We had a wonderful family pre Christmas get together weekend at park Dale Cottage. The house was in a beautiful spot and we found it spacious and well laid out for our extended family needs. Kate was welcoming and available if we had any questions. We really enjoyed walks into the local area and definitely needed our walking boots to go across the field into the woods which are beautiful and full of ponies! The kitchen area was well equipped, the beds comfy and it was perfect for young children with the lovely selection of toys and outside play area. We loved the big open plan space it was very social . Thank you Katie for the welcome hamper food bits. We really had a perfect weekend, thank you.

Had a fantastic stay, the house really is wonderful, everyone really enjoyed it. We cooked, ate together, played tennis, went for bike rides and runs, the location was perfect. Arabella was really responsive, flexible and really helpful which I appreciate. Thanks!

The mobile home had everything you needed for a short stay. It was very clean, the decor was nice and well-equipped. The location was well maintained but quiet, within reach of the beach and shops.

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

We booked 2 of the properties on the Estate to accommodate 2 sets of family members visiting from Australia to attend my daughter’s Wedding at Stonehenge. From the moment we arrived we felt we were staying in very special surroundings. We loved walking the chalk stream and the superbly maintained grounds around the properties. We also loved the way the properties are furnished with antique furniture, paintings with empathy for the period the properties were constructed. Highly recommended

Outstanding property exceptionally clean and so well equipped. Very stylish modern interior with very nice furnishings. Kitchen well equipped we actually did not cook so much other than toast and heated a few croissants. The property's location is standalone but within a few minutes drive to the village and eateries. Also easily walkable had it been warmer weather. There are other facilities like the swimming pool and the golf simulator but we unfortunately were not staying long enough to enjoy them. Will definitely like to rebook in the summer. Thank You

Loved our stay. Weather was awful so couldn't take advantage of the outside area or walks, but still enough to do. Uber easy to use from the location. Accommodation was spotless, warm and comfortable. Instructions clear and easy to follow. Easy to find. Would definitely consider coming back in better weather. 😎

From the moment we walked in, we fell in love with Sonia's beautiful home! A huge garden, with plenty of games ready for our kids and plenty of drive to park our three cars. The house was beautifully decorated and set up. And absolutely spotless! Huge, warm 5 bedrooms with lots of bed space, storage and even some bath robes in the master bedroom. The cinema room lounge was a huge hit and we loved having our special birthday meal in the formal lounge/diner. Superb, quiet location. Loved the 30mins walk through the park towards the beach & pier. Sonia could not have accommodated us better & we have come away with fantastic memories of my husband's 50th birthday. The cake & fizz were such a kind touch! Please can we all come back soon.....?!

The house was perfect for our family winter get together, it was very comfortable and more spacious than it looked in the photos. We were ideally situated with an easy walk to the city centre shops, restaurants and the cathedral. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to all friends and family.

Great house for family with young children. The garden and games room were fantastic for the kids and we had a great short stay with at the Witterings. The house is lovely.

We had an early Christmas family get together and the house felt just like being at home but with more than enough space for everyone, the kids absolutely loved the attic space and had a great time playing hide and seek, there was enough space for all the adults to come together but also to get space when they needed it. Brilliant stay.

The home was beautiful and as described. Felt like home from home. It suited our whole family that differ in ages. The location is great. Sarah was great answering all my questions and giving recommendations. We would certainly book up again for our next visit.

We visited with 2 other families for a get together for half term. The house was absolutely outstanding, clean and had all the amenities needed for a cosy gateway with young children. Our youngest enjoyed having around some toys and the older loved the toy room in the garden. All adults loved the living room and kitchen space and the fireplace. A truly amazing space for our weekend away! Thank you

Four of us (we like our space!) had (sadly only) two nights at Ella’s place in mid November. Weather was kind but not warm enough to sit outside but we did enjoy the views. The house is a stunner: beautifully decorated; great use of space and room dividers; loads of bathrooms (2 full upstairs, one with bath and separate shower, and a large toilet / hand basin downstairs) and incredibly comfortable bedrooms. For 2 nights we didn’t need to put anything in the wardrobes but there was loads of space. Everything worked well and nothing was tricky to operate. We walked down the hill to the Spyglass Inn both evenings and ate dinner at home one evening. Ventnor is a wonderful little town and we all had good memories of family holidays on the Island about 50 years ago (!) - glad to see that very little had changed. We were so comfortable and slept so well in Ella’s lovely cosy house. Thank you so much.

We had a really lovely stay. The house fit us comfortably (10 adults, 5 kids and 2 babies) with lots of space for the kids to run around and a great separate play area for them! The kitchen was well equipped and a lovely hamper was left for us when we arrived. The games shed was great and surroundings were beautiful- walking on to a quiet beach just off the driveway. A great place for a big family getaway- would highly recommend.

Lovely house, fully equipped. Great location - walkable to all amenities and attractions including the beach. Off road parking a bonus but didn’t really use the car. Great value for money.

Amazing place - beautiful design - with a view that's unbeatable.

Really lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable home. We loved the extras, like games and beach things, so no need to buy for holiday. Some things, like coffee maker and older video games not working, but no worries, there was a french press and plenty to do. Bit far for us to walk to the seafront with the kids. Unfortunately, they closed the road for maintenance work for most of our stay, but the crew was nice and we managed to get in/out, even if our sat nav didn't like the detours.

Hosts were very responsive to emails and clearly communicated expectations and check in/check out instructions. They gave us a realistic expectation of the parking situation also (it's a bit tight, so you occasionally may have to park in a parallel road). We had a problem with the boiler, which was attended to within the hour once reported, which we were impressed by. All 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs, 2 upstairs) have an en suite bathroom and are very spacious. We all had a very comfortable night's sleep. Bathrooms included beautifully scented shampoo and conditioner-much appreciated! All kitchen amenities worked fine, great if you're self catering. Everything was nice and clean. There were a few minor things we addressed with the hosts that would be nice to have, but all in all a great stay and we'd come back again.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful property. It was well presented with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
