We had a wonderful week at Annemarie's place! A great cottage, lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and cozy. The kids loved the children's room and the many play opportunities in the yard and garden. Beautiful large balcony, great terrace, the sheep visited us regularly. The location is perfect for excursions to Lake Waging or the Alps. We didn't miss anything and Annemarie and Martin are very warm and attentive hosts. Thank you so much for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

Kerstin and Karolin's cottage leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. Large rooms with lots of space , everything very clean and great garden to romp and play. The location is fantastic , very close to the Saalach located in a quiet residential area. Directly from the house you can start great hikes / cycling tours. We arrived with 2 children ( baby and 3-year-old) and were greeted very warmly with many tips. During our stay, our hosts were always very quickly accessible. Both arrival and departure and communication were uncomplicated and absolutely warm. We had a wonderful relaxing time and would love to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Roman’s property over Christmas and highly recommend it! The house is full of charm, very well-equipped, and located just 10-15 minutes from the city by car, yet surrounded by peaceful countryside. The views from the living room and kitchen are stunning, and we loved seeing the cows and hens next door. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the heating was excellent, and the separate toilet and bathroom were so convenient. The kitchen had fantastic appliances and plenty of supplies, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Roman was an outstanding host—he communicated promptly, answered all our questions, and gave us great tips on local attractions. He made everything seamless from start to finish. Thank you, Roman, for a fabulous Christmas stay! It was peaceful, cozy, and unforgettable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Christine was wonderful-she left us homemade apricot sauce and h/m almond cookies, bread, creamer. Coffee maker that grinds beans. Wifi was excellent & the washing machine & dryer worked great. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets, and the most comfortable chair/ottoman combo I've ever used. We chose a place on Salzburg outskirts because of the dearth of airbnb's in the city. Being in a small town was both a plus and a minus. The plus is the peaceful surroundings & gorgeous views (big windows) of farm fields, the Alps & quaint houses. The minus is that it was more difficult to get to Salzburg Old Town than I expected. If you have a car, it's no problem, but we didn't. There is a train station 7 minutes walk, but often you need to take one that is 17 minutes walk and transfer one or more times; 20 minute walk to grocery store & restaurants. Many thanks to Christine for her generosity and kindness; she made our stay very pleasant.

It’s a great place to stay. We enjoyed the view, the silence and the atmosphere. The jacuzzi is a plus!

Jacqueline's rental was nicer than I expected! There were lots of windows to look out at the amazing mountain view! The place was pretty large, with several couches for sitting and reading, a nice little kitchen and a very clean bathroom. I didn't have time to use the nice hot tub or wood stove, but if I had stayed longer I for sure would have done that! The apartment was decorated nicely and she also had some coffee, tea and snacks available. Jacqueline was so friendly, and I felt welcomed and could ask questions as needed! I highly recommend!

Very nice apartment in a complex with several apartments. Sauna and pool are a great touch. The staff at the reception was very friendly and it seemed very familiar. We were also offered a bread roll service. The only small drawback: if you come from the ski slope, you walk 15 minutes uphill. But as long as you're good to walk, no problem. We would come back any time 👍

We stayed here for almost a week but we wouldn't want to leave! The apartment is really cool and it's the same of the pictures, nicely arranged and with all the utilities one could need. The city is really pretty and has a lot of things to do, from trekking to going to the spa, or seeing the Alte Saline! We also went with the bus (included in the guest card) to Salzburg, which is 40 mins far. Florian and Sandra were really kind and fast in all the communication. Great experience!

We went skiing at Nadia's place. The apartment is extremely spacious and only equipped of upscale quality. We (2 families) immediately felt comfortable and found everything we need. The two car parking spaces in the underground car park are also perfect for taking the kids to the ski resort quickly. We will be happy to come back!

i can say that belinda welcome us with her warmest hospitality and so friendly. her apartment is so clean and neat. a lot of stuff provided make us easily cook and we feel like staying at our own home. thanks belinda and i m strongly recommend the others to stay at your place. no regret and feel it worth it.

Edith and Helmut are perfect hosts. They greeted us at the apartment and gave detailed information that made our stay so easy. It’s very close to the Old Town and impeccably clean. The Mozart chocolates on arrival were a nice touch and we appreciated Edith calling us a taxi for our departure.

Anna was an amazing host greeted us and made apple strudel on our arrival , was so helpful with suggestions and very friendly and kind . Her place was so lovely we wish we could have stayed longer . Thank you so much for your kindness from Charlotte and Victoria

About 12 minutes downhill walk to the main ski lift. very convenient. nice connection to Flachau

Super nice independent little house next to the owners house - with parking space. Super nice, very cozy and lovingly decorated. Super nice, accommodating, friendly landlords. Great on the day of departure was also that we could leave the car at the parking lot all the next day. Glad to come back - it was a very nice weekend.

We had a great experience staying with Gabriele. She is communicative and welcoming. The apartment was clean, and it was a very short walk to restaurants, cafes, bars, and skiing. We definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. All in all we had a few very nice days. Thanks to Daniela !

Beautiful apartment in a very quiet location and great surroundings. Very nice and helpful landlady. i felt very comfortable.

I had booked the room for one night for my daughter and my 2.5 year old grandson. Both were thrilled. Everything you need to feel comfortable. Great was the private parking right outside the door and the easy check in and check out. At the next appointment at 8 a.m. in the orthopedic children's clinic in Aschau am Chiemsee (less than a 10-minute drive away), we will certainly book again.
