My partner and I stayed in several AirBnbs in Slovenia and this was our favorite! The space and surroundings are stunning, and Robert’s friendly hosting took it to the next level. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, easy to get to and very comfortable

Beautiful place, super clean and warm, comfortable and cozy, with everything a family needs on vacation. Sonja is a wonderful host, discreet and trustworthy. The house is spacious, with a beautiful three balconies. You can see the nature from them and breathe clean air. It's quiet and safe. The location is ideal, all the sights are close, even the two neighboring countries. All recommendations! Heartfelt!

This is an amazing apartment- very spacious, and nicely decorated with hand painted artwork thruout . Everything was provided- an amazingly complete kitchen with the best coffee maker ever. The bathroom had a great shower and lots of fluffy towels. The views from the apartment are spectacular. Looking down on the turquoise water of the Soce river to the high mountains in the background, the area is a feast for the eyes. There are plenty of walks directly from the apartment from easy strolls around the local lake, to a pretty challenging hike to the Siroco overlook behind the house. Fresh eggs from the hosts chickens and daily visits from Pipa the pig just added to the experience. Everyone we ran into spoke english which makes traveling so much easier. We look forward to coming back!

I've never been to such a clean place like this – and cleanliness is really the most important thing for me! Everything was sparkling clean and beautiful. The apartment is located in a quiet village, a short walk from a bakery and a pizzeria. Another plus: You can park right outside the door and securely lock the gate. The apartment is perfectly equipped and furnished with so much love and charm, much more beautiful and loving than in the photos. I will definitely try to come back. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. Top service and perfect maintenance!

We feel lucky to have stayed at this house—the views really are just as stunning as they are in the pictures. Boža and Dušan were very welcoming and we had everything we needed to really settle in for a few nights—the kitchen, for example, was very well furnished with all sorts of practical implements for real cooking (i.e. not just a few dull knives and a single ladle rattling around in otherwise empty drawers). We really appreciated the house's easy access to Italy, Austria, and of course the rest of northwestern Slovenia—it offers a great combination of dramatic mountain views and easy road access (so no daredevil driving up and down steep and rocky rural roads every time you want to get some groceries). I'm sure the house is lovely in all seasons, but it was especially enjoyable to take a dip in the jacuzzi with an overnight frost settling in and then cozy up by the fireplace inside.

We had a wonderful stay at Matthew's place - it was warm and accommodating for the 4 of us - my husband and I and a couple of friends. Everyone had their own room and space and the master loft suite was just lovely - a little warm when we were there but nice regardless. Sitting out on the front porch with coffee in the morning listening to the bell tower was the highlight of each morning. It was a perfect location, walking distance to everything in town. Great communication and recommendations by the host. Would love to stay again.

The apartment was marwellous! We had here 4 nights with our kids. View with the mountains was excellent! it is a trully calm place! there are many spots nearby you can visit. The river just next the house is also very beautiful. Ivan was a very helpful and kind host, helped us a lot with suggestions. When we were a bit cold, he also brought us an other heating system. This way, everything was just perfect!

We loved it! It was a beautiful experience for us! We were given so many super suggestions to discover the region and Irena was always happy to help if we had questions. The house is so cosy and well equipped, and the village extraordinary, The best Airbnb experience for us! Thank you.

Robin and Ally are excellent hosts. Very responsive, friendly and helpful. Property was perfect for our adult family of 5, very comfortable and clean, good kitchen and bathroom/laundry. Great if you need to do laundry and if you want to stay in and cook you will have full kitchen facilities to do so. We had a car so that gave us options to drive into town or walk. Thank you we loved visiting Bled.

Nice small apartment with everything you need. Bus stop is basically next to it, lake is a few minutes walk away. Beautiful scenery. Heating was good. We visited during New Years Eve. Beware that if there are concerts nearby, it can get quite noisy inside the flat too. But this is probably not a frequent thing.

We had a very pleasant stay, starting with the warmest welcome I ever experienced with an Airbnb. We had enough privacy during our stay and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors with a river swimming spot just across the road. The immediate vicinity of the train wasn’t a problem. We would definitely come back!
