Tiziana is charming, attentive and super friendly. We were delighted in the house, super quiet, with parking, it was spectacular.

We were guests of Maria Teresa. We immediately felt comfortable. The apartment was a real "gem"and the welcome was excellent , the host was always attentive to us, giving us great advice from the area . We had a problem with the car and you helped us fix it . Too bad the weather was a little bad . We will very much be back, a heartfelt thank you and a hug

Very clean accommodation, very quiet, but it should be noted that we did not have neighbors above. The terrace with garden view is very nice.

Cozy apartment, clean and matching the description and photos on the site. Located in a strategic position to reach the most beautiful beaches of Salento and still a short walk from the sea. Gentle and available owners for any request. Highly recommended.

Everything worked out great and we liked it. Due to the very fast and friendly communication before the stay, we were well prepared. Before arrival, a colleague then contacted us and we were received on site. Everything worked out great, we were shown the apartment and received more tips for the stay. For questions that arose during the time, we received an answer very quickly and Guiseppe was an excellent and super friendly contact person. Parking on site is not easy, but there is a large parking lot 2 minutes from the apartment that we used. Alternatively, you can also book an underground parking space via Fiorenza. The apartment itself is not huge, but very new and well maintained with a large bathroom and small balcony from which you can see the sea. Ideally located on the promenade, you have everything – shops, restaurants, beaches – outside the door.

Beautiful, extremely clean home located in a quiet and serene neighbourhood. A great place to get away from crowds and a good location to visit all of southern Italy’s beaches and cities. Our favourite Beach was only a few min drive away and the kitchen is will equipped for making meals. Raffaela is an amazing host! We could have stayed for ever.

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Villa Annarita . Luigi and Annarita were very hospitable and we felt very comfortable with our 2 children. The absolute highlight is the pool where we spent many hours. The house has everything you need, by car you are quickly everywhere at supermarkets, in the city or restaurants. The perfect beach with children is a little further away but we always liked to go there because it is just perfectly flat with children ( Torre San Giovanni )

The stay at Roberta's property was impeccable, every aspect of the structure is thought out in every detail. The hospitality and staff are definitely one of the highlights. The spaces are spacious and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor patio is a real gem, ideal for relaxing. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for a comfortable and well located place.

Lovely house, close to the sea. Quiet area. Probably busier in the summer. Had a nice stay. Entire family was super friendly and helpful.

Great apartment, very clean, comfortable, beautiful bathroom. 5 min to the beach. Very good air conditioning that automatically turns off when you open the door to the outside . Overall, I highly recommend it. The only note may be that I didn't know before check-in that there was only one window in one bedroom that overlooks the cage-that was a slight downside.

What a fantastic place so close to the beautiful town and beach and the terrace was perfect so quiet and private. Amazing shower and comfy bed, perfect! We ate out every night and all amazing. We parked at top of the hill on white spaces which are free. We’d love to come back!

This apartment can feel like you're in your own home. Spacious, with two balconies that provide good airflow. A large bathroom with all the amenities, and a bedroom with a very large, comfortable bed. The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Otranto, which gives you the opportunity to relax. Contact with Sara at the highest level, I recommend!

Based on the pictures and the price, we already had high expectations. These expectations have been completely exceeded. It was really unprecedented, if you go to southern Italy, this is a MUST GO. So welcoming, such a nice tenuta, delicious breakfast every morning and attention was paid to everything, they really take an extra step to make you feel completely welcome and at home. We have been there our first 10 days of vacation to discover the south of Puglia. It is perfectly located for that, we have explored all the nice places in the area all less than an hour away. The only thing I regret is that we have booked this accommodation to start the holiday with, I am now writing this review from our second accommodation and it really falls into nothing compared to Tenuta San Trifone. I sincerely don't think you're going to find a better place to stay in the south of Puglia. Emanuele, Laura and the rest of the family, super thank you, it was great!

I don't know what to mention first, the friendly host or the most affordable apartment with the wonderful terrace 7 minutes from the beach. Mario is the most hospitable host in my experience for all 10 years on the platform, who was always happy to help us and to give recommendations for what to do. He was always nice and super friendly, even when we used the wrong key and broke the lock, Mario was super relaxed, just came with tools, repaired it himself and didn't ask the costs for the repair. Instead of being sauer, Mario brought us the bottle of wine to make our vacation even better. Incredible! The person with the big heart! The apartment was exactly like on the pictures + fully equipped with air conditioning in every room, all swimming gear, the fully equipped kitchen, with products such as olive oil, coffee & water, spices and all the tools for cooking and baking as well all hygienic stuff. This was an amazing experience in Italy! Thank you!

Very nice, comfortable and clean apartment. You have everything you need, and if you're missing something, Pasquale will bring it to you very quickly. Maybe you can hear and see from the deck. Pasquale speaks English, gives good recommendations. We recommend it wholeheartedly!

Great welcome from the host. Welcome with a bottle of wine and juices for the kids,we found a comfortable and serene environment. Antonio was an immense store of information. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 boys). The house is located in a clean and quiet area. With convenience store available and a restaurant. For our gypsy vacation it was a great support. But not suitable for those who want to turn off the car and forget it. It is a few kilometers from a large center,and strategic for those who want to visit Puglia far and wide.

We stayed 3 nights at Casa Giada. Large and securely fenced garden for our furry friend. The house reflects the photos, a clean and well-equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable bedroom. The bathroom, albeit small, was clean and tidy. In the closet we found sufficient and clean linens essential for our stay. Excellent air conditioning of the house that allowed us to see the high temperatures to rest well. Antonio was a helpful, friendly, and very kind host. We definitely recommend it and will be back.
