House vacation rentals in Lincoln County

This was perfect for our large group. We didn't want for anything. So many options with a view of the beautiful lake (pool and hot tub area, fire pit, large porch with the option to have windows opened or closed). Plenty of space to spread out or all gather together. No complaints here and would definitely rent again.

Great family gathering spot! Our extended family (four generations including 8 adults and 2 children) returned to Joy’s place (our second stay) for Thanksgiving weekend. It was a perfect place for us to meet. The large kitchen/family room area allowed us to be all together comfortably, a huge plus. But when the hubbub got to be too much, the house had plenty of other spaces where people could hangout or relax with a book. Joy is a super host - very friendly, clear instructions, and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

William’s home was the perfect vacation spot! Quiet and peaceful! We spent most of our time in the pool or sitting outside with our dogs. With the fenced in yard, it made it so easy to have them out there with us. William was extremely responsive to any questions we had. House was very clean and very welcoming! We hope to be back sometime soon!

This house did not disappoint! Went for a family reunion with extended family ages 8-80! Something for everyone to enjoy. The great room was perfect for our large gathering with plenty of space for games, kids and visiting. Kitchen was perfect for our needs (some repair issues Clay is addressing did not overly affect our stay - he’s super responsive and helpful!). Table for 8 plus counter height seating for another 6 or so in the kitchen itself. Tons of bedrooms offer privacy and comfort for everyone. 2 showers on main floor, one in basement and one on 2nd floor. Basement is teenager heaven! Poor, shuffleboard, Nintendo and air hockey as well as a bar area with another refrigerator which was awesome for drinks. Hot tub outside on the porch was great. I think our favorite was the deck outside the great room had lots of seating so we could enjoy the unseasonable 60 degree weather! Never got a chance to use the fire pit looked awesome. Highly recommend - we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! A quick weekend trip was made special with the comfort of the home and the beautiful landscape, especially during sunrise/sunset. The home was spotless and we quickly felt right at home. Will definitely stay here again!

The house was lovely. It was perfect for our group of 13 moms who needed a break from all the things. The house was clean, private and very well decorated. The host was responsive as we had several questions throughout our stay. We didn't want to leave!

We loved our stay! Our big family of 9 had a great time building memories that we will take with us forever! Super fun place to be and close to awesome hiking and waterfalls! We hardly left the whole week! We all enjoyed the game room and hot tub! It was awesome to have 2 master suits! Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb while visiting family for the holidays! The home was cozy, clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also very big, our kids loved playing hide-n-seek while we were there, as well as playing tag in the fenced in back yard! The host was incredibly welcoming! The location was perfect! We felt right at home and truly appreciated the warmth and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Freddie and his wife Sally were lovely, kind hosts. We had a long term stay of two months and they were always only a message away if we needed anything. Our stay was during the colder Winter months and his wife brought extra blankets, toilet paper and anything we may need in the event we were snowed in. Freddie even made a special trip out to retrieve a ball my daughters lost out past the cow fence haha. Very lovely ranch and we were very privileged to have the opportunity to stay in their home. My daughters were overjoyed seeing the cows in the pasture. Beautiful sunsets and a lovely property to let your kids run and play in the country. Thank you Freddie and Sally!

We enjoyed and appreciated our stay at Alison‘s cottage. We arrived late on a chilly winter’s eve and found the exterior lights on and the interior already warmed up and super cozy. We were immediately charmed by all the nice touches and the interesting layout of this quaint and rustic heritage cottage. Every room is quite spacious. The kitchen is fully functional with nice cookery and full-sized appliances so we were able to make a surprise potluck dish for a family event we were attending nearby. The bathtub was absolutely wonderful! Our dogs were so happy they seemed to hope we had moved! The cottage is set back off the road and adjacent to a historic property that has a golf course and a restaurant with a bourbon bar, and a museum of farming equipment. The neighbors and their two dogs were really nice. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

The cottage met all of expectations and more. It was so cozy and conveniently located. We were traveling with an infant and it was wonderful to have so much space compared to a hotel. Tommy was very flexible and responsive. We loved the place and all the plants! Definately will come back when in town.

We loved our stay at the Wellington. It is so convenient to downtown. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house is spacious with ample room for several people to stay. It is located in a safe and quiet area. We will definitely book here again in ever in the Richmond, Kentucky area.

My family and I came in for my son's graduation. The house was conveniently located to downtown Richmond as well as the EKU campus (short 3 minute drive). The house was perfect for us. Harold left perfect instructions. Had a great stay and experience❤️

Tim and Teresea are the host and hostess with the mostest! We had 9 people at their lake house for the weekend and everyone was overwhelmed by how awesome it was. We would have given a 10-star rating on a scale of 1 to 5, if that were possible. Everyone agreed on our second day there to make this our annual reunion location. We have never had AirBnB hosts that were so proactive, attentive and accommodating. Kudos all around!

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures! We had a family gathering to celebrate Christmas and it accommodated everyone very comfortably. My family and I really enjoyed all the amenities especially the hot tub and the theater room. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking and baking pots, pans and utensils. The bedrooms were extremely roomy, and the master has a beautiful view of the Dix river. The drive to the house was a little tricky in the snow but the GPS gave very accurate directions. Amanda was super responsive and would return messages within minutes. Definitely plan to come back when the weather is nicer.

Huge house with great view of the lake. Very open and modern. Kitchen is pretty tiny, though. Especially if you are trying to feed a group. The large refrigerators in the garage are very helpful. And be careful on the tiny roads leading to the house!

Lovely house in a quaint neighborhood. It was fun to walk to the marina and explore. House had everything we really needed for our short trip. Arcade games were a surprise for the kids. And we all loved s’mores at night! Megan was a fabulous host!

Shelby and Karen were wonderful hosts, and the place very much lived up to the name, “Country Charm.” We had a wonderful weekend and appreciated the quiet, peaceful setting with the Kentucky farmland behind it. We also appreciated their little touches, with snacks laid out in a basket on the counter, ice cream bars in the freezer, k-cups coffee ready to go. The place was very nice and clean. Theres a beautiful front porch to enjoy the early morning coffee or late evening beverage. Lastly, Shelby was wonderful about communicating with us before, during and after our stay. I would very much recommend staying at country charm for a nice, quiet getaway. Thanks again for a perfect getaway, and appreciate the all of the hospitality, Shelby and Karen….. We absolutely loved our stay at Shelly’s cottage. We felt right at home the moment we walked in; it was even decorated for Christmas! I just wish the weather had been warmer because we would have loved to enjoy the deck overlooking that peaceful lake. We can’t wait to come back!
