This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The absolute plus for the apartment was its location. A stone's throw from the beach, with a supermarket within walking distance. Terrace overlooking the sea, where you can eat and relax. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the main course of Porto Recanati. Unless you want to hike, you can forget about the car. Noemi guest is ready, kind, full of advice and always available: you can see your experience in terms of hospitality. For me a "superhost"! The house is "set up" in a complete way: I found everything you need to spend a quiet vacation. Definitely a positive experience!

everything went well. Angela was always there when we needed her. The problem we had is we are 82 years old and don't get around as good as someone younger. I would suggest her apartment to other people. It has a great view as advertised.

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had the MOST amazing stay in Ancona thanks to Maria & Michele, we had to be there for visiting the hospital in Ancona, both of them were a pair of the most amazing human beings we've ever met!! I will FOREVER be thankful with them for the peace they brought to us!! ❤️✨☺️

The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

The apartment is really very nice and exceptional with the private pool. The location is super central right in the old town surrounded by many restaurants. Communication with Chiara was friendly and straightforward, we would book here again directly.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Lovely stay. The hosts were very helpful. Made recommendations for trips and responded very quickly. The place was older date, but fine working. Lovely air conditioning. Lovely large pool with sun beds. Nice view of the water. And short walk to beach and town. The parking stall is very small.

The house is in a great beachfront location. The two bicycles available, new and working, were very useful. Each room is equipped with TV and air conditioning. Filippo was available to get us a missing hair dryer in a timely manner. The apartment is new and clean and clean. Beautiful terrace, well-maintained and well furnished.

The host paris, an exquisite and affable person, made my parents feel the owners. A fabulous welcome with an aperitif Entrée. We stayed at Valentina's apartment for 4 nights; the space is very suitable for two people who want to unplug their heads and enjoy the sea in peace. The sea is very close (both free beach and bathing establishment) and within walking distance. Convenient location of the town of Ponte Nina, which is halfway between two countries provided with the necessary services. The host Valentina, super helpful and welcoming; during the stay unfortunately we experienced an emergency (not related to the accommodation) and Valentina immediately mobilized to resolve the issue. One of those places where we leave our hearts. We hope to be back!

Great stay! Anna was a very attentive and scrupulous Host since booking. Very clean accommodation. Great location, located in front of the sea and equipped with internal parking. Quiet area, recommended for families.

Domiziana's place is a welcome respite if you have been dealing with a lot of hustle and bustle. We were there in September, the offseason, and enjoyed the quiet. It's right on the ocean so you can hear the waves. (Note, as others have you are also beside railroad tracks. But we also agreed with others that you get used to the trains). There's plenty of room. The house is modern (maybe too modern for the 70-somethings we are as the electronic control system was a bit of a challenge). There is a wonderful cross breeze from front to back. The kitchen is one of the most fully outfitted I've run into with today's Airbnb's. All the tools, & condiments. It was a pleasure. One note for those who are of the more elderly persuasion. The stairs to get up and down from the bedrooms is a very steep, spiral staircase. If you have mobility issues, be advised THERE IS AN ELEVATOR. We only used it to get our suitcases up and down which was a blessing. If you love a seaside locale, this is great.
