Good stay in great apartment, near Mestre station that in a few minutes left you in Venice, and with the possibility of taking the bus to Venice with a stop in just 100 meters. Magnificent communication with Ornella who cares and is interested in making you comfortable.

My family and parents stayed in Villa Gina for the last three nights of a two week trip to Italy. We were all a bit worn out and the space was perfect for us to recuperate. The large living room and kitchen are separated from the bedrooms by a hallway. This was a wonderful set-up to give everyone a little space from each other. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Gina has thought of every detail. You can feel how purposeful she is in how she cares and arranges everything. She was also very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Villa Gina truly felt like a home away from home!

The apartment was more than excepted. |Right next to St Mark. The location could not have been better. Claudia and her husband were really helpful. Clean with all the needed facilities... it was like a suite only in a better price.. i totally recommend it...

We had a great stay at Lia and Sara's place. There are bus stops close by to go directly to the Venice historic center and some stores, including a supermarket, are accessible by foot in 15 minutes or less. The place was clean and well-furnished, and our host had prepared a great folder with all the information we needed for our stay.

Gianluca was a great host. Very friendly and a good communicator. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the garden was beautiful. The location, so close to the vaporetto on LIdo was perfect!

Beautiful apartment in quiet area. The apartment is equipped with everything that you need. The bed was super comfortable. There is an AC, which is helpful during the warm summer. We also worked from the apartment. The wifi was excellent. Chiara responded super fast and was always very helpful. Highly recommendable.

Very nice house close to many places in veneto. New amenities, with everything you need. Breakfast food was provided and it was amazing, as well as coffee, tea and some beverages. all the house has air conditioning, which was excellent and necessary.. one room has full privacy, the other not quite since it has an open ceiling. would recommend!

great place to stay, clean and very well organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, in the bathroom there is a hairdryer and in the living room there are some canned games and a kitchenette for children: appreciated by children and parents to spend a holiday in serenity! Beautiful outdoor space with a table and even a shower to remove the sand. The area is quiet, there is a free beach within walking distance. Elisa was a very kind and helpful host, she also left us a welcome thought 💞 Highly recommended for families too!

I had a very pleasant stay 👌🏼 The location offers both the possibility to work well (laptop, WiFi is good) and to relax. It is pleasantly quiet and the pool is very nice. I had my bike and would recommend it to everyone to explore the area by bike. I would say just right for a prolonged weekend. If you want to improve something, it would be in the kitchen's equipment. This is very limited and only for the most necessary. Giulia is quickly accessible with tips and recommendations and super friendly via Messenger. Very positive experience, the host also waited for us personally with a late check-in due to traffic. They were super kind and attentive to everything. Comfortable, large, new, warm apartment (heating coming from the super wow floor) and clean. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing one-month stay here. The house provided everything necessary for a long-term visit. The host was extremely kind and assisted us with all our requests. I want to specifically highlight the weekly house cleaning service, which greatly enhanced our comfort during our stay. The garden is truly stunning, and each morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee while taking in the lovely sunny view. I also want to praise the restaurant, as they prepare delicious meals using local ingredients, some of which are sourced from their own garden. It's only a half-hour drive to Venice or a train ride from Marcon station. Additionally, it serves as a convenient starting point for exploring the Dolomites or other cities in the region. This is a great place for a family vacation! It's run by a family. I highly recommend staying here.

Just returned from a 2 night stay in this lovely apartment. It was perfect. Very well equipped, great location and lovely outside balcony. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

This little villa was exactly as advertised. Beautifully surrounded by greenery and only 10 minutes away from the beach in foot, it had the perfect balance of quiet and lively. Barbara is a lovely host, and will give you lots of recommendations on what to do around Cavallino and in the greater Venice area. The ferry to Venice is only 5 minutes away by car, and you can get one every 30 minutes or so. All in all, a great location and a gem of an airbnb if you want to check out Venice and the Adriatic beaches. Highly recommended.

Very polite communication. Check in and check out directions were clear and given with instruction (including photos). Flat was located in calm neighbourhood, nearby was bus stop to go to city center and train station. Everything was great and our money worth.

Great, unique apartment at a fabulous location, overlooking Via Garibaldi, one of the nicest states in Venice when it comes to excellent food and lively atmosphere. The apartment is well equipped and furnished with lots of design pieces. With the sleeping rooms in sequence, the layout is good for close friends or families. Two bathrooms are a plus! Thanks for hosting us.

Giuseppe's place is magical! The apartment itself is incredibly elegant and the view of the square made us feel that we were part of the life of the city even while we were comfortably relaxing as a family. Giuseppe is a delight to talk to and his enthusiasm for Padua is matched only by his deep knowledge of its history. We hope to return some day.

During our trip in Italy we stayed at many apartments but Monica's place was the most beautiful, coazy and clean place. It was well equipped, the area was gorgeous and the backyard was surrounded by vineyards. We enjoyed every moment!

The house very is nice and clean. Everything was there for usual household activities and we didn't miss anything. Place is very nice and quiet.
