We spent a night at Davide's apartment along with our three children. The house was very clean and with everything you need to cook, with coffee, tea and toast at your disposal. We were able to park the car inside the building without a problem, Davide showed us everything we needed to be able to move without a problem and was very kind (he speaks very Spanish) and detail. The area is not known because we were just passing through, but the apartment was quite a hit.

I definitely recommend Beppe's place! A very nice house, very well kept, clean and tidy, in a very central position and a short walk from the beautiful main square of Faenza. Beppe was also very kind and hospitable. Everyone was so hosting would be great!

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. We stayed in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I have a good time. We really appreciated the possibility of staying longer, compared to the scheduled checkout time. Luca and Daila, they also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

Apartment matching the description. Friendly and helpful host. As for me, a very comfortable apartment, as it is equipped with various appliances (not all are equipped with an electric and immersion blender!). I also appreciated the location as it allows you to park your car comfortably and there is a gastronomy/pastry shop and a fryer a few meters from home.

A beautiful place, immersed in the hilly countryside of Casentino. A renovated building with great care and taste in which you can breathe the history of the owner and his art. Prawns, trees, shrubs, water mirrors, and a beautiful garden are the setting for all this. In addition, you have the impression that you are guests of a friend and not customers of an accommodation facility. On my behalf, I'll definitely be back.

The apartment has evidently been renovated perhaps a decade ago, keeping the perhaps original tiles in the kitchen and bathroom area on the ground floor. Some pictures that were a little creepy I would have avoided it, but apart from these small things, the apartment is nice and you are like at home. A comfortable living area with a nice TV, adjacent to the kitchen. The bathrooms are very small but you could not do anything else in these cute little houses in the center. Comfortable that you don't have the key. There is a modern combination system to access the home. Comfortable and spacious beds. Perfect location for visiting the center.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything we can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very beautiful place to recharge as a family, full of board games for children of all ages and full of books, also the outdoor games cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is extra (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama of Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great stay, thank you to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this b&b perfect for a family

This was my third Airbnb on this Italy trip. It was by far the best. I wish I could give 10 stars. Starting with a superb host whose communication could not have been better from day one. The beautiful apartment with hardwood floors, fresco ceilings, modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, pillows, sheets, a tray of fresh fruit and a fridge with drinks and yogurt, coffee and teas, cookies, and breakfast toast with honey and jams. A short walk to the Imola racing circuit. Excellent pastries, and cappuccino directly across the street. Shopping a few steps away. And restaurants literally a short walk, including the fantastic Sam Domenico, a Michelin two star restaurant. I’ve never walked to a Michelin restaurant in my life directly from home. I simply don’t have the words describe how happy I was with everything related to this apartment.I hope to return and stay even longer. I highly recommend renting this apartment unless, of course, I want to. Near perfection.

The apartment is in an ideal position to walk to both the beach and downtown. The description matches the reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious environments. Great communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really pleasant stay.
