A great base in the Giant Mountains. A very nice, restored historic house with a large parking space and a garden. Very clean inside, everything looks like in the photos, comfortable beds where you can rest well, because of day hiking. We came with a family of 2+3+dog and everyone had plenty of space for themselves. Host Rainer is very nice and speaks great English. I felt like I was coming to my uncle's place :) In the immediate vicinity, a well-stocked grocery store, a restaurant, and a great cheese and wine shop. There are several hiking and biking trails in Horní Maršov, so the house is a great starting point.

Wonderful stay at Karols place! The apartment is very nice, Karol and his wife were extremely helpful and responsive. The region is beautiful and very interesting. We were there with children: they loved it too!

Comfortable accommodation for 8 people in a nice environment, with a well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful hiking spots in the area. Kind, helpful host.

we had a great time at the cottage and in the area. The property is sufficiently large and it has everything you need. The electrical appliances are in very good condition, TV, wi-fi and washing machine are available. Small disadvantage is the room layout: to get to the two children's rooms, you have to go through the bathroom; but is ok if you know. We often used the terrace with a fireplace and the view of the countryside and enjoyed it very much. You really have your peace. Trampoline and pool are of course great. From the house you can do a lot, whether it's nice hikes, bike rides or a visit to the summer toboggan run right nearby. For shopping there are several small shops in the village that have everything you need. Trutnov is only a few km away and you can ride a bike along the Aupa very relaxed. By the way, there's a great outdoor swimming pool on the edge of the forest. All in all, it is highly recommended.

The word does not express the beauty of the place. The house is beautiful, but the view from the windows is on my knees. I can't remember when I slept so well and peacefully. Very comfortable beds. Aga is a wonderful host, incredibly helpful and very nice. The house has an amazing atmosphere. You really feel at home away from home. The view of the mountains, the sound of the waterfall, the sound of the trees and the peace... It was equipped with literally everything. We cooked every day. 100 meters from the Bar cottage under the cheerful teddy bear, which I highly recommend. Mountain trails behind the gate. She really could write about the positives, but you just have to come and see it all. We're already planning our next visit :)

Large house on the edge of the campsite. Nice place and host. Towels/bath towels available for a fee, which is not as usual (but we were advised of this in advance).
