Great location for eating out in Leeds - very central for shops, the art galleries, cocktails, bars, restaurants and the train station. Very clear and helpful communication with Silvia throughout.

Lovely stay, apartment matched the photos and descriptions. The complex itself is also beautiful and even though we were opposite the bar it was very quiet even on a Saturday night. John and his team were very responsive and provided local information that was helpful. Would stay again, thank you for having us! (FYI: Only thing I would be mindful of is there is no immediate parking at the flat as the multi storey next door has gone resident only and no space is provided. Just something to be aware of as if you have mobility issues as you may have a walk to find a space).

Would definitely recommend. Apartment was easy to locate and instructions given were clear and detailed. It's a walking distance to some bus stops and has a Sainsbury's and a few dining/food options nearby - even has a cinema closeby. It was approximately a 15 minutes walk to the train station and has couple of nearby luggage storage facilities which made it ideal for travellers going by train. Kudos to Bev for tailoring to our last minute change in check in plan and for the cleaners who kindly allowed us to drop our bags at an earlier time. Bev have been responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. The apartment itself was wonderful - it felt homey. Nicely decorated, well-maintained and adequately equipped with the basics. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds, as well as the sofa bed, were comfortable. And the whole apartment has efficient heating system that kept us warm during our stay. Wished we could have stayed longer but would consider again on our next visits.

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

This was our first stay at an Airbnb. Easy to find the accommodation, with clear instructions on how to get inside via lockbox and key code. Parking on street outside. Debra is a friendly and helpful host. Apartment described and felt very homely, loved the Christmas tree and decorations and the treats. Everything was as described and clean. The mattress was a bit soft for us but that is purely a personal preference. Would definitely stay again and very happy to recommend! We found so much sea glass at the beach, it’s only £3 to park for the day and a lovely way to spend Twixmas!

Natasha’s apartment was just as described, so we were very happy. A slight issue with the heating was fixed extremely promptly, which we were very grateful for, since we were staying with my parents who are in their 80s. Great communication, a fantastic location and layout, we would recommend to anyone. Many thanks, hope to stay again!

Our stay at this apartment was lovely. The host was in contact from the point of booking and all throughout our stay. The apartment was beautiful, really modern and clean. The bed was super comfy. It was a nice quiet building and easy to check in. The location was very quiet and only a 5-10 minute drive into the city centre. Overall great stay and would book again.

We stayed here over New Year and it was the perfect place for a chilled celebration. The location is great, close to Harrogate, Ripon and Skipton for day trips and there are plenty of walks on the doorstep. The house was so tidy when we arrived and the hosts made us feel welcome with a cake and champagne on arrival.

Great stay for a weekend. Loads of breakfast stuff which was a lovely surprise. Good parking. Spotlessly clean and good location.

Great place to stay. The house exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do it justice. We stayed over the Christmas period and the house was festively decorated. Spotlessly clean with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Everything you could need was provided for our stay. It is around 15-20 minute walk into town and the canal path there provided a lovely walk. We really enjoyed clocking up our steps ending with a visit to the many lovely pubs that Skipton has to offer. Highly recommend

Couldn't have been a better location, really central, a few seconds to the nearest shop and a minute or two into the center! Ample space for 4 guests, the en-suite is great feature. A fantastic place to stay, everything in there we needed, and 2 parking permits so we could park right outside😊 We would highly recommend!

Great airbnb, well looked after, ideal for family's with good communal areas and well equipped kitchen.

Excellent stay - beautiful home - warm and cosy with views of steam train. Kitchen small but adequately equipped. Lounge very comfortable. Bedrooms lovely size and the top floor room had a fabulous comfy bed. Bathroom lovely with bath and plentiful water. Ideally situated for all amenities and walks.

Really nice, safe ( gated community) and well maintained apartment within the medieval walls of the city. Unbelievably well equipped and provisioned. There was nothing missing down to coffee, packet cereals, spices and sauces! Centre of York easily walkable so location is great.

We stayed at Claudias lovely apartment for only one night. Claudia was really helpful right from the start and was a brilliant communicator.The apartment was in a really good location right in the center of town.We were so impressed with all the lovely little touches left for us around the place,even a personal welcome message.We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area it has everything you need.We would definitely recommend Dough a fantastic little pizza restaurant just up the road, 😋 Keep up the good work Claudia, your doing a super duper job.x

Had a nice night at Richard’s. He wanted to know arrival time to show us in and around but was flexible. Flat was clean and nicely furnished with a plentiful supply of book and a couple of puzzles too. There’s no TV on the property but this wasn’t a problem for us. The only thing I would have changed was to have bigger towels- everything else was perfect for our stay.

First class . Superbly presented apartment, clean and tidy with stunning views overlooking the marina. Thanks for making our stay a special one , we couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, 100% . We will hopefully be returning soon .

A great flat in York. brilliant location with it being a 20min walk right into the center of town and very, very close to the racecourse. The flat was as described and the lounge/kitchen area is a great space for a couple of days stay.

Chris’s place was wonderful. Extremely clean and had an amazing view of the minster. The interior was nicely designed and spacious but also cosy. Oven and microwave were a little difficult to figure out but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

lovely apartment with lots of space great views exceptionally responsive and helpful hosts, we dealt primarily with Sanita who was proactive, helpful and engaging. Dave was more in the background (I guess they take turns) but was also helpful and friendly
