House and location were very nice. 2 Families with 4 boys had really good stay there. We really loved the lake view and peace of that place.

Super quiet location on the slope with a great view. Very nice terrace with pool and barbecue on large terrace with wonderful views of the lake.

The place was perfect for ours needs. Extremely peaceful atmosphere and an amazing view on the lake. The apartments were clean, tidy and equipped with everything that was necessary. Overall it was a fantastic stay, recommended location.

This villa is beyond amazing. Everyday you wake up to the breathtaking view of the como lake. The apartment has everything you can think of. Matteo was the sweetest and he was so helpful throughout our stay. From picking up and dropping off from the train station, to helping us book a boat tour, and sending amazing recommendations for restaurants. Everything was flawless. We definitely want to stay here again if we have the opportunity!

THE VIEW S ARE ASTOUNDING I cannot say enough wonderful things about this family-owned retreat, a glorious and spacious house in private layers of garden. Two bedrooms have balcony stairs leading to garden levels.. For us two parents and our adult son it made for five perfect days of pool swimming, lake Lugano swimming, and walking to small restaurants. Very glad to have the parking spot returning from further adventures. Orfeo was a gracious host and even drove us on on a local tour and to dinner. At first the traffic noise bothered us. But we soon understood that to be " steps from the water," on any of the Italian Lakes, would have traffic maybe worse. The house and gardens are totally private from the busy two-lane road, and from the mostly pedestrian road uphill. Wifi worked well. Never tried the huge LR TV. All bedrooms have good storage space and breathing room. Bathroom spacious pristine and stocked with untouched-looking toiletries. I hope to return.

With a group of ten people we had a fantastic stay at the beautiful authentic villa. The house has all the comforts and clean. Cristina is a super host who was available for questions both before and during the stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ceasar and neighbor Timo was always available for questions. The only point of attention is that you are awakened every morning at 7 a.m. by the bells of the (also beautiful) church next to the villa. On Sunday morning, however, there was a beautiful church song opposite, which we enjoyed from the lovely swimming pool.

Absolutely fantastic spot! Directly on the lake with lake access, on-site private parking, good WiFi, and great views all around. Gorgeous outdoor area, lovely patios -- a perfect spot on Lake Como. Vassena is a wonderful little town with some amenities and restaurants, and you're relatively close to Bellagio and Lecco for important groceries.

It was a nice, clean and spacious house. We didn't miss anything during our stay Also the host of there friendly and helpful. If we ever visit this location again, we would definitely book it again!

Strongly recommend. I would go again and again. The host is very helpful. We asked her loads of questions and requests and she was very responsive. I think she is one of the best hosts I have ever met. The house is a dream comes true; The views, the swimming pool and the inside of the house. Just rent a samll car as going up to the house can be challenging with bigger cars.

Beautiful house on the hillside, with the most gorgeous view of Lake Como down below. The house is modern with a rustic feel, and fits the location splendidly. Andrea was a fantastic host that was kind, responsive and helpful. A perfect place to stay, especially if you want to be in a quieter, more peaceful part of Lake Como away from the tourists and where more locals live.

Pros: Beautiful spot. Daniel was easy to communicate with and accommodative. He provided great recommendations for food and activities. Worth staying for more than two nights like we did. The property is gorgeous and the views are out of this world. Cons: We had some small hiccups such as the washing machine not being plugged in (the plug was hidden behind the machine which required some creativity to reach) and expired kitchen essentials which required a drive into town (about 30 minutes away) which ate into the one full day we had. Wouldn't have been a problem if we were staying for longer. In fairness, these are issues I didn't mention to Daniel but I assume if I had he would be accommodative. Some pendant lights on the main floor were burnt out which wasn't great but was manageable. Daniel is open and honest about the bugs that you'll see in and around the home and in bedding but I'm not a fan of bugs and didn't like running pest control given the price point of this stay.

Absolutely amazing! Stunning views, beautiful grounds and villa. Best of all is Giulia and her hospitality. She made this experience effortless and exceptional. Eugenia was very attentive and always quick to respond to anything we needed during our stay. She helped book us dinner reservations, transportation, and offered local tips on the best way to explore beautiful Lake Como. The house was very nice, clean, and had comfortable beds and a beautiful backyard with a clean pool. The house is situated slightly up a hill on a relatively busy road, but is centrally located and only a few minutes walk down the hill to get to the main section of San Giovanni and the ferry stop. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

So quiet and beautiful villa. Pool and barbecue, quiet neighbors. It offers a perfect rest. It's on a high hill, so it can be difficult for those who travel on foot, but you can enjoy the scenery that much.

Joshua’s place was everything we wanted for our special family holiday. The property is set in the hills above Lierna with absolutely stunning lake views in a totally peaceful and private area. More than comfortable enough for a family of 5 adults, it had all mod cons we would expect. The private swimming pool was a real joy on hot afternoons. The property is also well situated for the local trains station from which it is possible to travel up and down the east coast of the lake and pick up ferries to Bellagio and other towns. Final word goes to our great hosts. Antonio and Joshua were always super responsive to any queries and willing to go the extra mile for guests. A fantastic location for a fantastic holiday.

Truly the best Airbnb experience! The view was unmatched and the place was perfect. Well stocked, comfortable, clean, and easy to feel right at home. Marcus was also an incredible host. He was always responsive, gave us personal recommendations and went above and beyond with helping us curate the perfect experience for our trip. It was an amazing place and one we wished we had more time in. For anyone considering staying, it is worth the drive up the mountain. Thank you for everything, we hope we make it back one day!
