 week in this great and quiet apartment in an absolutely idyllic location. Maria and her husband Frank welcomed us very warmly. A welcome cake was on the kitchen table and the apartment exuded a cozy tranquility. Our daughter was able to romp around carefree and play with the available toys. There was nothing missing to feel comfortable. The natural location was, among other things, a reason for us to vacation here. In 2 minutes you will be in the forest - just wonderful! There are also many opportunities to do things in the area. Frank and Maria also gave good tips on this - thank you also for that. Maria also let us in her garden, where our daughter was allowed to explore everything. There was also a hammock and swing. Heart what more do you want? We will most likely be back.

A peaceful and quiet retreat in a very beautiful surrounding. The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis. We rented it for 5 month and had a really good time throughout the summer. Lovely cities nearby such as Passau, Walkirchen and other little towns. Walking into the Czech Republik takes 30 minutes and driving towards Austria it takes only 20 minutes. Overall, we can highly recommend this location and apartment if you like the remote feel and nature. Very special thanks to Olga who was an excellent host.

Overall great stay for a couple. The apartment is nice & clean, it has a dedicated bathroom & WC. Two balcons with interesting view to opposite sides. There is a dedicated large private parking spot under the building available. Close to the nature on the edge of the city (Hluboka nad Vltavou etc.). Big shopping mall nearby. A lot of space with new furniture. Just the lights above the dining area could be somehow better. Above-average kitchen equipment. Big fridge with big freezer - good for someone who brings their own food or cook by himself. Maybe one additional medium-sized cooking pot would be even more handy.

The location of the apartment is good close to shops and the center of ČB. The panel house was easy to park. Ms. Kata responded very quickly to messages and was generally interested - great communication. The apartment is bigger with beautifully large bathroom and equipped kitchen.

Nice, relatively new place. The bathroom is very nice and sufficiently large. The apartment is really very small, but the balcony gives you no cramping feeling. The view over the Eidlauf pond is very nice. It's just minutes to the city. Filter coffee machine is available. I would prefer a capsule machine The pull-out sofa bed is fine. At my request, a swivel chair was brought to me. Thanks again for that! In Rohrbach and surroundings there are many nice people. Recommended: Burns, B34 and city cafe. Pizza at Jimmy. Tierpark in Altenfelden.

What a great stay at Moritz’ place! The apartment is very cosy, clean and with a beautiful view. It’s a short drive to the triple border and Linz. You can also drive a bit longer and enjoy a day out in Munich. Moritz is such an amazing host and went above and beyond to makes us feel at home. Can’t recommend enough and will definitely return! The house is close to the city center, in quiet environment. There is a private parking place in front of the house. Spacious, clean, well-equipped accommodation. The key box solution is convenient. The communication with the host was also correct. We recommend it for families, or groups of friends.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is beautiful, modern, clean, and as a bonus a stove that gives the right atmosphere. Great amenities, we really didn't miss anything. If you are looking for Lipno activities, there is a short walk, if you are looking for a more peaceful relaxation, you will also find it. The owner is a very accommodating lady, we were able to check in early, which we really appreciated in the winter months. We'd love to come back, thanks :)
