We throughly enjoyed our 4 day/3 nights stay at the Apolinar home. The pictures didn't do it justice and what a wonderful surprise to walk into it being beautifully decorated for the holidays. They included complimentary drinks in the refrigerator, as well as toiletries in the bathrooms, in case you forgot anything. They even included black makeup remover cloths so we didn't have to worry about getting their beautiful soft white towels dirty. The beds were nicely made (so comfy) and each room also included an alarm clock. We spent most of our time with at our family's home, but as the nights grew to a close, it was SO nice to be able to retreat to our own quiet place which was much more comfortable than a hotel could have ever been. The host was quick to respond to my questions on locking the door but the binder really covered everything about the property SO well. You will not regret choosing to stay here. I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we did!

Rosa‘s place had everything we would need in a home away from home, plus more! Rosa responded to any message I sent within minutes and made so many accommodations and welcomed us with a nice gift basket. We had farm fresh eggs every day and a beautiful pool to swim in that was kept clean and cold! I would recommend this place to friends and family and anyone needing to stay in the Crosby area. The best airbnb experience we have ever had was in our own little town!

I want to start with perfect! The design of the home, the decor, the welcoming atmosphere, just perfect! My girlfriends and I made an agreement that as long as this home is available we will book for our annual gathering. Highly recommended as a great place to stay-cate!

Great place to stay! It’s a beautiful and you really feel like you are in nature and it’s great to just disconnect from the world for a little while. Me and my family absolutely loved this place and we are definitely coming back!

The house was nice. Looked better than the pictures! Property is well kept and the owners were super responsive to any questions or issues that arouse. I came for a cousins trip and the house slept 13 of us comfortable and we had room for several more if we wanted. The pool is nice, we had an issue with the hot tub but the property manager and pool maintainer were very responsive in helping us resolve the issue. We worried about the noise monitors but only triggered them once and the property manager was very understanding and reminded us of our noise levels. All the amenities were clean and in good conditions. I think it’s important to note, if you’re coming to visit and spend most of your time in Houston, it’s 40 min to an hour drive each way. Besides that the stay was great.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Host was incredibly understanding and helpful, everyone felt right at home here . Cant wait to stay again next year!

The house was so clean and comfortable. Nice snacks left for us and water. I enjoyed being able to cook for my family while staying at Jeff’s house. Would love to stay there again. Was fun watching the wildlife. Hope to return to the area again and stay at Jeff’s house

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and isolated place. Perfect place to find peace and rest. Angela was great at responding and everything I needed was there. From dishes to towels- cannot complain one bit. Great experience.

Our stay at the Library on the Lake was absolutely peaceful and a bit magical. We brought our 75 yo Mother (Mother in Law) back home to reminisce and visit her brother and his family in Crosby. This was the best place for us to visit, drink coffee, break bread and just relax. I would absolutely recommend anyone stay at this lovely home.
