I loved staying here! Very peaceful, very clean and it was really fun to have access to the pool! Jeff was proactive and communicated very quickly with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Michael was a great host and excellent communicator. He was able to help us out when our trip was in jeopardy of falling apart. The space is huge and very unique. The location is amazing !

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying here last weekend. It was 6 couples so a total of 12 people. The house was extremely spacious and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel like home. The pool and hot tub was wonderful! We had a great time!

The perfect place for a large group! The bedrooms are big, the kitchen wonderfully stocked, plenty of room for everyone to socialize. We were there for a wedding and had the bride and groom and family in and out throughout our stay. The pool area is beautiful and we were wishing it was summer and not February! We got to spend a day outside playing cornhole and enjoying the area! Just a few minutes from restaurants and breweries and a 15 minute drive to the wedding venue it was the perfect location! Brooks was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely go there again if the need arises!

Absolutely beautiful view of the river from the living room windows and backyard. Amazing place for a weekend stay with kids. My friends and I loved it, and the kids had plenty to do inside and out. Would highly recommend this home to others and hope to stay here again soon!

House was beautiful and peaceful! Perfect spot to celebrate my birthday with friends. Hot tub and fire pit were a great addition- would have loved to use the pool but it was winter! Only struggle we had was making it up the hilly driveway in the snow- it was not properly plowed. However, David responded very quickly and his neighbor Randy was super helpful and friendly to get it cleared for us! Not many places to order food from/no delivery offered in the area. But if you plan on cooking and hanging out at the house this is a great option! 10/10 stay

Modern and comfortable home. Extremely comfortable beds. Very clean all around and exceptionally stocked kitchen. We hope to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Connie's home is cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms had great pillows and linens and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet but close to the university.

The hosts were wonderful. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this sweet home.

We had a great stay! Jennifer is a wonderful host and provided great communication and instructions for check-in. The house is very comfortable and clean and had all the amenities for our few nights stay while visiting family in the area. Although we didn't need to cook the kitchen is well stocked with all the stuff one would need to make a meal. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We'd definitely like to stay the next time we're in the area!

We had a great stay here. They have a large kitchen which was nice. The location is just a couple of blocks from High Street, so we were able to walk to restaurants. In general the area is very historic and close to the college. Parking was easy too. I hope to stay here again!

House was perfect for our quick two night weekend trip to watch the football game. Ubers were readily available in<3 minutes. The bed quilts had few stains. The overall house was very clean. And the backyard was just how it was described. Too bad it was to cold to enjoy relaxing next to the beautiful river.

We stayed at Sarah’s place with four people to get to know State College, and it was a fantastic experience! The check-in process was very easy, and we received all the necessary information well in advance. Sarah was always available to answer any questions, although most details were already clarified before our arrival. The accommodation was very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay here again!

This place was beautiful and perfect for our multi-family trip. We were especially impressed with the kitchen tools available, and all of the consumable products provided (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels). Everything I needed was found in the kitchen to make yummy food. The kids loved the outside, and the indoor play area, allowing the adults to have some peace. The adults also loved the coffee bar, allowing the options, and all the fixin’s.

This house was clean, roomy & comfortable. Communication was prompt & reliable. Perfect location for Round Top ski resort. Thanks for the extra kindness extended to my family.

Thanks to Veronica for easy check in, great communication, app with one touch to lock front door was convenient. The setting was perfect for 5 college boys and 2 moms. Able to prep food in the kitchen while boys watched the game in the living room. They enjoyed the Xbox, pool table and separate space to hang out. The bedrooms had privacy and one touch shades for the windows. We appreciated the driveway shoveled free of snow for us. Thanks for a great stay. We’d love to stay again while our son is at college! This home was perfect for our needs! Our family was fortunate to attend a White Out game at Penn State and this home and location were fantastic! Rachel's home was clean and well appointed. Thank you for a lovely stay :o)

Very beautiful place, easy to relax and get away. Keppy and Ron were great hosts, I appreciated the homemade peanut butter cookies!

We really enjoyed staying at Betty's place for THON weekend. The coffee, water and scnacks were a great addition since we were in and out at different times throughout the day/night. Everything was easy to find for cooking. There was plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap in the bathroom. We felt at home and would stay there again.

Extremely clean and roomy. Judi is a very responsive host and takes great care of her property. Everything was clean, even the corners of the bathroom floor (hotels miss those). The house is very spacious and inviting. The living room is especially large. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again.

Wonderful family stay while dealing with our Aunt passing. It was so comfortable and had more extra qualities and touches, we all loved it! George is an excellent Host and so welcoming! We will be back! 10+ experience
