Maria is a very nice, helpful and always available host! She decorated the accommodation very lovingly. There is everything you need, a great large terrace where you can eat comfortably and end the evenings. The best thing is the short walk to the beautiful beach! I would recommend the place to anyone looking for peace and quiet and just want to relax! Thank you Maria for the lovely stay 🥰 I would book the place again and again!

Honestly one of the best places I have stayed. Nine of us spent over a week there and everyone loved it. Literally not a bad word to say about the place. The villa, pool etc were all as/better than described, especially the pool. We would definitely visit again. Pillows, air con, kitchen, outdoor seating, views etc were all great. The ‘neighbours’ were lovely, don’t speak much English but greeted us on arrival and made sure everything was all ok the whole time. Antonio is a true gentleman, thanks again! Couple tips - local town Martano has a lovely ‘caffe Stella’ with great cakes etc. Torre Sant’Andrea is rocky but amazing swimming under the arch etc. La Cala dell’Acquaviva is small but beautiful, swimming out between the cliff faces. I could go on but in summary, if you want a peaceful, well equipped, beautiful place to stay, away from the bigger more touristy towns but within driving distance of everything, book it up!

Wonderful house, wonderful stay! Very nice house with multiple spaces well thought out for everyone's comfort. We were 14 guests and we didn't feel cramped ( in one of the bedrooms we had several beds for young adults/teens). Each bedroom has an amazing bathroom. Air conditioning in the common areas and bedrooms of course is also a plus when it's very hot. Very nice pool and garden maintained every day.. Everything was really very clean in the house and outside. A big thank you to Antonio for his welcome, kindness and responsiveness. We can only recommend this rental. You can go there without second thought and we will be back with great pleasure!

Quiet area, villa with lots of amenities perfect for a getaway.

Very good location for a beach holiday. A few minutes walk to the beaches and also to a supermarket, bar and restaurant. Communication with Arianna was very easy.

Fantastic place as expected in the photos and description on the site. We spent four days in contact with nature using fruits, vegetables, and eggs inside the estate. Lisa and her partner were very kind and assisted us with every request. We'll be back for sure ✨

Fantastic experience!!! Our best stay at italy. The house is fully equipped, decorated with an excelent taste, everything is in excellent conditions, very clean We enjoyed a lot the pool and the precious galleria. Highly recommended for demanding guests. Francesca and tommaso were excellent hosts , very kind, flexible and generous. 10 points everything!!! Top house!!!

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

Beautiful house equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended. Exceptional area. Fishmonger, dairy, butcher, grocery store: all of excellent quality and just a few minutes from the house. Superb sea.

The villa is beautiful! You really feel like you’re in an Italian cozy home! It has very nice & modern touches like a dishwasher & 2 fridges & Bose speakers. The outdoor area is amazing! We had Daniella come & cook for us one evening which was also superb! Highly recommend this villa!!

My partner and I got married at Masseria Quadrelli. From start to finish it was the best 3 days of our lives. This villa is the most beautiful place, it feels like a palace fit for royalty. The pool, the rooms, the baths, the living spaces, all amazing. The hosts are responsive and take care of everything. If you are considering a celebration in Southern Italy, this is where you should go.

We had a wonderful stay in Salento. The house and the whole garden were even better than in the photos. Our expectations were positively exceeded. Communication with Lina was problem-free, she always gave us great tips for the area and always had a recommendation ready for individual questions/requests. We would definitely come back.

I don't need to add much more to the already 5 stars reviews you can read here... We had an amazing, peaceful and cozy time here, everything from the lovely and helpful hosts, the area (calm, nobody around, the view, the atmosphere, the garden...), the clean and cozy villa itself, the huge terrain (it's big!) with terraces and pool, the BBQ and of course the amazing view. Furthermore, it's perfect as a home base to go visit all the nice places and beaches around like Gallipoli, Lecce, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca and of course the fantastic beaches on the Est-Coast or rocky cavern areas all around the South and Eastern-Area. Also a nice grocery store with lots of Fresh products is just a 10 minute drive away. Fantastic times and we surely will go again, a true gem.

Tommaso was an excellent host and dealt with any issues we had immediately and with good grace. Beautifully kept grounds, clean and refreshing swimming pool, comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location is excellent, close to the shops and local amenities and in easy reach of the many amazing beaches, towns and cities that Salento has to offer. We will recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you Tommaso.

We had such an amazing stay here. After touring around Puglia this was a welcome oasis of relaxation. Luca could not have been more helpful - he went above and beyond to help with recommendations and making sure everything was perfect for us. The grounds were much bigger than expected and the whole place was quiet. Gave us a true Italian experience and would not hesitate to book again :-)

We had a lovely stay. A relaxing place, lovely pool and outdoor space, close to Tricase with a good choice of restaurants.

The Villa was absolutely beautiful! It is located on the top of the hill with great use of the town and the sunshine was very beautiful. We were alone during the time of our stay so we can enjoy all the amenities ourselves in a very private way. The pool was absolutely amazing and perfect for a summer chill out. It is only a short drive also from the nearest town and the beach and the location was quiet yet safe. It is equipped with a very beautiful furniture and all cooking equipment was available.

Our two families with 5 kids (6-10y) had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andrea’s beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The house itself is even more stunning than the photos, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering both peace and quiet while being close to local attractions. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this place is ideal. Andrea went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always quick to respond and full of helpful local tips. Their warmth and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. They even thought of our late arrival time and fixed some food for us to feed the hungry kids!!! Absolutely outstanding for a AirB&B host in my opinion! I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Rosetta's. Lovely large grounds, very quiet and private. Awesome pool but we only used it a couple of times since the weather wasn't ideal. Great location to enjoy day trips to Castro, Otranto, & Gallipoli, and other small towns nearby. Highly recommended.

We were stunned by the great villa! The hosts Luca and Diego are very friendly, likeable, very helpful and available at any time. They also provided us with great welcome gifts.
