We had a great time at the property that is located in a quiet and comfortable area to reach the beaches and attractions of Porto Recanati. The host was very helpful and lavish in giving us tips to discover the area. So I recommend the stay and we will gladly come back to visit you:-)

My family and I stayed in Bruno's house for 12 days, and it was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever booked on Airbnb. Bruno is a very kind host, he welcomed us as soon as we arrived in Grottammare, making us find the house immediately ready. During the stay, she gave us helpful tips on where to eat and what to see. The apartment is very nice and 10 steps from the sea. On the waterfront there are many establishments and there is plenty of choice on where to take umbrellas with sun loungers but there is also a lot of free beach. The house is ideal for those with children because it is spacious and has all the necessary comforts to have a great vacation. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the bathroom has a nice shower. The kitchen and living room are spacious and the patio is perfect for hanging. In conclusion, the house and Bruno are 10.

We spent two weeks here, our first beach vacation with our 14-month-old baby. We had a great time! The apartment is equipped with everything you may need, including a comfortable baby bed. The cute garden is great for dining out or reading in the afternoon and ideal for children's play. The sea is about five/six minutes away on foot and both the equipped beach and the free beach are easily reachable by stroller. The center of the village, which is practically the waterfront, where you can find bars, rotisseries, restaurants, shops, is a stone's throw away on foot. Athos is a discreet and courteous guest, easily reachable by phone for anything you need. He was very helpful with us and communication was easy and effective.

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

Tip for small families! Very nice apartment, which is about 50 m away from the sea. Supermarkets, restaurants and the train are also within walking distance (even with a child). The location is still quiet, you have no noise from beach bars or anything. The equipment is new and modern: air conditioning, fridge, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, kitchen-living room, bathroom with washing machine and sea view. The landlords are very friendly, helpful and easily accessible. We spent a month in the apartment and partly worked remotely. Even for such a long time, the apartment is spacious enough. Note: 3rd floor; like all objects in the area, this apartment is also close to a train line. Wifi could be better.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

We spent a few very pleasant days in this house. The location is great, with a really nice and relaxing view, ideal for getting away from the routine and enjoying some tranquility. We found the house cozy and well cared for. We hope to come back in the future, maybe taking even more time to appreciate these really beautiful places.

We spent wonderful 5 days at Sirolo. The location of apartment is great with breathtaking view and plenty of good restaurants around. Francesco helped us to rent a car locally, organized lift from train station and back for half of taxi price.

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.

Lovely apartment close to beach and lots to do in Grottamare

We stayed for four nights at the property, in two couples. The welcome was very friendly from Mr. Vincenzo, who described the amenities of the apartment making us take a small "tour" of the same: to season all fresh drinks, a bottle of wine and homemade liqueurs by the host. Also, extra, handmade noodles that have cheered one of our lunches. Very clean and quiet apartment, equipped with everything you need and even more: washing machine, loungers in the garden dedicated to us and a barbecue that, unfortunately, we did not get to use. Very easy to reach places of leisure and cultural and religious interest, such as Loreto, Recanati, the Conero coast and those who have more. The info provided for buying typical local products was very useful, such as the famous "Ciauscolo" salami. Great experience to do again absolutely. A warm thank you to Silvana and Vincenzo.

We stayed here to rest and it was just what we needed. Giuliano was so great at letting us know everything was ready and met us when we got lost due to a road closure. Once we got in there was fresh fruit amd some lovely treats provided for us. They didn't know how special they made our trip for us. Will definitely return. Thank you Giuliano and Donatella.
