Amazing discovery and a place to stay. Very central and practically in the heart of Venice metropolitan, a short walk from Rialto and St Marco. Close by 2 of my favourite places- restaurants to eat and dine. Super friendly host.

This is our first time going. It's right outside but it was easy to get there by bus. I clean everything very much, the room is very comfortable and the one we received is excellent.

Roberto had the most accurate of directions! Poor guy wanted to help with carrying our luggage 🧳 😆. This place was in immaculate condition - outside and in. 1 day we even just jumped on the sea bus and enjoyed the "cruise" so to speak. The location is amazing for a family with smaller children and teens alike.

We enjoyed our stay at Paola's. the location was great and the room was clean. We liked having a light breakfast (included in the room price) on the terrace during our stay. We knew from previous reviews that sharing a one bathroom was difficult, but we accepted this. For the location and price, sharing a bathroom with 8 people was acceptable to us. Paola was friendly and gave us great recommendations. We also enjoyed patting Houdini, the cat. The area is slightly quieter than the main tourist area and very walkable to main attractions

Wonderful location in an old and beautiful place. The windows look out on a lovely canal and bridge view. Would easily stay here again.

Everything was alright

Very welcoming staff, great breakfast, nice swimming pool, clean room and bathroom. Very quick access to the beach and Lido city center.

we had a great time. Everything was as described. We felt very welcome and enjoy our stay. Its super familiar what we liked. The pool is awesome and the rooms very cozy. You can go super easy to Venezia from there. And please don’t forget to try the pizza 🤤 ✌🏼

The accommodation is a * ***hotel. Beautiful and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection for breakfast. Lunch and dinner can be booked on site, and definitely worth their money. A large indoor and outdoor pool with the pleasant thermal water and the wellness area leave nothing to be desired. From Abano Terme you can make great excursions (e.g. to Venice or Padua). I was here for the second time. I enjoyed it very much again. I will definitely be back again!

A nice place to stay between travel. Had everything I needed and it was a nice place to rest after a long day of travel.

My partner and I had mazing time in this peaceful place in Arqua Petrarca. Alevtina and her mom were very welcoming and kind to us. The rooms were in great condition and the pool with the garden were perfect place to relax! We were treated like home. Even when we got under a very heavy rain, and struggled to get a ride to town for dinner Alevtina was very kind to offer to drive us, so we don’t get soaked. The room was immaculate, you get everything you need. We had trouble with hot water, but Alevtina immediately offered a solution, so after all we had no issue. For anyone who’s allergic, there’re a cat and two dogs in the garden. They are very sweet and not aggressive at all, but worth noting in case anyone has allergy. Overall, we are very happy with our stay. The area is beautiful. For sure would recommend to have a car, but we got around also easily by foot. The house is 20 min walk from Arqua Petrarca and 50 from Monselice, but the walks are very scenic, so time flies.

A beautiful accommodation with spacious, nicely furnished and extremely clean rooms, only on a half hour drive from Venice. In addition, you find yourself on a beautiful estate with a lovely swimming pool. A real hidden gem! But also the host and the whole team are fantastic. Always available, very friendly and they take care of the breakfast down to the last detail. Highly recommended to discover Venice and its surroundings.

Very nice and spacious room, with ample free parking and restaurant on the ground floor. The host provided us with all the necessary information and check-in was easy. Recommended.

Beautiful stay, comfortable room and fully in line with expectations for a day of pure relaxation Only notes: given the price, it would have been very nice to find a glass offered by the house in summer, the hot tub makes the whole room very warm, it would be a little thermally to isolate the part of the bed Otherwise highly recommended

Stefano's place was really perfect! The best we've had since using Aibnb. The children were very happy to have a beautiful room with on each level a very nice bathroom. The materials, the furniture are of very good quality. The big plus of this place is that it is located in an area inhabited mainly by locals, fishermen. Right next to the apartment you will find a very local small shop with good products; not far away: one of the oldest bakery with excellent croissants and other sweets. Beaches are 5'away. We were not during the summer season but we could see a glimpse. The big plus of the apartment: it's covered terrace, which acts as a dining room. The views are beautiful. For the evenings: this is the place. You can see the fishing boats passing by. The old town is a 20 min walk. Thanks to Stefano for this stay and for the arrangements.

Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the train station. Quiet neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. The room looked exactly as in the photos. Very clean and tidy! Daniele and Nicola are great hosts, always ready to help you! Thank you for having us in beautiful Venezia!

We had a great stay here while in Venice! The apartment is extremely well located, just a few minutes to walk to the train station and anywhere else you want to go. There are great restaurants and cafés nearby. The apartment was spotless and the hosts do everything they can for your stay to be comfortable. If we’re ever in Venice again we would stay here in a heartbeat!
