Claudio and Veronica are beautiful, kind and helpful people, the house is perfect for relaxing, the sea view is beautiful, do not hesitate, book! I recommend staying with them, the villa is well cared for, childrens pool, guarded parking, a real pleasure, they provide lots of tips and agreements to fully enjoy your vacation.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

We really liked the place. The view from the large balcony of the vineyards and olive trees was fantastic, the distance from the beautiful beach was very short, the small pool was always a great refreshment, the house was tastefully furnished... there was also a steakhouse for vegetables and steaks. The dishwasher is also very practical. Federico gave us great tips on wineries and restaurants and was always easy to get to.

We stayed at Roberta's property for 3 nights and we had a very good time, very nice and well furnished accommodation and outdoor spaces, the pool is really nice, convenient location on a hill a stone's throw from Manfredonia a stone's throw from the heat and chaos of the city.

This Spring is very well located, 2 steps from the sea, with facilities included: Pool, umbrella and beach mattress, bikes. Only downside to our stay, the price of Breakfasts 10€/pers with a very simple buffet, and the beach restaurant with a price difference of + €3 compared to the Spring! But the staff is very friendly which made our stay very pleasant Jean

It was an extremely enjoyable experience. The house is beautiful, the road to access it is a little difficult but it is worth the "effort". The host Maud is very pleasant and kind, always available. You'll find everything you need in the house. The plus is the dishwasher and the washing machine, not to mention the small pool on the roof. If I have to be picky, I found inaccuracies about cleanliness, but I think both the host and the house make up for this. I would go back a thousand more times.

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Very nice apartment, perfectly clean and very spacious, on two floors, with two terraces. It's as advertised, and the bedding is impeccable. it is located in the most pleasant area of Bari, very quiet, with small white buildings. We are close to the pretty old town, from the beach facing the island to the lighthouse, to the bustling central square. Mary and her husband are very responsive and welcoming. The area, is splendid, we had a wonderful 4 days at the end of September pleasantly warm and much quieter than July or August.

the place is just as I hoped, quiet and in the middle of centuries-old olive trees,and in a strategic position where you can easily reach several beautiful beaches. Antonio is also a very helpful and nice person.

Beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished in every detail, truly a pearl. Suitable for a family of 4 or a couple (very romantic hearts and flowers everywhere). Great location in the historic center, very close to the viewpoints and the most touristic area of Termoli. You can park your car and pick it up at the end of the stay, because everything is nearby: sea, restaurants, port of embarkation for the Tremiti. Very helpful and friendly Mirella and Maurizio. I hope to be back soon.

Bright and airy, perched on a mountain side amid fruit and olive trees with a splendid view. Had everything we needed. Isabella was very helpful and we enjoyed a lovely gift of biscotti too. Great location for visiting Mont Sant Angelo, Peschici, Vieste and doing some hikes.

Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as check-out. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly near the entrance door, so very convenient. We loved everything and will definitely be back. Building is a former textile factory that has been converted mostly to residences. Located in the touristy section of Termoli, it is within walking distance of the wonderful beaches, the Borgo Antico, and convenient places to shop and eat. Terrace garden is private to the Airbnb rental, over looks the harbor, and has wonderful lemon and other fruit trees. If you’re looking for a place with character, this is it. Claudio lives next door and is always available to assist.

Very nice apartment, live even more than in the photos in my opinion. No downsides to report. The owners are friendly and helpful. If we happen to go back to Troy, we'll be back!

The house is as described, a very quiet location. Although we didn't have air conditioning the house was very cool. We were allowed to help ourselves in the garden, tomatoes, figs,watermelon lemons,cactus figs. Mr. Mario was always available and helpful. To the beach about 5 minutes by car,on foot about 15 minutes. In 10 minutes by car is lido del sole,where you can have delicious breakfast,supermarkets.

We stayed at Carla's place for a week. We had a very good time especially because the house is actually close to the sea and this makes it very comfortable, especially for those with children. The house is large and we found it very clean upon our arrival. Carla and her family are always available for any info or needs. The house has no air conditioning, but in the rooms there is a ceiling fan that saved us. Super Recommended!
