Great host, easy check in and has bus stop right outside. Great location and very easy to get into Edinburgh!

If you want to relax with a cup of tea in the morning and look out the window at Edinburgh, you’ve found the perfect spot!! Always attentive to any need or inquiry, Dan even brought me Christmas decorations because my kids were coming to visit! Charming and thoughtful…would love to stay again…beautiful morning low tides, watching the dogs run and play on the beach, the Fife coastal trail…honestly, it was the perfect location to enjoy life! Thank you Dan and Alex!!

Cozy wee flat in one of the most beautiful parts of the city, walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. Very comfortable stay and the host left some treats for us like cereal, biscuits, bread and milk which was much appreciated after a long day of travel where I wasn't able to eat much. Robert was proactive in reaching out before I checked in to make sure I knew how to find the building and get access and he checked in to make sure everything was ok during my stay. Overall I'd highly recommend this place if you're in need of somewhere to stay in the Leith/shore area.

We had a super nice time in Edinburgh! The place was very cute and conveniently located. To the bus stops you have to walk a maximum of 5 minutes and there are also shopping facilities nearby. James was a great host, always responded very quickly and asked in between if everything was okay with us. He was always very helpful and accommodating. We were there in December and there was even an adents calendar for us, which we especially loved!

A very homie home. Felt comfortable from beginning to end. We enjoyed our stay and comfort of the flat. Very clean and warm! Great location and easy to get around. Absolutely recommend and would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for a month with my dog. We felt very settled and at home. The flat is really clean and tidy, has everything you need. Seeing the sunrise every morning over the Firth of Forth bridge was wonderful. As well as a fair few rainbows! Inside is as described, in the hallway there are cute picture frames with local recommendations which was a welcoming touch. Ben was really helpful, friendly and responsive. Lovely neighbours too who were warm and helpful. I felt really safe there. Parking right outside the property is quite difficult, but there is a car park a 2-3 min walk away and that was absolutely fine with spaces and really not an issue. There are lots of walks nearby, easy to get to the beach. Really easy to get into Edinburgh but also a fab location for exploring north over the bridge, and East towards Glasgow. I had lots of lovely adventures. Definitely recommend 🙂 thanks Ben! 🐾

Jane’s place was perfect for a short getaway with my husband and Mum who was visiting from overseas. We loved the beautiful indoor and outdoor space, wood burner, fully stocked kitchen and waterfront location. Arrival and departure were smooth and Jane was helpful and friendly.

We booked Philip's accommodation on the day of our visit and it was amazing how everything was sorted perfectly before our arrival. Spacious bedrooms + clean toilets and a fully equipped kitchen which was perfect for our family trip. The front parking fits a mini van which was very convenient! Philip is also very responsive and provided clear set of instructions which made the whole check in/ check out process very smooth. I highly recommend this accomodation.

It was clean and convenient

The house was literally perfect for what we needed. 4 of us up in Gullane for a golfing weekend. 6 minutes from each of the courses we were playing. Nice pubs and restaurants in Gullane itself and a short taxi ride into North Berwick. The house had everything we needed and more and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Excellent house and location. The house was well equipped and spacious for our needs. The location is a very interesting place with lots of history, nice walks, paths and parks as well as access to lovely beaches nearby. Tina was a great host!

Absolutely fabulous property - the bedrooms are huge and it has everything we needed. Trish was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. Would highly recommend and would definitely want to stay there again if we are in the area.

We had a lovely stay with our family and dog, the house was very nice and clean & the surrounding town and area was lovely. We spent a day just walking around and exploring, everyone was very friendly and most places were dog friendly! Super handy to train station for a day trip into Edinburgh with minimal hassle, over all a great trip away! Would definitely recommend and hopefully be back!

The place was clean, cozy, and organised. It was very easy to get into Old Town/New Town via bus or foot, and just as easy to get home. The bed was extra comfy! Thank you so much for the lovely breakfast and teas!

Karen’s place is absolutely beautiful. Luxury feel to it when you arrive, with toiletries left on each bed and a lovely welcome back with tea/coffee/milk/biscuits. Was really appreciated. Lots of local information/attraction info for the guests. books/games/dvds left for guest use. And the location is beautiful, right on the sea front and easy access into the city of ediburgh with a train station just a few minutes away and taking just 15 minutes to get to the city centre. I would 100% recommend Karen’s place for a family stay or just adults. ☺️

The apartment was very comfortable and cosy. Everything was clean and we felt very much at home. It is very handy for local shops and transport by bus into Edinburgh. Susan was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries.

I stayed for work purposes for 2 nights, everything as described in the listing, helpful instructions were provided for check in, also for check out as well as a check in by the hosts to check everything was ok during my stay. Accommodation was lovely and cosy on my arrival especially how cold the weather is lol. Was easy to maintain however I did not need to as it was perfect for me :) WiFi was perfect for watching YouTube on my ipad as well as for work purposes on my laptop, off road parking which i personally prefer. Would definitely recommend :)

A very nice apartment within walking distance of the city centre and Leith. The apartment was spotless and we loved the kitchen area with the large dining table, was a nice spot to work.

Thank you for your cleaning house. I accept that your house is very convenient for all equipments inside your house. Your bed sheets and everything are clean very well. We are sleep very well every night.

This place was in a very peaceful residential location with great views of the bridges and the Firth of Forth just round the corner. Lovely coastal path which was beautiful on a sunny day.The area felt safe and very pleasant. Very easy access to Edinburgh and Dunfermline. Victoria was very helpful and friendly when showing us around and when messaging. The flat has everything needed for a great stay.
