We had a really nice stay in Bayreuth. The check-in was very easy and uncomplicated thanks to the website. The place was even nicer than expected - there was everything you needed and that you often can't find in comparable accommodations, such as free drinks in the fridge. You felt right at home. The location is very central and you can reach the core of Bayreuth's old town in max. 10 minutes. We can really recommend Julian's place!

We loved our stay in Greta’s apartment. It’s a self-contained apartment on the first floor; it’s about 15 minutes on the bus into the centre of Bayreuth, and around 30 mins to the Festspielhaus. (We walked back from the Festspielhaus one evening which took about 1.5 hours - a nice walk). There’s a good supermarket with an excellent bakery attached to it about 5-10 mins walk away. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and peaceful - with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony. While my friend was in the main bedroom, I slept in the work room on the sofa bed - which was comfortable and cosy so is a great second bedroom. There was coffee, tea, chocolate and a bottle of wine when we arrived which was a nice touch. Greta was very kind, even giving us lifts to the theatre and to the train station. She has a genuine warmth and it was a pleasure to meet her, and to stay in her apartment. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place with great views of the monastery church. Located directly at the forest playground. Our kids played there nicely. Lovingly designed and super equipped for families with children.

Close to the town 10min walk. Safe at night. Many restaurants to choose from. Historic sites to visit. Bed’s comfortable. The washer and dryer was useful. Friendly host. Franks responded always in a timely manner.

Very good accommodation and warm hospitality for people and dogs. There were two of us with two dogs and we all felt very comfortable. The place is equipped as described and everything was very clean. Kay and his family were always available and very friendly. There was a welcome gift for humans and animals, as well as wood for the fire pit. We were even able to get into the property earlier and leave later. Since we planned hikes, we got our money's worth, because the location is optimal to start directly from the front door. The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest, so it was just wonderfully quiet and relaxing for everyone. We would love to come back, with more time for more hiking trails. I had the pleasure of staying for a week in this beautiful apartment. It is located next to a main road where quite a few cars pass by at peak times; but when you are inside the house you don't hear the cars, thanks to excellent soundproofing. Inside the house is very nice, very bright and with design elements and warm lights, a bedroom with a bed and a large wardrobe. A large bathroom and a comfortable shower. A large room with a kitchen and a very comfortable large induction stove. The terrace is large, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. A private outdoor parking lot allows you to leave your car. The area is beautiful and quiet, you can safely take walks in the small town. 15 minutes from Bamberg. A 3-minute walk from the apartment there is a gas station, and an ALDI where you can shop. As an experience it was great, and I'm sure I'll be back.

Ludvik’s place is very very worth for the price. Ludvik was helpful in communication and we had a smooth check-in, great dinner from a restaurant that Ludvik recommended (1 minute walk from the accommodation) and also loved the town Horni Slavkov. Thank you Ludvik :)

Denise's apartment is very centrally located and nicely cozy . I was there alone, but if all 4 beds were occupied, it would still not be too tight . Communication was nice and always timely . Check-in with nice personal key service . Very eager and friendly. I'd love to come back again again !

Everything was great, we are very satisfied. The garden is a dream for families with young children. Beautifully located on the outskirts and highlight was of course the heated hot tub in the garden!

We were here with 7 adults and 4 children (1.5-6 years) for a weekend. We felt right at home. The apartment is really nice and nicely furnished. You can see that the hosts have given a lot of thought to the place and many small details make the accommodation really great. The welcome greeting, small packages of gummy bears on each bed and understandable instructions made us feel right at home. We especially liked that many things were child-friendly. From an existing stool so that the children could come to the sink themselves, to sufficient children's cutlery and dishes to table tennis rackets, everything was available. In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook for many people. There is certainly not much going on in Rhönblick, but a large, nearby playground offers the opportunity for the children to let off steam. The hosts were easily and quickly accessible and always friendly and helpful even when booking. thanks!
