Beautifully renovated lower level with everything you need! Comfy couch and bed. Right on a quiet cove and a great place to watch the sunrise. Some quirky things like needing an additional app to control the thermostat but responsive host. Thanks for a great stay!

Camille was always available, considerate and quick to respond with any questions. She went over and beyond to accommodate any requests. The house was large, clean and the bedsheets were very nice. It had plenty of beds. Not truly 6 private bedrooms, but great for kids or teens upstairs. View was pretty. Driveway is very steep with sharp curves and narrow… but after navigating it the first time, it’s not intimidating. Downstairs apartment is fabulous. Private and quiet. The kitchen has just about everything anyone would need for large meal preparation. It’s convenient to grocery store, gas station and quaint restaurants. FYI… “CA’s diner” is only 2-3 miles from home and is fantastic! Convenient to Asheville and attractions. Would recommend!

Great mountain vacation home! Proximity to Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk attractions couldn't be better. The home is very comfortable and has everything you would ever need. Kids loved the bunk room, ping pong table and playing in the creek. JD was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. Definitely hope to come back next year!

Outstanding house and visit. Would not hesitate to rebook when revisiting the Asheville area. Kristina was always quick with a response to my question(s) and was also very proactive with messaging as the arrival date approached. Excellent communication. Very personable. The house was spot on. Nice and clean. Welcoming. There was an impression of being cared for rather than simply being a generic rental property. Away from the hustle and bustle and yet close to the hustle and bustle. A good balance between peace and quiet and the downtown area. Cannot say enough positive things about this experience. Don't think twice, make a reservation!

If you're thinking about booking, just do it! Great location between Asheville and Black Mountain. The cabin was so cozy, with extremely comfortable beds and the views are incredible. The Christmas decorations really made us feel at home and each room had thoughtful touches that made it feel warm and inviting. We had an unexpected snow storm that caught us by surprise and Steve was a fantastic host. He arranged for a neighbor to pick us up when my car wouldn't make it up the hill due to ice. 10/10 amazing customer service, both kind and thoughtful! Everyone we met in the community was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back for a return visit when in the area.
